It had been a week since Twilight was stationed in the hospital until she grew strong again, but the hopes of that happening were fading every day. Twilight Sparkle had grown used to having Frenemy chats with Chrysalis, the odd thing was that Chrysalis kept talking to Twilight as if nothing was wrong with her. They were sitting at a table having another frenemy chat, Twilight was sipping on some awful tasting tea, but it was addictive so she just kept drinking it.
The ground started shaking, Twilight knew she was waking up. Instead of the room glowing blue, it was glowing gold.
"No!!! This can't be happening I have almost everything I need!! She can't interfere now!!" Chrysalis yelled out annoyed.
"What do you mean?!" Twilight called back.
"Just remember I always win, one way or another!" the queen shouted back.

"Oh my goodness!!! Sister are you ok?!" the voice was full of concern and care.
Twilight sat up rubbing her head, eyes squeezed shut. What she saw when she opened them made her scream. "EEEEEEEEKKK!"
A hoof was shoved in her face . "Calm down Twilight......," the voice replied warily.
"You l-l-look li-like m-m-me!" Twilight Sparkle exclaimed.
"Honestly this is not the reaction I was hoping to get." the voice muttered to herself.
"Who are you?!" Twilight asked full of surprise.
"My name is Velvet Twinkle......," the voice replied sadly.
"Okayyyy, next question wh-" Twilight was cut off.
"I look like you because I am your twin sister. I died ten minutes after we were borne. Look mom and dad thought it was best you and Shining never knew about me, but I always knew about and watched over you. I protected you as long as I could from Discord, and kept Cadence alive until you could find her when Chrysalis was around. In short, I love you and protect you," Velvet Twinkle's voice was full of love and emotion.
"Wow.... I never thought....," Twilight was still shocked.
"Twilight, Chrysalis is trying to kill you! I cannot go where she can go but I can keep you alive even it means ridding myself of my power source and giving it all to you!!! You had the chance to live, I'm going to make sure you keep that chance!" Velvet was very sad and she had protectiveness blanketing it.
"I knew Chrysalis couldn't be a friend in any way!" Twilight raged.
The ground starting shaking and everything was turning blue. "Sister you have to tell the elements!!!!" Velvet yelled.
"I will!!!! I promise I will sister!!" Twi called back.

Twilight's eyes shot open. Strength was finally going through her body some, it must've been from visiting her sister. "Spike!" she cried out.
"Twi?!" it was Rainbow.
"Get Spike... others...," after yelling she felt a little weaker.
R.D. raced out. Twilight leaned her head back on her pillow.
"Twilight sugar! Are ya'll ok?!" Applejack rushed to her side and held Twilight's hoof.
After everypony was in the room she started talking.
"It's Chrysalis, she- is trying- to kill me," every word was somewhat of an effort.
"Not her again!" Rainbow protested.
"Darling, is that what this is all about?!" Rarity asked.
Twilight just nodded.
"Why when I get my hooves on her I'm gonna crush her head!!!" Fluttershy yelled her eyes full of anger and hatred. "I-I-I mean, Twilight we are going to stop her!" she corrected embarrassed.
"No... No Twilight you can't die!" Pinkie wailed.
Spike was snuggling his face in Twilight's leg tears flowing freely from his eyes.
"I knew you girls would......" Twilight told them weakly. Her eyes drooped, and she went to sleep.
