Fluttershy quietly slept in the hospital bed, if Pinkie had not found her when she did, she wouldn't have lived, Pinkie refused to let the doctors look at her, she wouldn't leave the bedside. Rainbow Dash had took one looked and flew away with tears, Twilight busied herself trying to help the doctors and using the spell to talk to the animals, she even convinced the nurses to let some of the animals stay by Fluttershy's bed.
Angel was there, the little bunny didn't shed a tear, he was much to tough for that, but he stayed right on Fluttershy's chest. Always listening, making sure her heart was still beating. .
Applejack hadn't really reacted, she just sat down and tried to console Rarity who was bawling her eyes out. But the worst was Pinkie Pie.
She knew it was her fault, she had seen how Fluttershy had been, distraught, sad, but she thought it was because an animal was sick. But that day, the day she had given her the note, she should have stopped her there, she knew, she had felt something was wrong.
Pinkie slammed her head against the bedside and then laid a hoof on Fluttershy's.. she didn't know if Fluttershy could hear her, she had barely woken up since Pinkie had burst into the hospital, swearing a never ending oath to prank the doctors to death if they didn't help Flutters.
