Twilight Sparkle Marries Queen Chrysalis

Changeling and Wife

The warm morning sun peeked out through the open window, the sunlight pouring on Twilight Sparkle's face as she covered her face with the pillow. With a groan, she rolled off of her bed and rubbed her tired eyes, trying to get the last of the sleep out of her system.

She immediately bolted to the bathroom to brush her messy mane and looked at her reflection in the mirror. That was when she came to the shocking discovery.

“What the...?!” Twilight screamed at her reflection as she put a hoof on her forehead to feel her horn. Instead of the rather smooth unicorn horn she had known and loved, her hoof was touching a different horn with a variety of holes carved into it, same with her body. Her normal lavender coat was replaced with a light black color and her indigo mane was now teal color.

She couldn't believe it. She was a Changeling.

Twilight let out a scream of terror, but quickly contained herself as she continued to examine her body. Twilight couldn't believe it, she tried to come up with a good explanation for this, but had no conclusion. She didn't remember using a spell that could change a pony into a different creature, nor did she remember any of her friends coming over the other night.

“Come on, think Twilight!” she said to herself. “You got to have a reasonable explanation for this! Ugh! Just give me a sign!”

That was when she heard the giggle coming from her bedroom. Slowly, Twilight tiptoed out of the bathroom and peeked out from the corner, only to see the one and only Queen Chrysalis, who was standing in the middle of the room.

“Twilight Sparkle, my dear!” the queen said, giggling as she walked towards Twilight. “I've been expecting you.”

“Chrysalis! I knew you would have something to do with this! Change me back right now!”

Chrysalis giggled again as she walked closer towards the unicorn and let out a grin, fangs showing. Soon, the two mares were face-to-face, only a few inches away from each other. The Queen rested her hoof on Twilight's chin and giggled once again.

“Oh, Twilight,” she said. “I didn't come here to harm you. I came here to welcome you.”

“Welcome? What do you mean?”

“Why, my dear Twilight. I'm here to welcome you to the Changeling Hive, for I have chosen you to become my bride and become the new ruler of the Changelings!”

Chrysalis and Twilight entered the Changeling Hive, where a gigantic crowd of smiling Changelings surround them, telling their Queen how happy they were for her and that they hope that she and Twilight would have a great life together. The Queen soon led her fiance to the dining room to discuss the wedding.

“Wait, wait, wait!” Twilight said, backing away from the Changeling Queen. “You want me to become your wife? Why? Besides, you can't just force somepony to marry you, they have to love you!”

“Oh, Twilight,” Chrysalis said. “I know that's how marriage works in your world, but it is a Changeling tradition for the current ruler to kidnap their desired mate and marry them, whether they like or not.”

“B-but, that's not how it works! This isn't a marriage, this is a kidnapping!”

Chrysalis looked at Twilight, staring into her lavender eyes before kissing her forehead and grinning.

“Trust me, Twilight. We'll be very happy together.”

Weeks passed and Twilight wasn't enjoying the company of both Chrysalis and her subjects. Ever since the marriage was announced, all the Changelings would bother Twilight with questions on what her dress should look like, what style her mane should be, what flavor the cake should be, and many, many other things.

“UGH!” She screamed one day when she heard a knock upon her bedroom door. “What now?!”

I'm starting to get sick and tired of all of this attention, Twilight thought to herself. If Rainbow Dash was in this situation, she would be all over these pesky Changelings like...

Her thoughts were interrupted by yet another set of knocks upon the door. Twilight groaned and closed her book on Changeling History. She then opened the door using her telekinesis, annoyed.

“What do you want?!” Twilight furiously asked. “I swear if it's that Changeling that keeps asking me what flavor the cake should be, just make it vanilla, for pony's sake!”

The furious unicorn turned her head towards the door, only to see Chrysalis, who was levitating a white wedding dress with black streaks swirling around it and a matching wedding veil.

“Calm down, my dear.” Chrysalis said, smiling. “Your friend Rarity finished the dress, and I must say, it's beautiful! It's absolutely perfect for our special day! Don't you agree?”

Twilight didn't respond, but she had to admit it. The dress was beautiful, but she knew that anything Rarity made was going to be beautiful and perfect for any occasion.

“Y-yeah, it's perfect....my love...” Twilight nervously said, a trembling grin spreading across her face as she stared at her future wife.

“Great! In a few days, our special day will come and soon we will rule the Changeling Hive together! Well, sleep tight, my love!”

Chrysalis exited the room, leaving Twilight all alone in her room, who immediately went back to her studies on Changeling history.

As planned, the wedding was about to start and Twilight was in her wedding dress, the veil covering her face as the doors opened. The room in front of her was filled with Changelings and Chrysalis, who was wearing her crown and only had a flower in her mane.

Twilight gulped and slowly walked down the aisle, various instruments started playing. All the guest whispered, but Twilight couldn't tell what they were saying.

She gulped once she arrived by Chrysalis's side, and sweat began to pour down her face.

The priest looked at them and started the ceremony. “Do you, Queen Chrysalis, solemnly swear to love Miss Twilight Sparkle-”

“Can you give us an abbreviated version, please?”

The priest sighed and then proceeded. “Do you want to marry Twilight Sparkle?”

“I do.” Chrysalis smiled.

“And do you want to marry Queen Chrysalis?”

No reply.

Chrysalis spoke. “She means yes, sir!”

“Well, you may kiss the bride.”

Chrysalis turned Twilight's head towards her and gave her newly-wed a passionate kiss on the lips. “I love you, my wife. Welcome home, dear.”

All the Changelings in the room beat their hooves together, all of them cheering happily.

After the reception, Twilight and Chrysalis laid side-by-side on the bed, the two of them snuggling one another. “You know what the next step is, my dear?” Twilight was too scared to answer the question. “A foal! Imagine it, a half-pony, half-Changeling foal flying in the Hive!”

Chrysalis kissed her wife again, imagining their perfect life together.

Just the two of them. Together forever.

Two weeks later, Chrysalis woke up to find out that Twilight left her wife and had a foal with Princess Celestia.

However, a few weeks later she met another mare in Ponyville. She met Pinkie Pie and she was going to marry her. For Pinkie Pie was her one and only true love. At least until she ran away from her life forever, like the rest of her twenty-seven other wives.
