The castle was busy with ponies of all kinds working on various tasks. Many rooms were both closed and opened up. Everypony was in rush, all of them were servants to the two princess that reside in the castle walls. Suddenly Celestia walked out of one rooms with a look of distress, and tiredness.

She let out a sigh, as she slightly lowered her head as she into her throne room. She recollected her day and the various meeting she had to participate in. When she sat back onto her throne she yawned, before raising her head with smile.

"Wh-" Celestia began as she turned her head only to see her sister/co-princess Luna. 'Is it already that late?'

"Don't try to push yourself too hard Tis" Luna said still with more concern, "It's the upcoming Grand Galloping Gala isn't it?"

"Yes" Celestia painful admitted, "and with making living arrangements for inter dimensional guest, along with the dreams I have been have about are worlds destruction. I just haven't much time to relax in peace."

"Well atleast now you can get a small break" Luna said with a smile in hope it would lighten up her sisters mood.

"Yes, I think we can all enjoy a little break together" said a improper male voice that could inspire madness.

'Great and here I thought I could get some relaxation' Celestia thought as she groaned knew exactly who that voice was.

Ride 012:A Meeting Of Power, Enter Link Joker!

"So how you been Princess?" the voice asked, as a strange creature appeared in the air above the two princess. The creature appear to combination of multiple animals, having a body of dragon, the head of a goat along with a leg. A lions arm, and a griffon arm with dragon leg to go with his goat leg. It had white unibrow and a small matching beard, to complete the look of insanity the creature had two red eyes with yellow surrounding them.

"Um, what was that" The creature said as he looked into the sky irritated, "hey stop that."

"Excuse me girls I need to deal with something quickly, brb" Discord said teleporting outside that castle.

"I knew it, another fanfiction writer who thinks he's all that" Discord said making fun of me the author, "yeah I am, what about it!?"

Huh, can you just put up with me till the end of the story then we can discuss this. Because I really don't wanna have this part take up too much of this chapter's time.

The princess's where still were they wore when Discord left them. Only know both shared a confused look on their faces, as they were bewildered by what had just happen to them. Suddenly Discord reappeared in an area above the the two princesses.

"I'm sorry girls, I had a very important matter that I just had to deal" Discord explained with extravagant hand motions with a tone that wanted pity.

The princess continued to have looks of confusing. "What, is something not on my face? Because if their isn't I can put something there" Discord asked, only to bewilder the princess's more.

"Um, that's not it" Celestia said with her and Luna breaking out of their confusion, "anyway why are you here?"

"Oh, you know the usual" Discord began as he summoned a piece of paper into one of his hands before sitting down on chair that appeared under him. "To say hi, give you two an update on how my life's going, wondering if you two opened up any portals to different dimensions, have lunch, see if can borrow some bit's" Discord continued to ramble on.

'Open up portals to different dimensions, wait could Discord know about my act of summon the four warriors from another world' Celestia thought nervously before shouting, "Discord!"

"Oh, you didn't happen to summon any creatures to are Equestria to fight some evil thing from I don't know space" Discord replied with an giant arrogant smile on his face.

"Yeah you just told me" Discord began, "and I was hiding in one of your mirrors again waiting to surprise you two. I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't get a chance surprise you two, I think I got bored of waiting and went back to Fluttershy's place before you could explain what was happening. Oh, interesting group you summoned, those mane styles are one of a kind."

'Note to self' Celestia thought to herself, 'make sure to fully check all possible location that Discord could hide in, before summon warriors from different dimensions.'

"So why did you summon those four anyway, and what's the big evil this time?" Discord asked teleporting back into the area above the two princesses.

"Oh don't worry" Discord said summon a chair below him as he sat down, "I've got plenty of time today."

The town was very middle age and every house and build was made stone bricks. The roads twisted and turned in almost every way. Very few ponies were on the streets and the few that we're were fillies playing some games with a old ball. Except for one pony who was wearing cloak that covered up her body complete with hood covering her head.

The mare walked through the town search for something. She finally stopped at an old build with a sign that read "Antiques and Other Magical Artifacts". She walked into the store removing her hood to reveal a familiar looking light blue mare with cyan mane.

"Oh hi Trixie" a stallion said at the counter of store, "how's my favorite customer today?"

"You know the usual" Trixie began her answer with a timid voice, "looking for powerful magical relic to make to the Great and Powerful Trixie power."

"You okay Trixie?" the shopkeeper asked, "you're not putting the same kind umph in your voice, your usual a lot more bombastic."

"Oh nothing is wrong the great and powerful Trixie is quite alright" Trixie said trying even to keep herself in character, only for it to sound more obvious that something was not right.

"YES!" Trixie yelled, getting annoyed with the questions, "please excuse the great and powerful Trixie, now do you have powerful magical items in stock?"

"Um, no we just sold our last item that carried magical property a few hours to another pony" the shopkeeper began with slight fear before going into more professional tone.

"Um, well we can't really predict when get more things like that" the shopkeeper began, before getting an evil stare from Trixie, "but we usual get more on Fridays."

"Great an entire week" Trixie said with distress, "well the great and powerful Trixie will be back in a week."

"Well make sure to reserve it just for you" the shopkeeper said before Trixie could leave.

"The great and powerful Trixie thanks you" Trixie finished before putting hood back on and walking out of the store."

"Have a nice day" the shopkeeper replied, but Trixie was already gone, 'I wonder what's wrong with her?'

Outside Trixie, began to walk away from the shop before stopping a few steps away from the shop. "UGH, CAN THIS GET ANY WORSE!?" Trixie yelled out of frustrating, before it began to rain. "Just great."

'Ever since I lost to that good for nothing arrogant stallion at that stupid card game, my life has been downhill' Trixie thought to herself. 'It's all his fault, I can't shows, I'm running out of bit's, and I can't even get stupid piece of magical junk to get my revenge, all because of him. I will make him pay for that humiliation, he will pay.'

Trixie then noticed that she was being watched, she looked over and saw ponies who, like her was completely covered in a brown cloak and hood. She couldn't make out anything else about the pony, except for one single thing that bothered her, a smile that stretched across the pony entire face.

"Oh nothing" the pony said with slight laugh in his overall stallion voice that creeped her out, "I just find it amusing."

"Oh, the fact things don't seem to be going your way" the stallion replied, before walking up to Trixie, "consider me fan."

"Okay" Trixie replied creeped out by the smiling pony, and take few step back, "if that is all, the great and powerful Trixie must be leaving now."

Trixie began to walk away from the stallion nervously, with her back facing the stallion. The stallion waited there for a bit, with Trixie only a few steps away from him. The stallions smile grew, as he raised his head.

"Before you go great and all' powerful one" the stallion said digging into his coat and pulling out small golden rod with crescent moon decorating the top of the rod. "Have some gifts for you."

"I just bought it, and I would like you have it" the stallion explained, "I hear it has many magical properties."

"Well then" Trixie said intrigued while walking back up to the stallion, "the great and powerful Trixie does accept all gifts from all ponies."

"I would like you play a small game" the stallion pulling out a deck of familiar looking cards.

"Trust me, after this game you will have nothing to worry about" the stallion added on.

Trixie thought to herself about her decision. She still had her deck, sense she has found someone to take it off her hooves. She hasn't played the game since her first game, but this stallion promise her power. 'Could this be the break in which she was waiting for?'

"The great and powerful Trixie accept your offer" Trixie answered pulling out her deck.

The two moved to nearby alleyway, and they found good wide flat to play the game. The two shuffled their decks on each of the respective side with their backs facing the exits to the streets. Trixie stared down into the stallion's eyes, with him only giving her a wide smile.

"The great and powerful Trixie better not regrets?" Trixie asked setting down her deck and place her Vanguard face down.

"Don't worry oh great one you won't" the stallion answered, doing the same thing as Trixie, "the only thing left to ask is are you strong enough?"

"What is that suppose to mean?" Trixie asked confused, drawing five cards then putting her hoof on her Vanguard.

"Don't worry you will soon know" the stallion answered vaguely, drawing five of his own cards and putting his hoof on his Vanguard, "so are you ready?"

"Stand Up!" both of them said in sync beginning to turn over their respective Vanguards.

A big gust of wind spiraled around the table they were playing on, encompassing both of them. Trixie closed shielded her eyes from the gust, only hearing a screeching laughter. When she opened her eyes she was surprised at what see saw.

She was surrounded by what looked like space, an endless void in which she couldn't see the end. She looked at herself next to see that she was nothing but floating spirit that was dark purple. She then realized that their was a see through red broad with her cards some how on it, with five cards floating above her hoof.

"Hahahaha, we are simply in my domain now" a voice answered her, Trixie turning her to to see the cloaked stallion that was now in the same form as her but was a transparent red instead of her purple, "here there are less distraction and the game is so much more fun."

"I'm afraid I can't, the only way out is if one of us get's to six damage and loss the game" the stallion explained cheerful.

'This is insane how can anypony have such magic, I must get out of here, and if the only way out is victory so be it' Trixie thought to herself, "If to get out is to win, then it makes no difference, the great and powerful Trixie will defeat you!"

"Great, now you still ride for this to begin" the stallion as Trixie noticed the floating card in front both her and the stallion.

"Fine" Trixie grabbed the card and slammed it down onto her Vanguard circle, "Creeping Dark Goat!"

Suddenly Trixie was transformed into the unit she rode. A small goat with black armor with orange wing like spike coming off from the chest, and giant black horns. The only difference was the fact that the goat was now Trixie natural color and had Trixie eyes.

"Another little affect this place has, your Vanguard is you, you literally are the who leads the way hahahahaha" the stallion explained.

"But loads of fun, now if I may" the stallion said grabbing his Vanguard and slamming it down, "Star-vader, Dust Tail Unicorn!" the stallion was then transformed into giant cybernetic white unicorn with strange red and black rings around it's body.

"Now with that done, I will let you go first" the stallion explained with a cheerful attitude, "you will need it."

'He thinks he's all that, doesn't he" Trixie to herself, "fine I will go first."

"The great and powerful Trixie draws" Trixie said using her Vanguard hoof to draw the and put into the set cards floating above. "The great and powerful rides Witch of Nostrum, Arianrhod, and with Creeping Dark Goat I call him to the Rear Guard." Trixie was then transformed into perfect copy of Arianrhod in pony form with the only difference begin her mane and fur match Trixie's. Along with Trixie transformation Creeping Dark soon appeared behind her.

"Now with Arianrhod skill, I rest her to draw one card" Trixie said drawing from the top of her deck, "the great and powerful Trixie ends her turn."

"Oh, I'm impressed" the stallion said complimenting Trixie, "now it's my turn, draw."

"Now I ride Star-vader, Volt Line and Dust Tail moves back" soon the the mechanical unicorn into a smaller stallion whose entire body was cybernetic up to the head which beside the mouth and silver mane, it was cover in a white visor with three glowing red eyes with red curved blade like horn sticking out from it. It also had two red and black rings adoring the the front two legs along four silver wings. Dust Tail then appeared behind him looking the exactly the same.

"So that's what happened, I'm disappoint, I expected lot worse" Discord said in shock.

"Now you're caught up" Luna said smugly, " now do your understand our predicament?"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah" Discord replied, "but I don't care about this big evil thing, what were they called again?"

"Excuse me princess Luna, I only listen to the important parts" Discord explained, "for the minor stuff I sort zone out."

"Ugh, Link Joker is responsible for destruction of multiple plants" Celestia answered.

"The seem like nice ponies to me" Discord replied only to get angry glares for the two alicorn princesses, "just kidding, but have you seen them do this?"

"So you are going to do nothing to help" Luna said enraged, "you won't believe this from people who did face them."

"How am I supposed to believe the words of ponies from a different dimension" Discord explained

Their was a silence throughout the throne, nopony talked. The fact Discord used logic shocked the princess's along with how it made sense. Celestia could only mutter something in a depressed tone, "if you could understand if you heard from those ponies."

"First, did that cliche really just happen" Discord said in a surprised voice, "second if you want me to see myself if those ponies are telling the truth, I will get it from them."

The two princesses gave a sigh of relief, with Luna sit down on her throne out of exhaustion. Both laid back into respective throne think back on the last couple of hours they spent with Discord. Luna finally said something in a tired voice, "I thought he never leave."

"Next I call Prison Gate Star-vader, Palladium" the stallion said as another cybernetic ponies with red and black rings around his front legs, with a giant red and black broadsword in his right hoof.

"The great and powerful Trixie guards with Witch of Precious Stones, Dana" Trixie said putting the card into the guardian circle.

"Drive trigger check" the top card of his deck was revealed, turning out to be nothing.

Volt Line charged up a black and red energy. Suddenly Dana jumped in front of Trixie to stop the attack, cause an explosion. Trixie was unharmed, but felt the blast.

"Next, with a boost from Dust Tail, Palladium attacks your Vanguard" the stallion followed up with Palladium jump into the air preparing for a downward strike with his sword.

"No guard" Trixie declared taking the hit from the blade, with the top card of her flying into her damage zone, "huh, huh, did I just feel that?"

"Oh, I forgot to mention one important thing" the stallion said answer the confusion, "the damage here is real, hahahaha!"

'This, this is, this is just too insane' Trixie said to herself, "what are you?"

"Like I said I'm huge fan" the stallion said, "and I just want to give you gift you will never forget, hahahahahah, hahahahahahah!"
