Adult Spike roared out as me, Jaden, Syrus, Jessie and all the other students of Duel Academy watched the duel between my older sister Sara and her opponent John go on. "And now Ultimate Spike, attack with Fire Breath Barrage!" my older sister ordered as her Ultimate Spike sent a stream of green fire towards one of John's Masked Dragons and burned it into dust.

"And next, I play the spell card Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy that United we stand spell card of yours," Sara continued as a burst of wind from her spell card was sent towards his equip spell and destroys it, "And now without that equip spell card in play, your Fortune Lady Dark looses her extra attack points that came from that card." A glowing aura formed around Lady Dark as she got weaker.
Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2000
"But for now, all I can do is end my turn," she finished, "It's your turn now John."
"Alright then, Sara, I draw," John said pulling another card from his deck, "Since you destroyed one of my Masked Dragons, I can activate it's special ability, allowing me to special summon a Dragon type monster with fifteen hundred attack points or less, so I special summon my Dark Blaze Dragon," as his Dark Blaze Dragon appeared on his side of the field and roared.
"What can he do against my Ultimate Spike?" my older sister asked him.
"Nothing yet, but now Lady Dark's level increases," John replied to her before turning to Fortune Lady Dark, "And since her level had increased so do her attack points to twenty-four hundred."
Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2400 DEF: 2400
"Next I play my Book of Secret Arts spell card and equip it to my Lady Dark," John went on, "Increasing her attack and defense points by three hundred."
Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2700 DEF: 2700
"Now Lady Dark, attack her Princess Cadance with Dark Hole spell attack!" he ordered as his Lady Dark sent a black energy ball at Sara's Princess Cadance. Once it hit her, Cadence bursts into smoke and fire. Sara covered her face from the blast, but it forced her to be slid back a little.

I saw this as my older sister was trying to hold her own against her opponent. I felt like I should be there helping her just like she did with me when we were kids. "Come on sis," I called out to her, "You can do this!"
She managed to stand back up as she said to John, "I maybe down, but I'm not out yet John."
"Well, I'll end my turn with a face down," he finished, "You're move now Sara."
"Alright John, I draw," she said as she pulled out another card from her deck, "Now Ultimate Spike attack his Fortune Lady Dark with Fire Breath Barrage!" she ordered as her Ultimate Spike sent another blast of fire towards John's Lady Dark.
"I don't think so Sara, I play a trap card," her opponent cut in as his trap card revealed itself, "Attack Guidance Armor, this trap is like a magnet that redirects your own attack right back at you."
"Uh-oh," Sara said out loud.
"And now Guidance Armor equip to my Dark Blaze Dragon," John said as the armor disappeared at least for a second until reappeared, attached to his Dark Blaze Dragon. Soon Ultimate Spike's attack turned towards his Dark Blaze and shattered it to pieces.

"Well, I think I'll play my Pot of Greed allowing me to draw two cards from my deck," my older sister continued as she pulled out two more cards from her deck, "Now, I summon my Twilight Velvet in defense mode and end my turn, it's your move," she finished as her Twilight Velvet appeared in DEF mode.
"Okay, draw," he said pulling another card from his deck and checks it, "And I play my Pot of Greed spell card allowing me to draw two cards from my deck," as he then drew two more cards from his deck. "Now, I summon my Blackland Fire Dragon to the field in defense mode," John said as his Blackland Fire Dragon appeared in DEF mode with it's wings covering it's face, "Also since it's still my turn, Lady Dark's level increases and so do her attack points to thirty-one hundred." Lady Dark began to have a very dark purple aura formed around her.
Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 3100 DEF: 3100
"Now, I end my turn with a face down," John finished placing his facer down card, "What else do you got, Sara?"
"I will show you, I draw," my older sister replied pulling another card from her deck, "I summon my Coco Pommel in defense mode and play my Heavy Tornado spell card to destroy all the spell and trap cards on the field," as all the spells and traps on the field shattered into tiny shards, including John's field spell.
Ultimate Spike: ATK: 3000
Fortune Lady Dark: ATK: 2800
"Now, Ultimate Spike, take out his Fortune Lady Dark with Fire Breath Barrage!" Sara ordered as her Ultimate Spike sent another burst of green fire at Lady Dark. When the fire blast hit her, she exploded almost sending John flying off his feet.

"And then I'll end my turn by throwing down a face down," she finished placing her face down.
"My turn then," John said, "I draw," pulling out another card from his deck, "I play Monster Reincarnation; by discarding one card from my hand to the Graveyard, I can bring back my Darkblaze Dragon from the Graveyard," and his Darkblaze Dragon reappeared on his side of the field. "And since he was special summoned back, his attack points are doubled," he continued.
Darkblaze Dragon: ATK: 2400
"But that isn't enough against my Ultimate Spike," Sara said to him.
"Sure your Ultimate spike has three thousand attack points while my Darkblaze is only twenty-four hundred, but if I equip him with my Axe of Despair spell card, he gains an extra thousand points," he said.
Darkblaze Dragon: ATK: 3400
"Darkblaze, attack with Dark Fire," John ordered as his Darkblaze sent a dark fireball towards my older sister's Ultimate Spike. When it hit, her Ultimate Spike exploded.

"Now, Masked Dragon attack with Masked Fire Blast," he continued as his Masked Dragon sent another fire blast straight towards my sister's Coco Pommel.
"I don't think so, I play a trap," my older sister cut in as her trap card revealed itself, "Sakuretsu armor, this stops your attack and destroys your Masked Dragon." His Masked Dragon started to shatter into little pieces.
"I guess I'll end my turn then," John finished.
"Now I draw," Sara said pulling another card from her deck, "I play my Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your equip spell," as a burst of wind came from her spell card and destroyed John's equip spell.
Darkblaze Dragon: ATK: 2400
"Now I play Monster Reborn to bring back my King Sombra from the Graveyard," my older sister continued as her Sombra appeared on her side of the field in the form of a shadow but reformed in the Unicorn Tyrant, "Now, Sombra attack with Dark Magic Crystals," she ordered as her Sombra used his Dark Magic to summon dark crystals that formed around John's Darkblaze Dragon and began to crush it.

"Finally, I play a face down and call it a turn," my older sister finished placing her face down.
"Well, my move, draw," her opponent said pulling another card from his deck, "I sacrifice my Blackland Dragon to summon my Summoned Skull in attack mode," as his Blackland disappeared and the legendary Summoned Skull took it's place.
"But you know that's not enough against my Sombra," Sara stated.
"But if I equip him with Black Pendant and Big Bang Shot spell cards, he gets a nine hundred point boost," John corrected my older sister as a pendant appeared around the Summoned Skull's neck and a dark purple burning aura begins to form around him.
Summoned Skull: ATK: 3400
"Summoned Skull, attack with Lightning Strike!" John ordered as his Summoned Skull growled summoning a large spark of lightning up towards to the sky, but went back down towards Sara's King Sombra. Once the lightning hit her Sombra, he exploded into black smoke.

"Now, Masked Dragon attack her Coco Pommel with Masked Fire Blast!" he said as his Masked Dragon sent a fire ball towards Sara's Coco. When the fire blast hit, her Coco exploded. "Now, I end my turn with a face down," he finished.
"I draw," Sara said pulling another card from her deck, "I play Lord Tirek in attack mode," as her Triek appeared on to the field, "And since I summoned him, I can special summon one level four or lower normal monster from my deck, and I pick my Unicorn Royal Guard." Then came her Unicorn Guard.
"But those are still aren't enough to stand up against my Summoned Skull," John said to Sara.
"Not right now, for I tune both my level four Lord Tirek with level four Unicorn Royal Guard and Synchro Summon Archfiend Lord Tirek," she said as her two monsters merged together and created a new Tirek in their place.
"Who is Lord Tirek Chris?" Jesse asked me.
"Why not ask him yourself," a familiar voice said as me, Jaden and Jesse saw my Tirek's duel spirit right next to us.
"Tirek is one of the few enemies of the Mane Six," I replied to Jesse, "And he is one of few powerful cards in my sister's and my deck."
"That is awesome," Jaden said as we turned back to watch the duel.
"Now, Tirek attack his Masked Dragon with Tartarus Blast!" Sara ordered as her Tirek summoned an energy ball between his horns and sent a massive blast towards John's Masked Dragon. When this blast hit his Masked Dragon, it exploded into pieces. The blast even sent John flying a few inches but landed on his back.

The crowd cheered and so did we. "Yeah, that's my sister," I said as Sara walked out of the arena. Me, Jaden, Syrus and Jesse walked out to see her. "Hey, sis!" I yelled to her as she turned to look at me and the others.
"Hey little bro," she said to me, "I saw you out in the crowd."
"Yeah, you did good out there," I nodded to her.
"Well, i'll see you boys later," she said as she walked away.
"Okay then sis, see ya," I said to her as Spike and Doctor Whooves appeared beside me.
"Well, she hasn't lost her touch in dueling," the little Dragon said.
"I knew she wouldn't," Doctor Whooves stated.
"Come on guys," I chuckled, "Let's head back to the dorm." So we went back to the Slifer Red Dorm. I was thinking that I have a long way to make the rank of Obelisk Blue. But I knew my friends will be with me every step of the way.
