"Yo Twilight!" Rainbow Dash yelled, running up to the studious Alico-Human.
Twilight Sparkle was currently in the library of Canterlot High doing some more research on human history. She, like always, had her nose buried in a book about something called World War One. It proved to be both fascinating, yet Gruesome.
"Huh? Oh hey Rainbow." She said, sitting up and turning halfway around in her chair.
"So, The girls and I wanted to know if you wanted to go see a movie or something tonight." Rainbow said, sitting down next to Twilight.
"Sure. Sounds Interesting." Twilight said, smiling.
"All right!" Rainbow said, Fistpumping.
Her little victory dance was interupted by a small sound emitting from her pocket.
"Ugh..." She said, pulling out her phone.
Twilight looked at the device with curiosity. She's read about these supposed 'phones' but she's never gotten to take a closer look at them. Oh how she'd like to pull it apart and take a look inside them...
"Uh... Twi?" Twilight was snapped out of her thoughts by Rainbow, who was tapping her foot impatiently.
"Uh... Sorry..." She said, smiling sheepishly.
"Ugh... Let's just go so I don't have to worry about Soarin' constant messaging me on Facebook..." She said, walking towards the doors.
"Uh... Facebook?" Twilight asked.
"Hm? Oh yeah, Facebook." Rainbow said, mentally slapping herself.
"So... Face... Book?" Twilight said, having a mental image of her face plus a book.
"Uh... Yeah... You should get an account one-"
*Slap*
Rainbow winced out of shock, but when she opened her eyes... Twilight had the massive encyclopedia right in her face.
"That's... Not quite what Facebook is..." Rainbow said, struggling to hold back laughter.
"Then what is it!?" Twilight said, pulling the book off her face with an audial snap.
"It's an App."
"App?" Twilight tiltled her head.
"Application." Rainbow said, exasperated.
"Oh! Oh... ok... Well..." Twilight said, pulling a piece of paper out.
Rainbow facepalmed.
This... Is going to be a long day...
"So, These games are purely for entertainment? And that Candy game isn't really a changeling mind spell?" Twilight asked for the millionth time.
"UGH... YES! Can we go to the movie now!?" Rainbow said, exasperated.
"... Well... No! I've still got lists to make and experiments to run!!!" Twilight said, running down to a random section of the library.
"Uh, The library is closed..." The librarian said, tired.
"TWI, TIME TO GO!" Rainbow shouted.
"But..." Twilight said, wobbling back with a huge stack of books.
Rainbow facepalmed... For the millionth time.
"Now's not the time... We missed the movie, Soarin' has messaged me all this time and now you're going all Phone crazy! How'd you even get that many books in that short time!?" Rainbow ranted.
Twilight looked hurt as she sighed.
Rainbow sighed alongside her.
"If you want a facebook so badly... We can... make you one..." Rainbow reluctantly said.
Twilight looked up with a glimmer in her eyes.
"Really!?" She said, getting up.
I'm gonna regret this...
"Really..." Rainbow said, smiling.
Twilight smiled and walked out as she found out all her CH friends were waiting outside... and beyond mad.
"Where were you!?" Pinkie yelled.
"I'm sorry Pinks. Mrs Smart over her wanted to know about Facebook." Rainbow explained.
This brought a whole bunch of moans and facepalms.
"Couldn't ya have saved it fer a diff'rent time?" Applejack asked.
"I'm sorry... but I wanted to know..." Twilight said, slouching.
"Of course darlin- Where did you get that hideous bruise!?" Rarity started shrieking.
"Twilight thought Facebook was what it sounded like..." Rainbow snickered.
Twilight looked sheepishly away while the whole group giggled alongside RD.
"So, why don't we have a slumber party instead?" Sunset Shimmer suggested.
The whole group agreed on this.
"I also... May have promised Twi a facebook account..." Rainbow sheepishly grinned.
The whole group was silent.
"Uh... Did you warn her about some of the stuff on there...?" Fluttershy said, quietly as she usually does.
"R-right! Lets just go to.... Pinkie's house! Yeah...Haha..." Rainbow said, panicking a bit.
"Alright." Pinkie said, shrugging it off.
"So, what did Rainbow tell you about facebook?" Sunset asked.
"Well..." Twilight said, pulling out a list.
"And then she told me that the candy matching game WASN'T a changeling mind spell." Twilight concluded.
She looked up from the paper.
"... You were TAKING NOTES!?" Rainbow fumed.
"Well, I want to share everything with my Ponyville friends so, Why not?" Twilight explained.
"That's not what I meant.." Rainbow facepalmed.
"Come on... We need to get you set up..." Rainbow said, walking over to pinkie's laptop.
She typed in the web address and twilight watched as the facebook sign in page popped up. Rainbow moved the cursor over to the sign up button and clicked on it.
She typed in Twilight's name and stopped short at the enter email part.
"Uh... Twi? You have an Email?" Rainbow asked, them mentally slapped herself again.
"Of course you don'-"
"Well, I had to make one up for applying to the school... It's Twilight.Sparkle@Gmail.com.... Whatever a Gmail is..."
Rainbow then asked "Have you made it official?"
"Oh don't worry, I helped her with that." Sunset said.
"Right..." Rainbow said, typing in Twilight's supposed 'Email'.
She re-entered it again and moved down.
"Password." She said.
"Uh..." She said, whispering her decided password in her ear.
"R-really?" Rainbow said, her eyes bulging a bit.
Twilight nodded and watched as Rainbow entered it.
"Really, honey, You should choose a stronger password than that..." Rarity said.
"It's the password to all my magically locked stuff..." Twilight said quietly.
"Rrrriiight moving along..." Rainbow said.
A few minutes later Twilight got a facebook account!
"It's all yours... We'll send you friend requests later." Rainbow said, slipping off the chair
"Cool." Twilight said, sitting down.
Five minutes later....
"I think I broke it rainbow..."
