You feel your forehead, and you feel no horn. However, you can rarely see if you have wings, due to you nearly becoming dizzy. Why is... the world... getting... darker... you mumble, as you start fainting.

I noticed that (your name) had fainted, so I decided to pick (him/her) up and bring him to my home. "Come on, girls! And other two ponies... Time for lifesaving! Lets bring (him/her) to my bedroom in my families shop!" I exclaimed. "And... where is this shop? Actually, where are we anyways?" asked Doctor Whooves. Red Moon replied, "You, Mr.Doctor, are in Fillydelphia, part of Equestria. And this so called shop is on the top left corner on the outskirts of Fillydelphia. It's a few yards past that big tree house." Me and the other 3 pegasi started flying to the shop nearby with the pegasus, while Doctor Whooves tried his best to make sure if (he/she) fell down he would catch him. After a few drops and a clumsy hit against the Tree House, we finally arrived at my bedroom. I went down to fetch him a (put your favorite fruit here except tomato) smoothie.

As you woke up, you saw a pink-orange ceiling. As you stared a bit down, you saw 2 smiling mares, a constant stare, and a confused colt. As your vision cleared up, you noticed from left to right, Steamwink smiling at you, Red Moon staring at you with a mad-confused-just stare face, Derpy also smiling at you, and Doctor Whooves looking at the ceiling and back at you with a confused face, like he was trying to solve a hard math problem. Then you noticed Mango wasn't here.
"Wheres Mango Dolphin?" you asked. "She went to go get you a get-well suprise." said Derpy. Suddenly, a light hot pink pegasus rushed up, with a smoothie in her hand... err... hoof.
"Hey, (your name), I made you a (your favorite fruit except tomato) smoothie as a get well gift!" she shouted. She handed you the smoothie and you took a drink of it. You are both amazed and stunned. "How did you know this type of fruit was my favorite? It's so good!" you exclaim. "I have my ways" Mango says mysteriously. You suddenly feel better already.
"So, when you're feeling better, where do you want to go?" asks Red Moon.
