	Lyra woke up ate a bowl of oats in her normal robe, and waved goodbye to Bonbon as she went away to her street shop. "Goodbye have a nice day!" Lyra called out to her as Bonbon left. And in 3,2,1... Yesah! She is gone! Lyra ran up the stairs into her room, bruched her haiir, took off the robe, and grabbed the book Bonbon gave her and the flyer.

Lyra left their house and went to Ponyville General. 

"Hi there I'm Lyra I was signed out yesterday," she told the receptionist.

"Uh-huh," the receptionist the started going through some files. "Yes, alright then what do you need?" she asked Lyra.

"I have this," she showed the receptionist the flyer. 

"Oh yes of course Dr.Stable will be right with you!" she said happily. 

Wow world's first happy receptionist!  Lyra thought surprised.

About an hour later she finally was in a room with Dr.Stable.

"So you are interested?" he asked.

"Well uh-dur!" Lyra replied annoyed at his stupidity.

Being a unicorn with about five friends she took everything very light heartedly. Unlike most ponies did.

"I just wanted more information!" she told him

"Well, it goes like this. There has been lots of knowledge and Princess Celestia agreed to power the machine for my test subject," he continued when she didn't reply. "You see it takes lots of magic and I still need somepony to try it out on!" he finished.

"Ok then, where do I sign up?" she asked.

After filling out a form and learning the date to come she went home to tell Bonbon, her bestest friend.

Of course Bonbon was shocked, but relaxed a little when she learned it was free. 

Pinkie found out and decided Lyra needed more friends to encourage her.

There was a party and overnight she gained about ten more friends. It was a true miracle!!! Lyra was so happy she finally had more shoulders to lean on and support her. On the day of going in, Lyra found that all of her new friends and old friends were there the entire time! Wow, my life used to be so crappy. But now, now I am actually doing something for pony-kind! she thought as she walked in with her friends. Life is good.....
