Part  5 [Castle of Everfree, Explanations of the Princesses]

Luna lead Twilight and her friends into the throne room, she trotted to her throne and sat upon it as she waited "She'll be here soon" she told them as they waited for the other Princess whom didn't take long as a surge of magic burst out with a loud pop and the regal elder sister Celestia appear on the left throne next to her sister. "Good day my little ponies" she give her serene smile as she sat on the old throne. Her eyes harden as she lean forward "What I will tell you now is going to be important. Twilight, my faithful student. You had read up on about the Runes yes?"
"Yes Princess, I did. They told me about the True runes too but just the basics." she explained.
with a nod "For a reason, the nature of the true runes are not always so easily understood. All i can tell you is this, they have a true potential each one of them, and I have no definite proof but I know this, the true power of the true rune will be unlocked if all 108 stars of destiny aligned in one place, a miracle will happen as a result." she lean back "I don't know what the full extent of their powers but all i can tell you. It's true, the wearer will be cursed/gifted with immortality. I say cursed in most cases as their are cursed runes. We have one in our possession." 
Reeling back in surprised. "why do you have it princess?" she asked fearfully.
Luna quirked an eyebrow at this "Indeed sister, you didn't inform me of it's presence. Or is it a personal secret like everything else you kept for us?" her eyes narrowed and hardened causing the elder princess to sigh.
"Apologies Luna, again. Your journey Twilight begins soon. From what i can gather you already had 6 stars, you and your friends. Luna Show them." she wave her hoof forward. Luna nodded
"Come my friends." standing up trotting forward and exits the throne room, heading to the foyer as she stood infront of the stairs with horn glowing "I shall show you, the tablet of the stars." horn glowing brighter and with a surge of magic she made a large stone table to appear lean against the wall with the names of the stars in the heaven and earth. 7 slots filled "7 already? wait.. my name is on it.. I guess that means i am at your service Lady Sparkle" she bows [Luna joins the 108 stars!]
Blushing abit "Princess Luna, please. It's embarrassing." her friends could only chuckle slightly at her but smiling comfortingly

Luna could only chuckle slightly back "It's only proper, As it seems I am apart of your Destiny Twilight Sparkle, You are the gatherer of the stars, you will lead us, Now, we got to go get your other frie-" her sentence were cut off as she sensed something, trotting to the window as she looked out "what in mother's name? What?!" seeing birds flying away as smoke is seen in the distance.. the direction of Ponyville
Rainbow Dash and Applejack saw the smoke as well "Ponyville!" they exclaimed with utter shock.
"No, the others, they're in danger!" Twilight tried to rush out the door only to be stopped by Luna
"Halt! You are not going to run back there, Your town is under attack, and you 3 cannot fight them alone. My sister and I will aid you in the battle. So be patient, we'll be back soon with our men. We'll fight off whoever dares to attack our ponies!" and with that she disappear in a violent surge of magic. Twilight could only slump down, her friends getting on her side, comforting her as she looks up at the smoke raising into the air as she process the facts in.

Ponyville, her home. Is under siege.
