Meanwhile, in the city of Manehatten,
As the city dwellers went about their normal routines, a tremor made them all jerk their heads up in concern, as well as an orange filly with a two tone pink mane and tail, "What was that?" Babs asked, as she looked around. Just then, several manhole covers shot out of the ground, spewing water, "WHAT THE...?!" Babs cried, as she was scooped up by her parents. Ponies everywhere began screaming in terror as the streets began to crack open, and more water spat out of the buildings, completely flooding the city. Police ponies were helping civilians seek shelter in some of the safe and sturdy buildings, just as the flood came through. Out of one of the buildings, a giant serpentine Chaos formed, opening its new reptilian eyes, as it spread the flood far and wide throughout all of Equestria.
In Appaloosa,
As Braeburn, along with a few other farming ponies continued to harvest apples for the townsfolk, a rumbling came from beyond the town. As they rushed to see what the commotion was, all color drained from their faces when they saw a giant tidal wave coming towards them, "EVACUATE TO HIGHER GROUND!" the sheriff called, as ponies and buffalo rushed for the higher up hills.
In Ponyville,
"Ok kids, we're going to be moving up to the hill!" Cheerilee called, as students were rushing for the hills, to escape the flood.
"Cheerilee! Are all the foals ok?" Cheerilee turned to see the Mayor galloping towards her, as more and more of the townsfolk were heading up the hill themselves.
"All of them are ok, and are heading on up ahead, as we should be doing," Cheerilee said, as she and the Mayor quickly ran up the slope to higher ground.
In Canterlot,
The royal family watched on the TV given to them by Discord what was happening throughout Equestria, "All of Equestria is flooded! The only good news is that nopony has been reported to be seriously injured. Many engineers say that something has gone wrong with the lands water system, and are trying to, oh wait, there's something down there! It looks like a monster!" the reporter pony said, as she flew above with a news crew, as they flew over Chaos.
"Princesses, I fear that none of the attacks we made on that monster were successful in any way," a guard said.
"What do you think is going happen?" Timmy whispered to Drake.
"I don't know, but I pray for something to be done," Drake replied.
"Don't worry boys, I'm sure everything will be ok," Luna reassured.
Back with our heroes,
After escaping the destruction of the Titan Lair, Francisco made a jet plane for everyone, save for the pegasi who decided to fly themselves to try and find Chaos, save for Fluttershy, who decided to fly in one of the jets, while Icezer froze the ground in front of him, and skated towards Chaos, with Filli Second with him, "C'mon Filli Second! We have to hurry to save Equestria, before there's nothing left to save!" Icezer called.
"I know that!" Filli Second called back.
"*Bzzt* Icezer, can you read me? We've spotted Chaos! Follow our jets and we'll lead you to it!" Silver said.
"Copy that Silver!" Icezer said, as he and Filli Second followed the jets towards where Chaos was rampaging, "Whoa, alright Filli Second, are ya ready?" Icezer asked the supersonic mare, who nodded, as they rushed to do battle with Chaos.
Meanwhile, in another robot base,
"Main thrusters are charged and ready for take off," Mane-iac said.
"Then fire them, and lets take off! Chaos had better get ready, because things are about to get really chaotic. A successful evil genius always has a plan B, that's why I have the Mane Carrier mark II," James said, as he and the villains sat in the control bridge, "Alright Mane Carrier Mark II, TAKE OFF!" James called, as the enormous battleship lifted off from the ground.
Back with the battle with Chaos,
As Icezer and Filli Second charged at Chaos from all possible angles, they soon found them selves surfing for their lives, just before being picked up by the jets, "Are you two ok?" Rarity asked, as the two heroes latched onto the jet she was in.
"Yeah, but since Chaos is more powerful than ever, we're going to need all the help we can get," Icezer replied, as a large shadow flew over our heroes.
"Back off you brats! Chaos double crossed us, so we'll get first shots at it," James said over an intercom system.
"Daddy?" Toby asked.
"He's fighting on our side now?" Clover asked.
"Chaos, we'll have you know that disloyalty to us is punishable by destruction! Ok guys, fire all our rockets!" James called to the villains, who did just as he said. But once the rockets were all close enough to Chaos, it made a force field, which protected it from the rockets. But it wasn't done yet. It then fired a beam of white light at the Mane Carrier Mark II, blowing it to bits. Luckily(?), James and the villains were able to escape just before the beam hit the ship.
"Oh great! Now how are we gonna stop Chaos?!" Brian demanded, as his jet, along with the others were engulfed in a bright light.
"This just keeps getting weirder and weirder by the second," Heiru commented, as he and his brothers were brought to the ground gently, along with the jets. Looking around, they soon saw Jewel Rush walking towards them, "Its you!" Heiru exclaimed.
"Ever since the day my clan attack the Master Elements shrine, Chaos has known only hatred and anger. So I have been traveling the eternal seas of time with Chaos, to keep its power in check, but some fiend woke Chaos, with a plan to use its power for evil," Jewel Rush said.
"James, he must have found a way to come back to Equestria, and figured out how to release Chaos from the Master Element," Raiden said. Just then, they turned towards Chaos, who spat out the Elements of Harmony. When the element of loyalty touched down, it quickly lost all its luster, and grew a dull red.
"Chaos has now drained the Elements of all their power. We must seal Chaos back in the Master Element!" Jewel Rush cried.
"It wont work," Silver said, which made the mare look at him curiously, "If we try to seal Chaos back in the Master Element, the same thing will only happen again," he explained.
"Silver's right, we have to solve this problem once and for all!" Raiden said.
"But, what can we do?!" Jewel Rush cried.
"Silver!" they all turned to see Twilight and friends coming towards them with the element of generosity.
"We found Charity after Chaos let her and the others go," Rarity explained.
"Hey guys!" they all turned to see the children, the Power Ponies, and much to their surprise, James and the villains, "If the Elements are what gave Chaos all that power, then they should be able to defeat it!" Josh said, holding the element of Honesty.
"Here you go boys, you should try to save the day, since you learned more about Chaos," Matterhorn said, giving them the element of laughter, before turning towards James with a glare.
"Oh alright, here," James said, handing over the element of Kindness.
"We just need magic," Brian said.
"BIG BWOTHERS!" they turned to see Heaven running towards them with the element of Magic in her hands. She tripped on her way.
"ARE YOU OK HEAVEN?" Echo-Echo asked.
"Yeah, but I want you guys to have this," Heaven replied, giving him the element.
"You guys can do it!" Toby cheered.
"We know you can! And after you beat Chaos, we can have 'Congratulations on saving all of Equestria' PARTY!" Pinkie squealed. Just then, each of the elements began to glow a bright color.
"The elements are getting their power back," Twilight said, as they, along with the others let the elements float up in the air, taking the titans with them, who closed their eyes, and as if by magic, their hair, or in Echo-Echo's case, his entire body, turned into a brilliant rainbow hue.
"What? But I thought the power of the elements could only be awakened by hate and anger?" Jewel Rush said.
"There are other feelings that are even more powerful," Eris philosophized.
"Eris is right, caring and friendship are stronger then hate and anger, and that's how the titans will stop Chaos," Cory said, before noticing a blush on Eris' face, which she shyly tried to hide.
"Alright guys, you ready?" Harmony Silver asked.
"YOU BET WE ARE!" his brothers replied, as they all flew towards Chaos to begin the final battle. Chaos then put up a barrier to protect itself, but it was all for naught, as they all tore through barrier with zero effort.
"Alright!" Rainbow Dash cheered, shooting up into the air, before she saw Chaos taking notice of her, "Uh oh," she squeaked, as Chaos fired a beam of light at her, and the others. But it never hit them, with quick thinking on Silver's part, who quickly flew over, and using his psychic powers, deflected the beam.
"I don't think so bub," Silver taunted, as Chaos turned away, and fired at Ponyville, "Uh oh, Icezer, protect the civilians!" he called to his brother, who quickly flew over to Ponyville, and froze the moisture in front of the townsfolk. Among one of them, a young filly with a red curly mane and tail felt her heart race as she witnessed the bravery of the icy hero.
"Your destroying day are over pal!" Icezer taunted. Chaos, getting angrier, the used solidified water spikes to attack, which were broken apart by Brian, Raiden, and Echo-Echo. This enraged Chaos further, so it decided to destroy all of Equestria in one attack with a giant ball of condensed magic.
"Boys! If that ball collides with just one bit of land, it'll destroy all of Equestria!" Discord called.
"Looks like its my time to shine," Francisco smiled at the challenge, and warped space around the ball to the point that no energy could escape. This was proven, when the ball exploded, and not one bit of destruction was caused.
"Well guys, shall we finish this?" Silver asked.
"You can count on me," Brian said.
"Me too," Raiden said.
"Don't forget the rest of us," Icezer said, as the others nodded in agreement.
"Then lets do it!" Silver said, as he and the other titans flew at Chaos, who blasted a beam of energy at them. The brothers joined hands, and made a drill like maneuver right into the beam, and straight into Chaos' mouth. Then, Chaos began to glow a bright rainbow color, and then disintegrated, with the titans all safely landing behind it. Reverting back to their previous forms, the titans all turned towards the ponies, and their families, who all rushed over to them.
"That. Was. AWESOME!" Rainbow Dash said.
"I never knew the elements of harmony could've been used like that," Twilight commented.
"Nor did I," Discord said.
"Hey, look!" Icezer said, pointing behind them. Much to their surprise, Chaos was standing their, in its first form.
"Chaos wasn't destroyed, it survived!" Rainbow Dash said, getting ready to fight Chaos.
"Hold on," Stealth said, putting a hand on Rainbow Dash's shoulder. Looking more closely, Stealth saw no hostility in Chaos' eyes, "Chaos doesn't look angry anymore." he explained.
"You're correct. That last attack purged Chaos of all its hatred and anger," Jewel Rush said, as she walked over to Chaos, "Alright Chaos, its time for us to return to our own place in time," she cooed, as she and Chaos began to float into the air, before disappearing in a flash of light. Just after they left, Raiden realized something.
"Hey, where're James and the villains?" he asked.
"I think they escaped while we were distracted," Josh pointed out. Just then, a flash of six different lights shone, "Look! The elements!" Josh said, pointing into the air, where the elements were slowly floating down from. Once they were a few inches from the ground, the then took the form of Trinity, and the rest, but this time, they had crystalline manes and tails.
"Serenity!" Toby and Fluttershy exclaimed, they rushed over to hug the green filly, as the others did as well.
"Mommy, Toby! I missed you two!" Serenity said, giving a big hug to her family.
"We missed you too sis," Toby said, holding his sister close to him, "But what happened to you manes and tails?" he asked.
"I'd say its a small side effect from turning back into our jewel forms," Trinity suggested.
"Well, I'd say they're divine!" Rarity commented.
"Well, Chaos is no longer hostile, so now we can rest easy for now," Rainbow Dash said.
"Not quite yet Rainbow, we still need to help with the clean up around Equestria," Raiden pointed out, which made everyone grimace.
"Don't worry about that, I'll have Equestria back to the way it was before," Discord said, snapping his bear claw. And just like that, all of Equestria was back to normal.
"Well, that certainly clears up a lot of work," Brain commented.
"Yeah, but you boys did great out there," Eris said.
"Heh, thanks," Silver said, as the sun began to set.
