Another Boring Day

It was a day like any other, I would go to school. Same boring classes, being friendly, and pretend that everything was alright. Then I would eat lunch, finish classes, and finally go home and start the cycle all over again. I put on my jacket and headed to the bus, I grabbed the seat about four seats from the front because I was the first stop

" Hey,hows it going buddy? " Jake said sitting next to me. Jake has been my friend for as long as I could remember and would not have anyone else beside me. Jake seemed to always have my back, he was a good friend that way.

" Usual bullshit, failing math, but why should I bother? Its’ fourth quarter and I know I will need summer school anyway. " I said in my unenthusiastic tone.

" Yeah, well it ain't all bad, in some places they give homework on weekends! " Jake said trying to make me feel better.

" Jake we are one of those places, " I said then thumped my head against the bus seat.

"Yeah i know,but i also said id tutor and you decide to go on your lonely walks. Did you even talk to your mom about your depression?" Jake replied. The way he spoke at first was in a joking voice but his concern for my well being seemed to shine through,however i found his question rather annoying because i had tried many things to cope for my depression. My mom wanted to get me a therapist but i refused. The fact of the matter it wasn't as much of depression as more as i felt so out of place in the world. If could give my best idea of the feeling. It was like when a fly gets stuck between the space in the window, like it just bonks back and forth on the glass and you cant figure out how it got its self trapped there. well that's me i'm that fly.

"Hey!,Alex...earth to Alex!! wake up!" I woke suddenly, i had fallen asleep on the bus again. i'd happen to do that from time to time school wore me out. i rubbed my eyes i looked to see my younger brother Cayle. he had his hand on my shoulder and he was shaking me. Jake was already standing up waiting to get off the bus.

"Oh...sorry" i replied then picked myself off the seat. Kids in the seats behind me were snickering. Cayle snapped a sharp look back the bus went silent.

"Thats what i thought" he said peering through the crowd as if he was reading a text book. I pulled my hoodie up and followed Jake and My brother off the bus

" See you guys later, i gots home work " Jake yelled as he crossed the street

"we still going to the mall this weekend?" i yelled back

"yeah man"he said gave a wave and went inside his house. I looked over at Cayle.

" I'm going to-," I was cut off by Cayle.

" Yeah I know you're going for a walk, be home before supper okay? " He said heading inside. I looked at the trees for a long time and then headed into the woods. I tried to think how awesome it would be to talk to animals and see how life was in the wild. I figured that would never happen, like the idea of me ever going to another world or seeing a UFO in the sky. Even though when I was younger, I swore I saw one. My mind was always occupied by random thoughts. and fantasies that in my own mind feel real. sometimes they were cool and other times they were dismal. The calm woods was where i could just i don't know how to put it, but i was just able breath better. i spent a while walking. i picked up a fallen branch and used it as a walking stick. i headed deeper into the woods when i heard a loud boom and the wind started to blow so hard the leaves shot of the trees in my direction. i fell on my butt and shook my head.

"what the hell was that!?" i said trying to calculate what just happened. my ears were ringing and i could have sworn a bomb just went off. for most people this would be the point in which they'd run and tell there mother what happened,but instead because you know the old saying about the cat. my curiosity had gotten the better of me. i walked into a clearing of sorts it looked more like all the trees in a ten foot radius had simply fell in all directions and in the center was this pale clump.

" That's odd, " I thought to myself as I approached the thing, I realized it was a girl. She had soft pink hair and I noticed right away that she was naked.

" Of all places to fall asleep naked, this girl chooses here, " I thought to myself, then thought. “ What if she is hurt and needs help, the weather is getting a little chilly outside, so hypothermia would be a big deal.” I took off my black military jacket i had on over my hoodie and covered her up. I slowly started to pick her up, she was actually pretty light, she looked about seventeen or eighteen, nineteen at the most. Being a boy, it was hard not to stare at her breast. They were actually pretty big which made me carrying her a whole lot harder. Then weird thoughts came into my head which instantly shook away, now wasn't the time, this girl whoever she was, needed help and fast. I kicked open the door and headed down the stairs to my bedroom which happened to be in the basement. Yeah, I live in a basement, I'm not a vampire OKAY!, I laid her on my bed and put a T shirt on her and slipped some of my pajama bottoms on her because I didn't want to go through my mom's clothing, that's just disgusting. I wrapped her in my blanket because her body temperature was really low. I tapped her on the nose to see if she was even alive.

" Hey lady, you alright? Are you hurt? " I got no response except for her swiping my hand away and turned to lay on her side.

" Whew, I don't have to call an ambulance, " was my immediate thought. I sat down in the chair. i'm not a very active person so i was pretty exhausted and on top of that i had already fallen asleep on the bus. i closed my eyes for a second and passed right out. I awoke to a soft sighing, the girl must have been really tired because she was now making a full on snore, but it was soft as a kittens mew. I walked up stairs to see if my mom was home, there was a note on the fridge, that read.

" Alex, me and Billy have gone out for the night, Camron and Trenton are with grandma, make sure you and Cayle eat. There is leftover pizza in the fridge, cheese because I know how pepperoni gets to you, love~mom ". Cayle had nodded off on the couch, he was out before I even got back. I decided to wake him up and tell him what had happened in the woods today.

" You what?! " Cayle asked in shock, that was the reaction I expected to get after saying I found a naked girl and brought her home, she is laying in the bed down in the basement. So yeah that was expected.

" I'm serious, this girl was just laying there and it was cold, I couldn't just leave her there to get sick. " I replied

" She was naked! Did you touch her boobs? " Cayle asked being his usual perverted self, I gave him my disappointing face.

" Grow up!" I said.

" There is pizza in the fridge if you want to heat it up, " Cayle said but what he meant was get me a piece of pizza I'm hungry.

" Yeah i'm not really hungry, I think I will give mine to the girl when she wakes up, I feel like I know her from somewhere but I can't place my finger on it, I know she is not from school. " I said heading down the stairs and clipped the corner of the wall and fell down the stairs. Cayle just laughed and went back to watching television, I pulled a muscle in my leg, when I stood up I felt pain, I could tell it wasn’t broken because the pain wasn't agonizing. I hobbled into my bedroom, the fall must have made a loud noise because the girl had awoken and she looked confused and afraid.

" Oh did, I wake you sorry, my name is Alex, what's yours? " She squeaked and pulled away, when I brought my hand up to shake.

" W...wh..where am I?" she spoke in a soft scared tone. I sat down in my computer chair and began to explain what had happened.

" This is my house, I found you in the woods and carried you home because I was afraid that you would get sick. I found you naked, so I put clothes on, you I promise that's all I did, " bringing my hands up in defense, my face went red with blush, she observed her body and tried to stare at her back.

" What happened, where are my wings? " She panicked, I stared at her in confusion

" Wings? " I asked.

" Yeah, wings, you know? What us Pegasi fly around with, " she said still trying to look behind herself to see if the wings were even there.

" Um a Pegasus is a flying pony, you're not a pony, did you hit your head in the woods or something? " I said then started thinking this girl had serious problem, if she thought she could fly.

" WHAT? " She yelped, she looked at her hands and feet closely and grabbed her newly found chest. I tried my best not to stare at her groping herself, she stood up and looked at my brony shirt she was wearing to see the black and white rainbow dash

" What am I and why is Rainbow Dash on my stomach, " she said poking her belly then pulling on the shirt a little.

" Eh well you're a human like me, and that is my shirt I let you were because you were nude, like I said before, " I said. I was starting to get the feeling that she was an lunatic that had escaped from some asylum, but at the same time I thought she was absolutely right.

" I'm a.. hu..human? that must explain these, " she said grabbing her breast, she giggled a little and my face went red again i looked away in embarrassment.

" If you don't mind me asking, what's your name? " I asked adjusting in the chair to make myself more comfortable.

" My name? My n..name is Flutershism "she mumbled at the last part.

" I beg your pardon? What's your name? " I asked again unsure what she was saying, she started to act all shy again.

" My name is Flutter... Flutter... Fluttershy. " she said staring Into my eyes, my mouth dropped open. It made perfect sense the soft pink hair, the shy attitude and the whole being a Pegasus and you know what? I believed her. I know I should have been skeptical but no reason not to believe her came to mind.

" You’re Fluttershy? Well my names’ Alex, it's nice to meet you "
