Lysandre's Pov

CRACK!!!!

Lysandre instantly wakes up, running to where the sound came from. Lysandre opens the door so hard it almost came off its hinges.

"Are you kidding me right now, I'm getting ready to just fire everyone from their jobs."

Standing right there in the middle of the room was Keldeo. Nothing changed since he was already a horse but boy, he sure is one mad looking pony. Slowly backing up Lysandre didn't know what to do. Out of panic he sent out Honchkrow and was surprised by what he saw. Honchkrow didn't change,he is still a normal pokemon. He just thought that the effect just didn't actually take full effect on everything yet. Keldeo was getting ready to attack when Lysandre decided he had better plans than to deal with some horse at this time.

This gave him a idea he returned Honchkrow and immediately ran to his office. He used the Holo Caster to call all of team flare to the meeting room. He had plans with the pokemon, Big plans! Everyone entered mumbling and grumbling after being interrupted.

"I was eating some pizza, and then my flippin Holo Caster rang. I was so annoyed but I ran out without paying!"

"Dude free pizza! Did they even notice you just left?"

"Nope." Some random Grunt sounded super happy that he got free pizza from Pokepizza Parlor.

Lysandre came out and everything immediately went silent.

"Today i have all called you here because I have very special news. Everyone take out their pokeballs and release all your pokemon."

One by one pokemon popped out and appeared. Everyone was amazed at what they saw. Gasps and cheers were heard throughout the crowd. As the pokemon played around with each other a devilish smirk came upon Lysandre's face.

"You guys see it with your own eyes! Pokemon that are in pokeballs were not affected! We will use this to our advantage and take everything down one by one and finally the world will be ours!"

Joy spread across the whole meeting room. Even the pokemon jumped around in happiness even though they had no clue what was going on. What everyone in that room desired which is a undisturbed world, they might actually get it. Lysandre was able to quite everyone down to tell the plans.

"So now that we have a advantage here are the plans. We all split into groups depending on the type of pokemon we each have. I prefer choosing your strongest so nothing goes wrong. I will have the admins and myself be the leaders of each group. We will be doubling up on types so we don't have 18 different groups. I would prefer 9 groups."

Lysandre had to pause and think about if he was doing the right thing separating them into groups. After all a majority of the grunts are idiots and don't pay attention. He continued to tell the plans.

"Here are the groups:

"Xerosic you will be leading the psychic/ghost group, Celosia you are in charge of electric/normal, Aliana you get dragon/fairy, Bryony you get steel/rock, Mable you get Fire/Ice, Admin Josh lead the poison/bug group please, Admin Jake you get to lead the fighting/ground group, Admin Christina you are allowed to lead the grass/dark and I will lead the Flying/Water group. Everyone get into your groups now!"

Everyone was fumbling to find their groups. To make sure that people knew where they are going. Lysandre looked around and something looked off. There was a group that didn't have a admin with them. He realized that it was Mabel's group.

'Where could she be?' Than it hit him. He sent her out on a scavenger hunt earlier so she wasn't here. Luckily he had extra admins.

"Admin Mike i need you to temporarily lead the Fire/Ice group. Until we find Mable. I forgot I told her to do something else."

Mike nodded his head saying he understood and walked over to his new group. When it was time to split everyone walked out the door and started to reach to their goal. As soon has everyone went out the sky and the time all started to go berserk.
