//------------------------------// // Twilight Sparkle Reports In!! // Story: Super Smash Ponies Universe // by Hatty //------------------------------// "No, Dr. Brain!! It's to dangerous!!" Narnia pointed a hoof towards him. He looked over, his magic still having a good grasp on the potion. "No one has ever dared to mix Jergu with Nakim!! Remember what had happened last time?!" "I have to! It is my dream to see if it would work. Besides, the Frogors will never come here. The side of the planet is to dangerous for them to enter." He reassured her, waving the magic potion to and fro as it's essence dripped a bit. "We'll be free from the Space Police Ponies, and we will be together forever, but I must make my last request of a test." Twilight yawned, her sleepiness overpowering her in almost-complete darkness. The candle dimmed in the room, and Twilight rubbed her eye with a hoof. "Few more chapters to go." She said, her voice slow and quiet in the dark. She looked at the moon, seeing as it rises, and lowers a bit, and Twilight chuckled. "Luna must've fell asleep." She said. Twilight turned back to her book, ready to start where she left off. The book was gone. "My, isn't this quite a sight." She heard. Twilight jumped up, scared of the living, breathing shadow in the corner. Twilight's horned brighten, ready for a fight. "W-who's there?! Where are you?!" She asked, her voice cracking as she said it. The female voice giggled, stepping into the lit of the room. Her robe was white with parts of golden silk, and it only covered parts of her body. Her hair was grass bliss-green, and her female features appeared. Her staff was barely seen, but it's green orb showed, almost hiding from Twilight's eyes. "It's okay, please, their is no reason we should fight. All I ask for is, well, your Element, of course." The female said, almost saying as if Twilight had no choice. "And why should I let you?" Twilight asked with venom spewing out. The female giggled once more, before leaning face-to-face with the pony. "Well, I could always just take it from you, if that is what you prefer. I'm fine either way." She said. "Not without a fight, no your not!!" Twilight skid back, growling as her horn lit up. TWILIGHT SPARKLE Reports in!! "I do not wish to fight, my little pony. I wish to have the Elements of Harmony. Now please, hand it over." The female becoming more irritated as the conversation progresses. Twilight growled, her horn glowing brighter than before. The female then sighed, and she flipped her staff for show before getting into a fight stance. "You are a worthy foe, but I will not hold back on this one." PALUTENA Alights!! Twilight shot a few magical beams at her, but she successfully dodged all, and gave a hard swing to the head with her staff. She reeled back and swung the staff upwards, hitting Twilight's jaw before being kicked into the shelves. Twilight fell from the pain, her body already giving up on her. Her magic refused to listen, and Twilight was down for the count. "I'm sorry it had to be this way, pony. You refused to give a Goddess what she wanted, and you will be punished." The female said, raising her staff overhead, Twilight's eyes shrinking into pins. "Goodbye, Element of Magic." She said. Twilight Sparkle had already loss. She had failed to save herself. Now she would never be able to save her friends from this...monster of an abomination. She should've just told her it wasn't here. Maybe she could have avoided that. But why didn't she? Her confidence must've took over, leaving her vulnerable. She wanted to teleport, she needed to teleport, but why, why does it hurt so much? She realized her horn was sparking like mad, leaving the supposedly 'Goddess' confused. Before the 'Goddess' knew what was going on, a large surge of magic burst throughout Ponyville, waking ponies from their slumber. The 'Goddess' was forced back into the wall, but no damage was done. With the help of her staff, she got up, and growled. "You...you..." She could not continue, as her fury was taking over, but she calmed down a few seconds later. "You do not know what you have done, Element of Magic." The 'Goddess' said, anger heard in her voice. "You just warned every one of them here. Now they will want to take the Elements of Harmony. You have done harm than good, and you will pay. For now, you may want to recover. You never know when they will come." "T-they? Who's they?" Twilight asked in fear. The 'Goddess' said no more, but she tapped her staff twice onto the ground before disappearing in a blue aura. Spike ran down, strucked in awe and fear, seeing as how Twilight was brutally bruised. "T-Twilight!! Are you okay?!" He asked, his voice shaking and his body trembling. Her voice refused to come out after that. Her eyes slowly drooped, and her body became more relaxed when she saw Spike was okay. "Twilight?!" Spike asked, but only to see Twilight's head hit the wooden floor with a soft thud. "Twilight!!" Spike yelled, shaking her, but with no success. "TWILIGHT!!!!"
