" Is this thing on Pinkie" Dash asked.
It was almost time for the coronation of Twilight Sparkle, and the ponies of Equestria were excited to see this ordinary unicorn as a princess.
" Yes it is Dashie! Are you ready to start our time lapse?" Pinkie cheerfully said.
Princess Celestia ordered the mane six to make a time lapse for the future. Although it was all new to them as they have never done it before, except for Twilight of course.

" I think I am, but all I have to say is that I'm awesome and need to stay that way." Dash proudly answered.
Pinkie and Dash were actually sisters, but no one knew except for them and there dad. There mom died in a horse carriage accident, but Rainbow was confused about her mom, she thought her mom abandoned her and Pinkie, so to this day she regrets the last time she seen her mother. Pinkie on the other hand was okay with the whole thing, but at first she was sad. Rainbow stayed with Pinkie and being older and all explained why it happened. When they heard that their mom had died they were devistated , especially Dash. She was not the kind of mare who made a big deal, but when she heard this she was confused, angry, and over-all devistated. Pinkie just stopped and broke down crying, and when Dash seen her, she went up to her and hugged her as tight as she could.

The next few years they grew up to be in Highschool, but there best friend Twilight became an advanced student. Princess Celestia thought she was ready to fulfill her destiny. That's when she made the assignment to make a time capsule. Rainbow had a crush on Soarin of The Wonderbolts for what Pinkie says Forever. Soarin got rejected by Spitfire, so Pinkie convinced Dash to cheer him up.
" Hey Soarin, Are you okay, I just seen the whole thing." She passionately asked.
" No not really, but no pony has ever liked me in that way. He bluntly said.
Rainbow blushed at her next sentence.

"Well, I like you in that way."
Secretly the whole time Pinkie was taping the whole thing on video, silently cheering Dash on.
Soarin stared at Rainbow, but then realized something.
" I like you too Dashie"

In her mind she wanted to explode, but she had to be cool about it.
" No one has ever called me that except for Pinkie Pie."she said.
Soarin was quite surprised she was never called by that name often, because it sounded cuter than Rainbow Dash. Rainbow didn't like her nickname at all, because it was embarrassing, but when Soarin said it she felt different. 

Rainbow's POV
He then asked me to go out with him, but it was on Twilight's coronation day. I was going to say no, but I wanted to choose my own life not my dad's. He asked who would tape the coronation, I mistakingly said Pinkie would. He told me to meet him at an abandoned warehouse. Once he left Pinkie came out of no where, and asked why I told Soarin she would cover me.
I told her what she told me" you need to have your own life." I quoted. She said since I was her sister she would cover for me, but if it were some pony else she wouldn't. I asked dad what part of the coronation was he. It turns out he is the operator of filming it. I went to my room and became all girly, which was weird for me. I looked for an outfit to where. I tried on the Gala dress, but it was to frilly for a first date. Next, I tried on a pink skirt with a black tang top. It was to pink. I then found one of my mothers out fits, it had a rainbow cape, with white sleeves and the most beautiful headband I've ever seen. It was golden, but with my cutie mark on it. I knew that was the one I wanted to where, it was like a sign. I then turned on the weather channel, but they said a storm was coming on the exact day of my date. I didn't want to believe it so I turned it off. I went to Pinkie's room to ask what she was doing. Of course she was making her cupcakes. I asked her what the excuse was for my date. She said that if dad asked she would say she didn't know where I was. I thought it was very clever. I went back to my room and feel asleep happily. Today is a new day, and a day closer to my date. My dad wondered why I was so happy, because I usually am grumpy in the morning. Today I wasn't, because I have something to look forward to, which is my first date. One more day, but I have to look for the warehouse. I told my dad that I was going to the library. I found the warehouse and it was so beautiful, I just stared in awe.

" Isn't it magnificent Dashie, could you not wait for our date."

" Soarin you scared me!" I started to cry of fear. He came over to me and apologized, he also hugged me. I just hope the weather won't mess up my first date. I told him I came to see where I was supposed to go to the next day. He told that he came here to think about something.

" may I ask what you are thinking about?"

" I'm thinking about our date and how I-I love you." I seen his cheeks turn pink. 
I blushed at this and said that I loved him since I first met him. We then went our seperate ways after an awkward silence. I came home to a nice cloud dinner, oh yeah my dad is also head of the weather team. I almost forgot to tell you, anyway I tucked Pinkie Pie in bed and went to look at the time capsul. Pinkie is a good photographer and I'm glad, because if she wasn't who knows what I would do. Goodnight I said to the beautiful night that Luna made. I then went to dream land and snuggled my pillow.
