//------------------------------// // Learn, Change... // Story: What the...HAY ??? // by FireFizz //------------------------------// "7-o-clock! 7-o-clock ! 7-o--" *Click* "Shut uuuuup.....aahh...." Did I ask somebody to wake me up ? No. Stupid mondays, stupid school... "Stand up, little Cedix. Holidays are oveeer....University's back. To annoy me ALL.YEAR." Aegh, it was useless to complain. It was not like if some crazy god would save me from school and boredom. I didn't know it here, but in fact it happened. I went downstairs with my schoolbag and all the stuff in it. Gosh...heavy, as usual. I looked outside: it was raining, and cars were running down the street. Me versus the rain, the school, fake friends, bad teachers, stupid classmates and boredom. I lost everytime. Anyway, I took my breakfast in the kitchen, too lazy to carry it all the way to the living room. I watched my parents' picture, wondering when they would come back. They were in California, taking long holidays, while I was here, alone and...well...sad. I looked the clock, while eating cereals. "...7.30 am already... Great." Be proud, Cedix Burn. Be brave. Be strong. And face the future with love and patience. Pffft...I didn't even have real friends. How could I have a lover? Getting out of my troubles, something got my attention. A purple circle, surrounded by a light obsidian aura. It was placed just in front of me, on the wall. Everytime I watched it, it was getting bigger and bigger. "What...is this...? I'm brave for now. So, be brave: check. I approched my hand, trying to touch it with a finger. Woooow. It was like jelly. But my entire body could enter it... "Too weird. I don't touch it anymore." I said, standind back. "I just wish I could fly from my entire life..." I started, complaining again. But this time, God heard me, apparently. I looked the sort of...uh...jelly portal on my kitchen wall, and just at its side, a message: 'Get your chance'. I couldn't believe this. It was...so... It looked unreal ! Paranormal !... Be strong. I touched the portal once again, this time putting my entire arm in it. It could take it. My full body. Realising what the god was offering me, I took a pen and paper. 'Mom, Dad, If I'm not here when you return from your holidays, it's because... I take holidays, too. Kisses, Cedix' - -
