	Sonata threw herself onto the couch face first as it wheezed under her weight. Boredom slammed her harder than it had ever before. She had finished yet another coloring book and showed Adagio her hard work, and at least tried showing Aria. She raised her head and saw her reflection staring back at her in the metal of the lamp across from her. She squinted her eyes looking ever closer into her own image. "Gasp!" She sprang up. "I just got the greatest idea EVER!". Sonata sprinted to the bathroom and slammed the door. 
She took another look at herself. Her raspberry eyes met themselves in the mirror. "Gasp!" she went again, pulling her hair tie from her head. The blue hair spread all around her shoulders in a tangled mess. She took a brush and quickly went through it a few times straightening it. She looked at her face again. Another idea sparked in her head. Sonata slowly opened the door and peered down the hallway to the door of her fellow siren. 
The door had a purple stripe along the side, indicating it was Aria's room. Sonata grinned at her sneaky thieving plan. She crept down the hallway, careful to make no noise. Stopping at the door, she cautiously pulled the handle down. The door slowly cracked open more and more until the blue girl fit herself through the slot and into the quiet, dark room. Sonata stopped to scope the room, Aria slept peacefully in her bed, on the other side she saw the prize sitting atop the dresser on the far side of the room. Sonata activated her ninja skills and slipped across the floor stepping over discarded clothing. She reached out and grabbed the bag of cosmetics and quickly, but quietly, slipped out of the room and closed the door. Adagio stood at the end of the hall staring at Sonata. Her head shook, with her hair bobbing behind her, and walked away. Sonata breathed in relief with her hand over her chest, thinking she'd been caught, but the plan was still a success!
She quickly dashed to the bathroom and placed the borrowed cosmetics on the counter to sift through them. She picked up a purple eye shadow container and applied it quickly. The thick purple makeup smeared onto her eyelids, leaving her smiling even harder. She looked around a found a red lipstick tube and quickly twisted the cosmetic up. She quickly and poorly applied the makeup to her lips. Her eyes darted back to the mirror again. Her smile kept growing as he hard work displayed itself before her.
Sonata grabbed the hair around her shoulders pulling it above her head, then spiraled it above her head. She smiled even harder and planted Adagio's pick into the twisted mess and locked it down with a few bobby pins.
Her hands searched around the drawers again and pulled out an orange bag much like Aria's. She searched it and found a container of yellow powder, then used the pad on the inside to cover her cheeks with it. She looked at herself in the mirror grinning ever harder with the yellow and blue blend of her skin.
A knock was heard from the other side of the door "Sonata, hurry up! I need to get in there!" Aria Blaze shouted. 
Sonata chuckled, she wanted to show someone else her new look so far, she put on the biggest smile in her life and pulled the door open. Aria turned her head to the Blue Siren girl, and stood completely silent while her mouth slowly gaping. Sonata's smile kept strong as she looked deep into Aria's eyes. Aria slowly reached out for the door, grabbed the handle, and slowly pulled the door shut.
Sonata quickly turned to the orange bag and pulled out an eyeliner pen and pulled the cap off, then smeared on the makeup covering most of the purple eye shadow she'd put on earlier. She used the liner to extend the line well to both sides of her head. She giggled to herself as she clicked the cap back onto the pen and placed it back into the bag. 

Aria walked into the living room where Adagio sat reading a book, she stopped in front of the lead siren "Hey Adagio, I think Sonata needs your help," She sighed "again..," 
Adagio lifted her head from the book, already knowing the damage she would have to fix and sighed. She stood up, placed the book on the desk beside the couch.  She walked down the hallway and in the nicest tone of voice called out through "Sonata, dear. Aria said you needed some help."
Sonata put on her biggest smile and swung open the door to show off her makeover to the other siren.
Adagio stood stupefied, the image before her was a complete mess, and completed so quickly. Sonata's mixed yellow and purple powder all over her face. Her smile revealed the red lipstick on her front teeth. 
Sonata placed her hands on her hips smiling extra hard.
Adagio sighed explosively and palmed her face "Exactly how much of my eyeliner did you need to use?" Adagio looked up at the long markings along the side of her head.
"It was just a little bit!" Sonata frowned slightly "Ok, I didn't mean to use too much, but it looked great!" 
"It's terrible." Adagio said flatly "You look like a child who got into their mother's makeup bag."
Aria shouted from the living room "That's basically what just happened!"
Sonata pouted and turned to the mirror again "I tried so hard though." 
Adagio Sighed again "let's get this stuff off you. You're too young for this, anyway."
"B-but you use it! And so does Aria!" Sonata whined 
"Exactly." Adagio set her down and wet a towel to begin scrubbing away the layer of cosmetic mess.
