It was back in Manehattan, were everypony up above the sewers and underground pipes is going home after their hard days work during the evening. Other ponies than hear the news about Discord’s suicide attempt, having them gasp in horror and instantly feeling sympathy for the lord of chaos. Some groups even want to get together to make a service, and have a group of fillies perform a choir for Discord to prove that he really is a friend to all of them.
The planning is very overwhelming and emotional because of their understanding of the draconequus’ pain. The news from the citizens however, was being eavesdropped by a vicious looking ant with razor sharp fangs. The wretched insect goes through the streets to overhear the information about Discord’s mishap. It then scurries through the sewer entrance hole, and slide down the mucky pipe that leads to an unknown, underground lair that’s formed and domed. The walls are also painted with… BLOOD.
V rests in is futon throne, and overlooks his scrolls at his hidden headquarter home. The red skinned immortal human lies back, snickering while listening to a song called “Psychosocial” on his tape player. He also is waiting, for Tirek.
His dear father had once again planned out a strategy to escape Tatarus once again, and he’ll be meeting V secretly in this home of his. V has never been more excited to be prepared for the arrival of his father.
Still, he doesn’t plan out how to manipulate anypony without slacking off a little. He soon tosses the scroll to the other side of the room, and picks up a newspaper near his throne. It said everything, and the ant even arrives to tell him what the ponies are up to, right by his ear. The words ay in all. Discord attempted to hang himself after being possessed by Satan’s Mold. Reporters also say he’s in the hospital, being watched, loved, and comforted by all his friends.
“HAHAHAHAHA! Hilarious!” V cackles, “Revenge is mine Discord. Really soon, oh, too soon… you’ll be dead for good!”
“Did I do good, Mr. V?” the ant asked while hoping down on V’s shoulder. He then expands his size to be the same height of a ponies’ in all of a sudden.
“I understand you’re here Thunder.” V said, “Yes, you did well. Now be sure to make my other assistant and FATHER feel welcome when they arrive.”
The ant then perks his antennas.
“Your father is home, master.” Thunder said.
“Ah, speak of… well… him” V giggles.
Stomping into the room, the big beast known as TIREK marches into the room. Then, a female silver bat pony with tails blades comes by him.
“Hello Cosmos.” V smiled, “Good work on busting my father out. Was the dog guard Cerberus a problem?”
“No.” Cosmos smiles evilly, “He won’t be barking for long.”
She then tosses down a bag she carried with her, and pulls out the three heads of the dog creature that guarded Tirek’s cell. Yellow ooze drips from the bottom of their heads.
“Yes, she always takes care of those filthy beasts. Matter of fact, Cerberus’ barking kept me from sleeping.” Tirek scowled, “You did well my son, making Discord hate himself.”
“Well, I did have a little help from somepony ROYAL.” V hints, “Anyways, you should thank yourself for creating a wonderful spell.”
“Yes, I know.” Tirek grins, “And hear this! I overheard from your ant assistant that traveled to the hospital. Those stupid horses will be expecting to confront me at my cell. I’ll tell you, it’s always the nagging during my visit hours. But… HA! Will they ever get a surprise from me! Oh, one more thing, did you capture the first twenty ponies for me, just so I could restore my magic? I have a new spell I must try out too.”
“Yes father. They’re in the next room, all tied up." V snickers, “And boy, are they sexy. I would kill to see one faint."
“Good. Lead me to them.” Tirek grins.
V then gets up from his throne, and signals his dad to follow his steps. They go to the other side of the domed room, as V opens the door in front of him. The prisoning room has all the twenty different ponies captured and tied. All of them are frightened, and one of the victims with them, IS BABS SEED!
“Good. Good.” Tirek compliments his son, “Did you have any trouble with the police?”
“None father. I brainwashed them, and told them to give Celestia and Luna a little white lie.” V said, “Now they’ll never know about the missing ponies we have here.”
“Smart.” Tirek said, “Step back now. I don’t want to suck out your magic too.”
“Whew. Wouldn’t love that either.” V said.
V then moves out of the way to have Tirek to his work. The villainous monster breathes in air as he sucks all the loving magic out of the ponies. Flight and strength pull out painfully from all twenty of them. They are alive, but they still can’t move. Babs Seed even looks up, thinking of Apple Bloom.
“Apple Bloom… help…” Babs cried softly.
Tirek snickers, then looks back at V.
“Set them up a bit more, would you V?” Tirek asks, “There’s still a lot more power inside of me that I hadn’t used yet.”
V has his telekinesis powers force the pony prisoners to stand in place. Then, Tirek wriggles his fingers as he creates his spell that will connect the ponies minds with his powers. A loud jolt then ignites, as all twenty ponies jump up. They then have their heads stay still, as their eyes become blank. They hum in a strange voice as if they’re now robots. Babs Seed joined along with their chant.
“We will obey you, Master Tirek.” they say.
“Good my servants.” Tirek sneers in pleasure, “See son, this called Steeling their power and controlling their so called magic, making them move to my every command. Soon, Celestia will be a puppet too, and then… AHHAHHA!! ALSO THE MAIN SIX and their precious friends.”
“Good move father.” V said, “I’m arranging other acquaintances of ours to escape their daunting cells as we planned. They’ll be meeting us here in this headquarter exactly.”
“Ah, good. I never felt more ready for that.” Tirek smirks. “Soon, Equestria will be nothing but trash. Is there any given time or day that our lovely friends will be here?”
“Four years have already past as you know.” V summarizes, “Hundreds more of my assistants are barging out them out in secret, so it will take two to three days to finally meet them.”
“Time is money.” Tirek mused.
“COSMOS!” V said to his assistant, “Our helpers might be out there with my companions now. Send each and every one of them a message, and tell them the directions of how to get here! We must make sure nothing goes wrong with our meeting, so do whatever it takes to slow any suspicious ponies down!”
“Yes, my lovely master.” Cosmos giggled.
Then she leaves, flying out of the sewer grounds to find the other villainous members of Tirek’s group.
“The message will be delivered!” she repeated to herself.
Tirek then looks at V.
“She’s an interesting character.” he admits, “How did you find her?”
“Well, I found her having an interesting crush on a two-tailed fox named, get this, Tails.” V explains, “Since he sometimes snuck in to explore Equestria, she became quite obsessed and aroused by him and followed him everywhere he went without him even knowing. Than, the freakin’ fox fell in love with Twilight, and boy… did that make her snap! She actually committed murderous crimes after discovering the truth over these past three years, and eventually got discovered and arrested the next year after those. I usually explore different criminal prisons as you know. But when I discovered her, I knew there was something deep down in her that I needed, a dark aura. It rested inside her, built from all the perfect rage. Such jealousy that built up in her, well, that turned her from an innocent flower into a pony that makes thorn powers with her bat magic. That new bat pony ever since became by personal item, a real DARK Cosmos. She also was the one that helped me catch these twenty ponies for you. Then she made a deal with somepony to arrange that stone to be discovered by that stupid Discord.”
V then leans into Tirek.
“Here’s another thing, she can bland in with flowers and plants.” V informs, “That benefit will give us the chance to invade Canterlot when she helps sneak us in.”
“A fine job.” Tirek smiles, “ I also a very curious to see who accepted the deal in order to abuse Discord.”
“We’ll find out.” V said, “Also, I brainwashed the mayor of Manehattan by surprise too. He’ll be keeping these citizens away from the main six ponies and royal princesses, just so we get more magic of those pieces of garbage.”
V then turns to leave his precious hideout.
“Now if you excuse me….” V then said, “I’m going to meet somepony in the Griffon Kingdom.”
In the 'intensive care' wing of the hospital, the same blue portal opened up, and Tails, T.J., and Sonic stepped out.
"Ah...it's been 4 years, yet it only feels like a week." Tails sighed.
"So, why am I here, guys? " Sonic asked.
"Well, old friend, it seems that someone here has come to avenge his family name by killing the ones who sealed his father in Tatarus. I have a bit of a beef that it’s one of Tirek's helpers, as of now. I owe these guys my help. If I hadn't arrived with TJ the last time, this entire planet would have been entirely enslaved."
"I can't wait to see everyone again! It's been way too long!" TJ grinned.
"Hey, hey, guys, guess who's back!!" They called down the hall. The ponies heard and raced to the 'intensive care' ward and saw the two foxes, waving and grinning.
Twilight even ran up to hug Tails.
“Thank goodness you’re back.” Twilight wept, “You actually came back to help us.”
“But of course.” Tails smiles, “You’re our friends.”
William then squirms along, and notices Sonic.
“Who’s that?” William asks looking at the hedgehog.
“Oh, that’s my best friend Sonic.” Tails introduces.
“You look like a runner.” Rainbow Dash said as she shakes his hand.
“That’s because I am.” Sonic smirks.
His face then becomes serious.
“So, what happened?” he asks.
“Discord… he tried to hang himself…” Fluttershy whimpered.
The ponies hang their heads down in sadness. Tails and TJ hang their heads with them. Sonic is also in shock.
The ponies then guide them to Discord’s hospital room, with Celestia, Fireblaze, Skull, Spike, Ian, and Leo watching over him.
Celestia rubs her hoof on his forehead, as the gang comes into the room. Princess Luna then appears by the gang, and looks at her sister.
“There’s an odd outbreak going near Manehattan.” she told her, “Should I investigate?”
“Yes.” Celestia nods.
Princess Luna then leaves the room to go do her job.
“So, what now?” Sonic asks.
“Well, Mr. Hedgehog.” Leo said, “We’re planning out a trip to Tatarus to confront Tirek.”
“Unless he escaped first.” Skull mumbles.
“Well if Tirek is there or not, then we need Zecora to help.” Twilight plans out.
“Well, something WILL happen at Tatarus too.” Tails points out.
“Also, some red skinned human named V… I still remember by coincidence… he has…. he met me and Discord four years ago…” Fluttershy predicts and remembers.
“V!” Twilight gasps.
“You saw him too?” Fireblaze shook, “I remember fighting him years back!”
“He might have something to do with all this. When he punched Discord and me, he told us he was going to avenge his father… Tirek.” Fluttershy cried.
“Tirek’s son you say?” Twilight said, concerned, “He must have planned this. Celestia told me about all the training he received from his father through all this past history. Finding villains’ information was quite unknown, but… I’m very sure that’s what he’s up to. For what I’m predicting, he’ll be using riddles to trap everypony in horrible mazes, and recruit new sadistic criminals. That means he already planned something to overthrow Canterlot.”
“V? It can’t be possible.” Celestia said in horror.
“HANG ON, IT WENT 2 YEARS! HOW?” William asks in terror.
“I saw distortion in the stars last night, and I was checking it out with Celestia and Luna.” Twilight explained, “Since Equestria and all other universes have on year each, they combined that years and make it…. two months.”
“Until what?” Tails asks.
“It might not be a prophecy, but the way Tirek does this method… It will take two months for his darkness to kill the self esteem in everyone in Equestria, and the darkness of the throne will be passed to his son V. Discord’s magic is the only thing to protect us from V’s power, and now…. He weakened him. They planned this all out to hurt us all.” Celestia said in a sad voice.
“THAT MONSTER!” Fluttershy screamed.
She then flew over to Discord, and hugged him tightly by his brown fur. The other ponies join her, and feel the urge to strongly protect him.
“How can he plan this out, just to harm our friend?” Rainbow Dash seethed.
“I don’t really know… I wish I do…” Ian said, clenching his paws to his head.
“WAIT, these devil thingies planned out these attacks to happen for all these years. SO we have two months left.” William jumps up.
Rainbow Dash realizes that to, and flies up over the gang in the room.
“We have to save Discord in order to save everypony all together!” she declares.
“Then we have to act fast!” Twilight agrees.
“Yes. We must.” Fireblaze nods, speaking in silence.
