After Christmas, and after very time consuming adventures, everyone would like to take a little rest. Derpy was by the stove cooking some stew, and Dinky was outside, playing with the CMC's. Derpy opened the door and called Dinky inside to eat the stew she cooked.
And inside the old police box is our most beloved doctor, Doctor Hooves. He unhooked the wires of his newly invented counsel and stepped in the kitchen with Derpy. ''Hello, Doctor. I'm so glad your here. The Ball Drop is tonight and we don't want to miss it.''

''Thank you, Ditzy. Do we have to catch a train?'' said Dr. Hooves.

''Of course, is there something wrong with that idea?''

Doctor Hooves suddenly felt scared of being on a train. He was afraid because out of all of the crime scenes he fixed with Tardis, he wasn't sure if there wouldn't be a crime on this one. But he was afraid to tell Derpy. Or let down Ditzy. But he had to tell and so he did,

''Derpy, I'm am afraid of trains. And I'd most likely be afraid of this one as well as of all those other crimes I've solved before.''

She rubbed his face and hugged him. This really helped him calm down about trains. Dinky entered the door halfway to alert them that they were late for the train. They quickly exited out of the door. While outside, the stumbled upon a bus that could lead them to the train station. ''All aboard! All ponies get on the bus!'' said the bus driver cheerfully.

Doctor was carrying his Tardis by pushing it with his muzzle trying to move it along. He lifted it up on the bus but not before the police box was not allowed on the bus with the passengers. The driver pushed it off the bus into their lawn.

''Daddy Hooves! Get over here! We found a seat for us to sit at!'' Dinky Doo yelled over to him.

He walked over there and sat next to Derpy. He felt a nudge of a leg on his side. It was her scooting over closer to him. She laid on him. The sky grew black and they were ready to go to bed. The family walked into the bedroom cart of the train. Dinky crawled into hers as Derpy tucked her in the covers. In the middle of the night Dinky laid awake worrying if the train crime were to actually true.

She walked up to the window and cited her grandmother's word for making a wish:
I wish I may, I wish I might. I have this wish, I wish tonight.
I don't want this to be a crime, I just wanna have a great train ride.
