"hey, where's mah big sis?" Rainbow Dash sighs and puts Lyra down.

"somepony took her, but i took one of them. She can show us where they camp out and we can get applejack back,"

"oh dear, i hope we don't get into a big fight like we did with discord..." whimpers Fluttershy. Everypony gets silent and then finally lyra comes to

"wha-what the... where am i?" she opens her eyes to see big mac in front of her, helping rainbow dash tie her to a chair. "HEY! wha-what are you doing?"

"we just want some answers now. ok, we won't hurt you if you promise you group won't hurt our friend," replies Big Mac

"wh-who? My group? oh yes, you mean them. well last thing i remember is your friend being taken. they will not hurt them if you don't hurt me." Rarity is confused and walks away playing it off.

"then no pony will hurt no pony. now, first one, where does your group stay at? like a camp or a store like this."

"i can show you, you can have blades to my back if needed. i won't try anything," Fluttershy knows who this is and can trust her.

"lyra, we will trust you. we were friends when we were little fillies," says Fluttershy, louder than normally, seeming really determined.

They walk for a bit with lyra showing the way. no infected on the way, it must have been blocked off area. they aproach the runned down barn like building. they walk closer and knock on the door. then they see a shadow above them. two pegasi are holding applejack and flying high enough to where if she falls, she dies. the doors open and they take lyra in. Fluttershy gets an idea. she whispers to Rainbow dash the idea, rainbow dash nods in agreement and understanding, she walks behind everypony and then behind a few walls before flying high into the sky. Rainbow dash's mind was sort of racing. she knew the pegasi holding applejack. they were the ones that made fun of fluttershy and her during flight school. she stays ready, then hears the cries of applejack so she flies down and flies as fast as she can. eventually breaking the sound barrier causing the sonic rainboom. the rainboom threw every infected pony onto their sides for a mile around. everypony looks up, then down again to see applejack isnt in their hooves anymore, but just a rainbow in front of their faces. a few seconds later, rainbow dash is standing next to her friends and applejack has the sack off her face and is untied. they all run away as the other group just walks back inside. They then get back to the store to find the truck still there. they pile in then drive away. they were on their way to the camp.
