CHAPTER 5
THE AGE OF SKELETON BLOOM
Applejack and HER Skeleton Bloom fell through the portal with much speed!
"Skeleton Bloom, this is so confusing! We got two of ya, we're goin to the future, the farm burnt down, our friends are dead, and I have a feelin things are gonna get really convoluted!" Complained Applejack.

"Cough!" Said a minion.
"STILL A FLASHBACK!" Said Applejack who is still hanging from the rafters of the fortress.
FLASHBACK!

Applejack marveled at the sights she was beholding in the time portal. Cities crumbled, Canterlot fell from the mountain. Celestia was executed!
"Oh sweet apple dumplins, what is THAT?"
A huge crystal apple filled her vision. She herd a voice.
"The Apple Core waits!" The voices said.
And with a flash the portal was gone, and Applejack stood in a wasteland of ash.
"Welcome to the 'Battleground of Torment'." Said Sweetie Belle.
"What in Equestria happened here?" Asked Applejack while still on her awesome, and now vintage, motorcycle.
"At the time we didn't know what was going on, or how she survived. One day ten years ago the sky lit up a bright red, and the apple hordes descended. Millions upon millions of apple beasts. The Apple Eaters, the Apple Seekers, hundreds of Apple Reapers. After two days Equestria had fallen, and SHE appeared." Explained Scootaloo.
"She.....do you mean-"
"Apple Bloom. Or 'Skeleton Bloom' as she called herself. She disappeared years ago after the Apple Farm burned to the ground. We all thought that she had died until she returned. Yesterday we saw a BLUE flash in the sky, and used our future devices to track the source. It came from the ruins of old Ponyville. We saw her step through. We saw Skeleton Bloom use a time portal!"
"'future devices'? Sounds contrived!" Pointed out Applejack.
"No uh this is the future!" Insisted Sweetie Belle.
"ANYWAY, we watched the portal site, and waited for her return. We hid nearby, and jumped in we she used it earlier today. fortunately the portal gives you a return button when you use it, so we could get back!" Scootaloo continued.
"That explains everything!" Said a satisfied Applejack.
Nearby, Apple eyes watched them!

Hours later Skeleton Bloom returned from the past, or the present, or to the future.
"What happened to that Applecronian? We have to return to our own time!" Said an angry Skeleton Bloom.
"She must jump around the timeline all the time! That's how she's always able to stop our raids.....also we have a group of raiders who attack the Apple Army." Said Sweetie Belle who was hiding in the last living bush near the portal.
"Yeah, I pretty much figured." Replied Applejack.
"Bah, no matter! I'll find her later! I'm only an hour in the past anyway! Who am I explaining this to anyway?" And she went back to her time one hour in the future.
"That explains everything!" Said Applejack.

"Boy that was some adventure, but why are we back in the burning barn?" Asked Twilight.
A huge futury sound could be heard, and a portal opened.
"I am from the future! We need your help!"
"It's YOU.....YOU'RE....." Said Twilight in disbelief.
"I AM PROJECT GRANNY! I WAS BUILT USING THE REMAINS OF THE ONE YOU KNOW AS GRANNY SMITH! I AM NOW A ROBOT WHO CAN TRAVEL THROUGH TIME TWO TIMES AND THEN I EXPLODE!" And so they leaped into the future!
Granny Smith the Robot exploded.
"Well, I guess this is happening!" Said a cheerful Pinkie.
"I keep forgetting you're here." Said Twilight.

Well it's been an hour so now it's the future present.
"Uh, Sweetie Belle, did you see that?" Asked Scootaloo.
"That looked like a time portal! Applejack, you stay here and hide. We have to check this out!"
And so they left Applejack and the non evil Skeleton Bloom alone.
"NYAAAAAAAA!"
And Applecronian immediately captured them!
