Pony kind

What is beauty? Something pleasing to the eye? Something everypony can like? When I create my dresses, I know--not everypony will like it. It is impossible to please everypony. Clashing ideas, differing tastes, one dress cannot encompass it all. Beauty is not so much for the beholder but the creator. It's true I would love it if everypony loves what I create, but I don't create to please--I create to express what I truly feel what beauty is. It isn't something I can capture in just one dress, so I create and create. Just as there is many different ponies, there are many different dresses that capture many different ideas. Spring, summer, silk, linen, all ideas that act individually, so it's my passion to try bold new things and fit them together. That is beauty; no matter how different ideas--ponies--can be. When we work together and make something happen, that--that right there--is art, a thing of beauty.
