CHAPTER 4




FIRE AND BONE





"Apple Bloom I think we need ta talk about somethin." Said Applejack in a concerned tone.

The motorcycle stopped, and Applejack turned around to look at Apple Bloom.

"Look, it's just that you're not as appley as you used to be. i think ya need a new name!" 

Applejack reached into her saddlebag.

"By the rights of 'The Sacred Apple of that One Tree Behind the Barn', I bestow upon you the name of 'Skeleton Bloom!'"

The air all around them exploded, and the sound of soft laughter could be herd.

"I knew it!" Said the voice.

The burning skeleton walked out of a blue ring of fire.

"Aw not NOW! Skeleton Bloom, we gotta get outa here!" Said Applejack as she jumped back onto the motorcycle and started to ride.

They began to drive off, but hundreds of Apple Eaters erupted from the ground!

"Aw apples, the apples are after us!" So she hit the gas or whatever you do on a motorcycle.

"ADVANCE!" Yelled the Skeleton Pony.

Applecronian appeared in a burst of apples!

"NYAAAA, STOP!" It yelled.

"MAKE ME!" Replied Applejack.

"NO JUST STOP!" It replied.

"NU UH!" Retorted Applejack.

And thus the battle of wits was won by Applejack! Also this all happened on a train.

Now back on the normal road and off the train Applejack sped up but she forgot to fill the gas tank.

"Aw I think this is it Skeleton Bloom..........the end of Apples forever!"

The Skeleton Pony walked right up to them, and stopped.

"I just needed to see it for myself. It was you. It was ALWAYS you. i knew it deep down, but I just had to see it. You did this. You did this to ME!" Said the fiery skeletal Pony.

"Wait.....what are ya sayin?" Asked Applejack who already knew the answer.

"You left the ovens on..........Sis." Said the bone Pony.

Applejack fell to her horse knees and began to tear up.

"ya.....ya burned the farm!" Said Applejack through the tears.

"What? We just established that you-" But burning Pony who is now Skeleton Bloom was tackled by an angry Applejack.

"HOW COULD YA? HOW COULD YA BURN THE FARM!" She was crying and punching the Pony right in the fire.

"ENOUGH!" Said Skeleton Bloom as she grabbed Applejack by the mouth and lifted her in the air somehow with bone hooves.

Just at that moment a bullet hit Skeleton Bloom's hand hoof, and Applejack fell from her grasp.

"RUN!" Screamed a Pony who somehow shot a gun.

Applejack got up and started running.

"You shall never escape me Applejack!" Said Skeleton Bloom, but she was wrong, but only kind of wrong.

"Applejack, we gassed up the motorcycle! Follow us!" Said a cloaked Pony who had another cloaked Pony next to her.

Applejack jumped onto the motorcycle, and followed the other Ponies who also had motorcycles.

"What in tarnation is goin on here?" Asked the horribly confused Applejack.

They sped up a nearby hill.

"Applejack.....it's been so long." Said one of the Ponies as she removed her hood.

"S...........Scootaloo?" And Applejack was flabbergasted.

"We'll explain everything later, but right now we have to go save it." Said Scootaloo.

"Save what?" Asked Applejack.

The other Pony removed her hood.

"Save the future." Said Sweetie Belle.

They pressed a button, and the ground shook. The portal was open.

They rode in.

"NYAAAAAAAAA!"

And Applecronian jumped in after them.
