To go to the library, Marty and Twilight had to go through Ponyville. Luckily, she knew an invisibility spell, but could only cast it once and she thought it to be a better idea to cast it on the DeLorean. That left Marty visible, and that didn’t cause such a good impression on the other ponies that were doing their unusual business on the main streets, what I am trying to say is that they acted the same way as when Zecora came to Ponyville for the first couple of times. They ran away cowardly and that made Marty feel a bit uneasy.
One pony however, found the new creature rather fascinating, so she decided to follow it and Twilight to the library, very cautiously while doing so. Marty and Twilight felt like being followed, but every time they turned around to see if there was a pony on their tail, they saw nothing.
Wow, that was a close one Thought the mysterious pony, which happened to be a green unicorn with a Lyre cutie mark. I knew they were real, and this is the proof I needed. Who is crazy now? Dumb science ponies.
“Come on Marty let’s hurry up” Said Twilight, with a nervous look on her face.
“I am going as fast as I can, pushing an invisible car is not as easy as it seems” Replied the human, with a rather annoyed voice.
“Alright, there’s the library. I will have to teleport the car to the basement. It shouldn’t be easy, but with a bit of concentration I think I can do it” Said the purple unicorn, with a serious look on her face. “I just hope Pinkie is not around, I won’t be able to concentrate if she is”
“Who’s Pinkie?” Asked Marty.
“She is a friend of mine, a hyperactive earth pony. She works at the local bakery” Replied Twilight.
Behind them, the mysterious pony was hiding by an apple stand.
“Ermm, ‘xcuse me?” Said an orange coated, blond maned earth pony. She was wearing an Stetson Hat, and had some freckles on her tanned face.
“Eeeep!” exclaimed the mysterious pony. She hadn’t noticed the apple vendor and was surprised by her presence. “Oh Applejack, you scared the horse-shoes out of me!” Said the pony after relaxing a bit.
“Whatcha up to Lyra?” Asked the pony known as Applejack.
“I am checking on the human, look! They are real! There’s one with Twilight right now!” Said Lyra, excited. “I knew they were real, I knew it! And nopony ever believed me!”
“Well I’ll be damned, them humans do exist it seems” Said Applejack, with an amused look on her face, and a curious tone on her voice.
“Of course they are, isn’t that fascinating? This is great new- wait, where is he?” Said Lyra.
“Oh, I think he jus’ went inside the library with Twi’” Replied Applejack.
Meanwhile, inside the library…
“Wow Twilight, that was cool, how did you do that?” Asked Marty in amusement.
*deep breathing* “Just practice” *more breathing* “and studying” *more breathing* “a lot” Replied a tired Twilight. “I think I am going to pass ou-“ Twilight couldn’t finish what she was about to say. She fainted and fell on the floor, causing a loud thud.
“Twilight? Jeez… I better take her to her bed” Said Marty to himself, with a worried look on his face I hope she’s alright.
“Who’s there?” Someone asked. It had the voice of a scared child.
“This is not what it looks like, she fainted I swe-” Replied Marty, but was cut by a lizard-like creature that jumped on him and started to scratch his face with sharp claws.
“STAY AWAY FROM TWILIGHT YOU MONSTER, YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!!!!” Shouted the creature, while biting and scratching Marty on the face.
“Jesus Christ! She just passed out, I didn’t do anything I swear!” Exclaimed Marty, while trying to shake off the lizard. He then grabbed it by the tail and threw it across the room, hitting a wall and fainting from the impact.
“Shit… I hope Twilight doesn’t get mad” Said Marty as he took Twilight and the lizard on his arms and carried them to the bedroom.
Outside the library…
“What in tarnation is going on in there?” Asked Applejack to nopony in particular, as she heard the screams and hitting that went inside the library. “Sounds like trouble. Lyra, go git Rainbow, we might be needin’ her help if that human thang is hostile” Said Applejack to Lyra, which nodded in return and took off to find Rainbow Dash.
“DON’T WORRY TWILIGHT, I’M COMMIN’!” Shouted Applejack at the top of lungs (lol full life consequences). Then, she ran as fast as she could towards the library, and once she reached it, she bucked the door with all her power, breaking it.
“Where are you hiddin’ monster?!” Asked Applejack.
“Jeez I am not a monster, damnit. Twilight just fainted after teleporting the… uhhh”
“what, what did she teleported?”
“That’s not important, what I am trying to say is that I didn’t do anything!”
“Why is Spike unconscious then?” Asked AJ, throwing a menacing look at Marty.
“He attacked me after seeing that Twilight was knocked Out” Replied Marty “So, before he could harm me anymore, I grabbed him by the tail and hurled him across the room, and he kinda hit the wall with the back of his head” Finished Marty, with an embarrassed look on his face.
A couple of minutes passed, and AJ decided that Marty was being honest. She stayed there with him, asking some questions, and sometimes answering his own. But ten minutes later, a cyan pony passed through the window at an amazing speed, and tackled Marty on the ribs, leaving him panting on the floor, trying to catch some air, to no avail because before he could, Rainbow got on her hoofs, turned around and… bucked him right in the face, leaving him unconscious.
“Rainbow, what the hay!”
“Oh my gosh, did that monster hurt you or something?”
“He didn’t! He isn’t a monster. Everything was a big misunderstanding!”
“What?”
“Sweet Celestia, look at the poor creature. Well, Ah guess it wasn’t yer fault, you jus didn’t know”
“Oh horseapples, I hope he’s okay”
“Ah suppose he is, he’s jus out. C’mon let’s take ‘im to the guest room”
“K”
Meanwhile, outside the library…
“Come on girls, hurry up! I want to see the human again!” Exclaimed an excited Lyra. “A human, in Ponyville! This is so awesome, even if he is hostile!”
…
“Luna, are you seeing this?”
“Yes sister, interesting creature Twilight has found”
“Indeed”
“Shall we pay it a visit?”
“Ah Luna, I was thinking we should”

Isn’t it funny how trouble seems to follow Marty anywhere and anywhen?
