Discord was taking a sip out of the his drink. He swallowed the glass and threw away the chocolate milk. He then looked up to see Luffy walking up to him.
"Ah! Straw Hat! You're back!" He said happily as he brought over a cotton candy cloud. "Would you care for a drink?"
"Turn my friends back to normal." Luffy demanded.
"Whatever do you mean?" Discord questioned playfully.
"Cut the crap!" Luffy scolded. "I know you did something to them! Change them back to normal!"
"I can't do that Straw Hat." Discord said as he appeared next to Luffy, not phasing him one bit. "You see, they're the only ones who can stop me from turning this world into my playground."
"Your playground?"
"Imagine Straw Hat! Gravity turned upside down! Tasty rocks! Oh I have so many ideas! It will be my perfect world, and nopony will stop me."
Luffy gave a dangerous glare and said, "You're pissing me off."
Discord returned the nasty look as he said, "Why, I don't think I appreciate your tone."
"Turn them back, NOW." Luffy demanded. "Or else, I'm gonna kick your ass!"
"You? Kick my flank?" He said as he showed a picture of one. Throwing it away, he laughed. "What're you gonna do? Use that one element?"
Luffy rushed in and punched Discord in the face. He fell over and landed back on his feet.
"Well, that was certainly something!" He said, slightly impressed.
"Gomu Gomu no pistol!"
His hoof stretched and hit discord a second time. He fell back even further, crashing this time. He got up and realized, "You have Devil Fruit powers!"
As Luffy's foreleg went back, he nodded. Discord was giving a golf clap at this.
"Bravo! Bravo! How did it feel when you lost your ability to swim?"
"I never could swim either way." Luffy replied.
"Even if you got Devil Fruit powers, I can tell there are things you aren't immune to." Discord claimed. "For instance, being made of rubber means you're immune to blunt beatings. You are not however immune to sharp objects."
As he said that, swords appeared and started to attack. They were swinging around as Luffy maneuvered through the blades. Discord was watching as he sat on the couch, eating popcorn.
"Hey! Don't leave your swords to fight me!" Luffy scolded.
"Why not? It's the best way to fight if I say so myself." He replied. "You get sliced, and I don't even have to move a finger!"
As Twilight enters the scene, she sees Luffy dealing with the haunted weaponry. Using her magic, she makes her own to fight against them. Luffy looks over to Twilight and grins as he turns back to Discord with a glare.
"Oh, now you have time?" He said sarcastically. "Seriously! Do you really think you can beat me? Even if you do, Ponyville, along with your friends will stay the way they are! You can't do this alone! And you can't do it with your so called friends-"
Another punch was delivered, annoying Discord a lot.
"Shut it! Don't talk about them like you know who they are!" Luffy shouted.
"Oh really? I don't know your friends?" He scoffed. "Let's see about that!"
The room became dark as Luffy was surrounded by fakes of the ponies and his crew. Twilight was in the background, seeing Luffy's crew in form for the first time.
"Guys!?" He called out.
"They're not your friends anymore Straw Hat!" Discord told him. "They're mine now!"
Discord ordered the fakes to attack Luffy. They then swarmed around him, attacking nonstop. Luffy was being thrown around as it kept hitting him over and over. He didn't aim to attack them though. He still focused his sights on Discord as he pushed the others away.
"Are you just going to ignore your former pals?" Discord teased.
"I'm getting sick of your crap." Luffy stated. "These are not them."
Luffy used his Haoshoku Haki to phase Discord, destroying the illusions. He shook his head as Luffy got closer.
"I will never stop fighting for them…" Luffy declared, allowing the element of loyalty to shine. "I don't ever want to fight with them like that again."
"Nopony has ever been able to stop my powers before…" Discord stated as he snapped back into reality. "I guess I was wrong about you Straw Hat. Maybe I should get rid of you."
Discord lifted his finger of the talon, suddenly creating a sphere of water around Luffy. He began to drown as the water refused to let Luffy out from either way. Twilight's eyes shrunk as she screamed out, "LUFFY!"
She ran to his aid as she used her magic to pull him out. Discord laughed at the sight as Twilight kept pulling him until he finally drooped out of it. Luffy wasn't moving.
"Luffy? Luffy! Wake up!" She cried as she pushed down on his stomach.
"I do hate to stop your doctor game." Discord claimed as he created an axe. "But that pony needs to be beheaded."
Twilight focused her magic and teleported the two away from Discord. The swing of the axe misses, making Discord disappointed.
"Oh pooh."
Back at the library, Twilight was pushing down on the belly of Luffy. She was crying endlessly as she continued to push down to his stomach.
"Please don't die! Please don't die! Just PLEASE don't die!"
He wouldn't move. Twilight shivered and fell on him shedding tears on his body. Memories poured back to the day they first met. Luffy was an annoying troublemaker. He put fillies lives in danger, acted like a kid, and was blunt about whatever he said. Even though there were those times he had disappointed the ponies, and even Twilight, it never clouded one thing. He was there for them. He never let the bad things judge the ponies entirely, and they soon see how kind Luffy really is. Twilight then realized what she had before it left.
"Even though Luffy was an idiot…" She thought. "That never changed his will to fight for his friends…"
Suddenly, Luffy vomited the rest of the water and gasped for air. Twilight was surprised, but was overjoyed to see he was alright.
"Luffy!" She cried.
"Agh…" Luffy coughed. "Damn it! That snake bastard got me!"
Twilight hugged Luffy, relieved that he was still alive. "Luffy, let's get away from here!"
"Twi?" Luffy spoke.
"Discord is going to kill you! I don't know if I can save you again! I'm just too scared that… I'll lose you…"
Luffy puts on his hat as he says, "I'm not running away Twilight."
Her face turned red as she yells, "Stop acting so brave! He almost killed you! We need to get out of here so you can make it out alive!"
"I don't care! I'll never stop fighting until I beat him and all of our friends are back to normal!" He declared. "Besides, you said you were scared that you'd lose me, right? Well I'm scared that I'll lose the others. I'm not gonna let that happen!"
Twilight was stunned. Luffy started to walk out to fight him once more. After he left, a scroll fell on her head. She went upstairs to see Spike surrounded by scrolls.
Discord was sitting on his throne waiting for Straw Hat. He was playing with a paddle ball until he finally showed up. Discord grinned as he got up and cracked his talon and paw's fingers.
"Well, aren't you a fool to come back?" Discord stated.
"I shouldn't have gone easy on you." Luffy stated. "But now, I'm not holding back."
"Oh, really?" Discord laughed as he summoned the swords from last time. "Let's get started then!"
The blades raced towards Luffy with stabbing motion going on. Luffy readied his forelegs.
"Bosu Koka!"
Augmented, Luffy then threw his punches.
"Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun!"
The punches destroyed the swords, surprising Discord a lot. Luffy was now more determined than ever as he runs straight after him.
"Haven't you learned your lesson?" Discord questioned as he summoned another sphere of water around Luffy. Luffy held his breath as his hoof was pre planted onto the ground. He then was pulled to the hoof in the floor, saving himself from what happened last time. Discord didn't know what to say.
"I noticed something when we fought." Luffy stated. "You can do all this stuff, but every time you're surprised, you lose control and can't do anything."
Discord merely scoffed. "Only for a few seconds. Can you really take advantage of that?"
Luffy squatted down into his well known posture for the infamous technique.
"Gear Second"
Steam and a shiny coat developed around Luffy. Discord tilted his head wondering what was going on. Luffy looked up and grinned.
"This time, I'm gonna take you down!" Luffy declared.
"Aren't you full of talk?" Discord chuckled.
"Gomu Gomu no Jet Bazooka!"
Luffy practically flashed over to Discord as the blow not only surprised him, but turned off his ability to manipulate logic. Luffy went around from behind and readied his hoof.
"Gomu Gomu no!"
Discord immediately summoned a shield blocking the way.
"Sea Stone shield!"
"Jet Pistol!"
From behind again, Luffy managed to land another solid blow. Discord was now concerned. Luffy was able to outmaneuver his tricks as well as outsmart him. Unknown to Discord, Luffy was utilizing Kenbunshoku Haki to read his movements. Luffy continued his offense to Discord.
"Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling Gun!"
The array of hooves were barreling towards Discord. However, he managed to create cotton candy cloud to get Luffy's hooves stuck in it. Luffy was then pulled towards the cotton candy cloud.
"What are you going to do now Straw Hat?" He laughed.
His hooves being stuck in cotton candy only meant one thing. Luffy opened his mouth toward the cloud.
"Gomu Gomu no Baku Baku!" (Gum Gum Munch Munch!)
Luffy swallowed the whole cloud, astounding Discord. Luffy continued to get through whatever Discord could throw at him.
"A big mouth, aren't you?" Discord commented. "Tell me Straw Hat, what makes you really want to get back at me? You and I see eye to eye. We love this wonderful world of chaos, you love the idea of the amazing things I've been doing to this land, so why stop me?"
"I don't care about this place." Luffy admitted as he walked forward. "I don't care how the place will turn, I don't care about how you mix up the colors, I don't even care about all these stupid swords and water balls you keep making!"
"Then what do you care about?"
"I told you already!" Luffy shouted bit his two thumbs. "My nakama!"
"Gear Third!"
Luffy's hooves grew. He then transferred the air to his hind legs as he blew more air into the forelegs. Once done, Discord stood before a very tall Luffy.
"Gomu Gomu no Giganto Stampede!"
Luffy then rushed forward, flattening the land as well as chasing Discord away. The chaos that misshaped the land became flat again. The attack eventually squashed Discord in the dust. Luffy then became normal and fall down on the floor. Discord looked around to see the landscape had been reshaped.
"How dare you!" Discord complained. "Look what you did to my masterpiece!"
Luffy got on his forelegs and turned while kicking.
"Gomu Gomu no Bucking Whip!"
Discord was pushed to the limit as he dropped to the floor. He breathed heavily as he stood back up from the impact. Trying a way to think out of this situation, he tries to reason with Luffy. "Hold on Straw Hat! Like I said before. Just because you beat me to a pulp, I won't just turn everything back to normal! Your Ponyville friends are gone forever!"
"Don't count on it!" Rainbow shouted, getting the two's attention.
"Luffy!" Twilight echoed.
Luffy and Discord turned to Twilight and behind her were her friends, back to their full color. Luffy smiled widely, reassured that they were alright.
"Guys! You're back!" He pointed out.
"Ah, yes, bravo, bravo." Discord clapped sarcastically.
"Luffy! I need the element!" Rainbow called.
"Element?" Luffy repeated. He looked to his neck and took it off. "You mean this?"
"Yes! Throw it over!"
Luffy swung it to her, only for it to be intercepted by Discord.
"Yoink!" He teased as he stole it from the girls.
"Hey! Give it back!" Luffy demanded. As Luffy dashed forward, Discord managed to trap Luffy in a water sphere. This time, nothing was able to let Luffy escape.
"LUFFY!" The others screamed.
"What will it be girls?" Discord asked as he separated the floating element away from Luffy. "The element? Or your rubber brat?"
Being still, they were unsure what to do. Seeing the suffering of Luffy made them know however, what was the obvious choice. They raced forward trying to get him out. Discord laughed as the water expanded and dragged them in too.
"How touching!" He gloated. "The ponies attempt to save their friend, and now fall because of their futile fate! Now nothing will stand in my way!"
"Rengoku Onigiri!" (Purgatory Onigiri!)
Suddenly, Discord was slashed three ways by Zoro who had just passed him. Losing focus, Luffy and the others were released and the element fell down. Discord wasn't exactly sliced up, but was weakened. Luffy got up and smiled and what was before him.
"Zoro! When'd you get here?" Luffy asked.
"When'd you turn into a pony?" Zoro joked.
The other ponies were amazed. Before them was the 120,000,000 beri bounty, Roronoa Zoro. By bits, it was 360,000,000.
"Whoa! He can fight!" Rainbow spoke.
"Hey!" Chopper shouted as he ran around using his walk point. The ponies were amazed to see a reindeer before them, but more importantly, it was carrying the element. "Is this what you needed?"
"Over here!" Rainbow called.
Chopper threw it over, to her. As Discord attempts to steal it again, Luffy blocks him.
"No way snake!" Luffy retorted. "You're not gonna bother them anymore!"
"I'm getting real sick of you!" Discord sneered. "And your dumb hat!"
Discord slashed the hat with his talon, shocking everyone. Luffy looked down as he growled, "You bastard! Look what you did to my hat! I've had it with you!"
Luffy pulled back his hoof and pumped blood.
"Gear second, Bosu Koka."
The hoof was implemented with Bosushoku Haki and then rushed back with fire.
"Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk!"
Discord's chest bursts into flames straight through. The others put on their elements and let the harmony finish the job. Discord then began to turn back into stone, and fell to the ground defeated.
"Luffy!" Twilight called as she gave him his hat. "Sorry about your straw hat."
"It's okay." Luffy replied as he puts it back on. "It's still good at least."
Luffy gave a wide grin before Chopper suddenly jumped on Luffy in his normal form. "Luffy!"
"Ah! Chopper!" Luffy responded with eagerness. "I'm so glad to see you again!"
"Aw! What and adorable pet!" Fluttershy squealed.
"I'm not a pet!" Chopper scolded. "I'm a 50 beri bounty…!"
"HE CAN TALK!?" The ponies screamed.
Later, Luffy, Twilight, and the others joined the banquet for the restoration of Ponyville. The cheerful chatter between ponies echoed as the tables of food were being empties by Luffy. Along the way, Rarity went up to Luffy.
"Here you go." She gave Luffy his repaired hat.
"Hey! You fixed it!" Luffy said as he puts it on his head.
"It's the least I can do after the way I treated you." Rarity replied.
"All of us owe you an apology." Applejack added as the others went up to him.
"Especially me…" Fluttershy said as she embraced Luffy. "I'm just so, so, so sorry… I never wanted to fight you…"
"It's okay." Luffy assured them. "I'm just happy right now."
"Really?" Rainbow responded.
"You all are back to normal, and I found Zoro and Chopper!" Luffy explained.
"We're the ones who found you." Zoro pointed out.
"Still, I don't know how you turned into a pony Luffy." Chopper pointed out. "How am I supposed to cure this?"
"Actually, none of us have been focusing on turning him back to normal." Twilight realized.
"Oh yeah!" Luffy responds. "Does that mean I'm a pony forever!?"
"Don't worry Luffy!" Chopper assures him. "As your doctor, I'll find a way to turn you back!"
"YOU'RE A DOCTOR!?" The ponies reacted.
"WHAT'D YOU THINK I WAS!?"
"A pet…" Fluttershy answered.
"A raccoon dog…" Applejack admitted.
"A talking stuffed animal…" Rainbow commented.
Chopper grimly looked away as he thought, Those bounties are so unfair…
"Oi, Luffy." Zoro remembered. "Did you happen to see the others?"
"No, just you and Chopper." Luffy answered.
"I thought so." Zoro replied as he took out the newspaper. "Then, you should take a look at this."
He showed it to everyone as they widened their eyes of what's going on. It looks like their stay in Equestria has just been extended.
