The Pink Arena

The Loser's Circle

Once participants were eliminated from the tournament, they would be sent to a fairly small building to stay in for the rest of the time. This building was painted a hot pink, which many contestants welcomed with delight, but others thought that it was too much. Discord took particular amusement in those minority. In fact, he took amusement in the whole tournament, especially since he was the mastermind behind it.

Twilight Sparkle didn't quite expect the outcome of the battle to be quite as one-sided as she thought it would be. While she and her friends did have next to no training, all participants were personally told by Discord about what they could expect. She had no idea that she was a part of a cartoon created off a toy franchise aimed towards girls, and still didn't completely believe Discord. But what she was sure of now, was that Discord was capable of much more than just influencing Equestria.

She sighed and sat down on a table, which she shared with Blythe Baxter and the pets at the day camp.

"Hey," Blythe said,"welcome to the loser's circle."

Twilight weakly smiled,"Well, in a way, I'm happy about it."

"Really? Why so?"

"No more killing. In fact, the way some of my friends behave out on the battlefield just scares me. We'll be able to leave this all behind."

"Yeah... Me too. Every time when Penny threw a temper tantrum, she tore apart furniture dozens of times larger than her, but she never hurt anything living... Well, it's okay, because this is behind us all now, isn't it?"

"You can never be too sure with Discord," Twilight retorted, "We should go home since those were supposedly the finals, but as far as I know, Discord might as well as put us in a vast desert island and leave everybody fending for themselves and no more."

"I think I've got the tournament list as well, in order to get to you guys, we had to take down Polly Pocket, Sofia the First, and Doctor McStuffins, I'm not really sure about the rest and some of them are pretty difficult to recognize just based off of name - a lot of the people here just look the same," Blythe rambled.

"Well, in the end," Twilight said with a hint of smugness, "Discord's going to have a lot of explaining to do for his day or so of entertainment."
