Fluttershy wandered around a bit, looking in the shops and chatting with other ponies. 
Finally, Pinkie Pie came up and told her,"Your party is prepared!!" 
She then took out her beloved party cannon (from nowhere?!) and gave it 3 blasts. When it cleared out, Fluttershy was covered head to hoof in glitter and confetti. She shook some of it off and Pinkie giggled.
"C'mon, follow me!" Pinkie said.
The two went back to Sugarcube Corner, Pinkie Pie bouncing along and Fluttershy fluttered (hence her name) behind her. As soon as they arrived, Pinkie leaped inside the door and told Fluttershy to wait.
She obediently stayed in her place and distinctly heard someone say "Muffins" inside.
A second later, Pinkie strolled back out in a frilly party dress decorated with candy and balloons. Fluttershy had no idea how she could dress so fast! She shook her head as Pinkie said, "You can come in now!"
Fluttershy walked up to the doorstep and slowly opened it with her hoof. It was pitch black inside. She took one step into the door, and all of a sudden, the lights flashed on, some music started to play, and several dozen figures popped up. 
"FLUTTERSHY!!" Screamed all the figures. Pinkie brought out the party cannon again and gave it 10 kajillion blasts! Fluttershy smiled for the first time in days as she recognized some of the figures: Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Derpy Hooves, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Octavia, Dr. Whooves, Vinyl Scratch, and many others!

She started to trot around, picking up a cup of punch on the way. She greeted all of her friends and started to dance. She was having so much fun, that she didn't notice when a certain head with mismatched horns popped up outside of the window. Discord. He was watching her, having heard about the giant party. He saw how much fun she was having at her very own party, and he started to feel bad for putting that trance on her because she wanted to go visit her friends. He was being very selfish. He sighed and slumped to the ground to swim in his own misery. Then, a few minutes later, he heard hoof steps next to him. He sat up and saw that it was Fluttershy, laughing and chatting with Pinkie Pie. She didn't notice him for a second, but then she saw him and recognized who it was and gasped. Embarrassed for being found outside of her party, he slinked away into the alleyway, away from his beautiful pegasus.
