Rainbow Dash was laying on her bed, thinking about becoming transgender.
"No. I CAN'T!"
She thought about her friends, and the pros and cons.
"Okay. Pro- it will be less awkward crushing on them, and they may even have a crush on me back."
She smiled at the thought of her and Futtershy together. Or her and Applejack. Or Rarity. Or her and Twi reading together.
"NO! Ugh, I'm so GROSS!! Okay... Con... Will they even like me after this? What is I lose my friends coz of it!?"
She sighed. Why was it so complex? If only she could just ask them without the situation being weird. Then she remembered what Thunderlane said.
"Something about doing what makes you happy and not others... Blah blah BLAH! Ponies will still JUDGE me bout it!"
She let out a long sigh.
"And I hate being judged"
She stared at her ceiling. She had no idea what to do. It all seemed so crazy, that she could actually change her gender! But what if it didn't work? What if it just messed up her face?
Maybe I should just stay a tomboyish mare... I don't want to risk this.
She knew that she was going a little far. Just because she doesn't really like the look of a mare, and isn't sexually ac tracked to stallions, and feels like a stallion, doesn't mean she should become one! Right..?
"Ugh! I hate life! Ill never choose!"
Then an idea sparked. She could invite her friends round, have a sleepover, than the topic of crushes will come up (it always does when Rarity is at a sleepover) and she can ask them a random crazy hypothetical question!
Hey... Wouldn't it be so crazy if a pony changed their gender or something? What would you guys do if you found out somepony changed their gender?
And that way, they would all say what they would think of it, and she would know what they would think of her changing her gender!
"I'm genius!" She said, flying up into the air with a big grin on her face.
