Night had fallen on Equestria making it's forests pitch black in the canopies.
And now no place was darker there then the pits of Tartarus themselves. This place was basically dependent on the surface for light, now you would barely be able to see 2 feet in front of you.
This did not stop the creatures from flying to their destination.You would think dear reader "these guys must work here and are transferring a dude." but it is far from that. They carry out the order of their dark master...
With a darker purpose.
within minutes they had reached their location and prize: the skinny centaur formally known as Lord Tirek.
"Are you followers of me, old friends, or looking to make something of yourselves here?"Tirek queried.
A creature in the back pushed his way to the front indicating his dominance over the others. Tirek could not make out the distinct features, but he made out the basic shape: built similar to a minotaur but slightly skinnier, but could not see if it had horn as it wore a hood.
"Well? are you not the leader or are you a mute?"Tirek asked liked before only slightly irritated by the silence.
The... thing as Tirek would've called it let out only a few breaths that might has well have been from a Ursa Major cause it sent a chill up his spine
"Is he good friend or new enemy the prisoner wonders"
Tirek shuddered a little the male's voic sounding vaguely familiar his attention was turned elsewhere as several smaller creatures grabbed at the front of his cage
"I can assure you i am not good..."
The cage front finally gave away to the hooded demons followers. Tirek found a great sense of relief cause he could finally leave but that was replaced with slight fear as the creature than walked into the cage.
"...Nor am i friend"
Tirek wasn't paying attention to himself but he was backing away from the creature he could now see were chupacabras walking towards him.
"Let this be a lesson for your betrayal Tirek. And rest assured, your reprisoners shall be next."
What happened next would be unexpected, even to Tau Sunflare herself.
Flames began to arise in Tartarus. They started out as sparks than arose into great infernos that shot across the pit.
"Do not disappoint"
This surprised Tirek as this time as the voice spoke no words left the demons mouth. The next words that came out terrified Tirek on account they were the demons own and that voice actually belonged to someTHING else
"Yes my liege."the demon spoke as his hood turned into a smoke that left to show a chupacabra as tall as a minotaur and same size width,built like a brick wall.
The cloud left it's destination unknown as it's purple eyes let out a flash.

Celestia awoke in a startle from her nightmare. she looked around and saw she was still in Canterlot and sighed with relief.
"Celestia are you all right?"
She looked to see her mechanical longtime friend. He looked similar to werewolves of folklore and said he was related to some and said he was a wirewolf from another world come to find a place to call home. As years went on she had grown to accustom feelings for him as... more than a friend.
She had heard his question."Yes. everything's fine Ricky."
"Are you sure i heard mumbling a little in your sleep."Ricky asked obviously showing concern for his longtime friend.
''It was just a bad dream."Celestia simply stated
Ricky began speaking "You sure? You've been-" Ricky would've continued but was interrupted as a roar echoed through the castle. This was recognized by Ricky and other wirewolves as a roar of their great ancestors who roared to let a the world know the night was theirs.
All Ricky did was groan.
"Terry's up again. Have a good night Celestia. I'll go calm him down before he's thrown in the dungeon and i have to bail him out..." Ricky annoyingly stated as he walked out of the room.
"...Again."
Ricky closed the door as he sadly said those two words most staff in the castle knew.
Celestia looked around the room and saw she was alone."You can come out now Luna."
The Princess of the Night left from her hiding spot in the dark next to her sister's bedroom.
"Why do you look so concerned about a dream regarding the fate of the 2nd greatest threat to Equestria sister? he can not bother us now"Luna asked hoping to give her sister comfort.
"Because Luna, He was there and it seemed to real to be fake. If what happened is true than Twilight and her friends are in danger."Celestia stated to insure her sister a monster darker than Sombra would come back.
"This may be true, we can discuss it when you get back from your journey to the borders. the fresh air will clear your mind a little."Luna recommended on account she knew her sister would journey from Canterlot to get some well deserved vacation time.
"You're right Luna. Are you sure you don't need anything else Luna?" Celestia asked with her ever present motherly tone.
"Celestia i'm more than capable of taking care of Equestria while you are away. You almost worry as much as Your student did that one time she didn't have a friendship report." Luna annoyingly pointed out at first than giggled a little as she reminded her older sister of the Twilight went a little 'loco in the cocoa' as Terry said that day.
Celestia chuckled a little remembering that little incident as she went back to her bed."Okay. Goodnight sister."
Luna than departed, on her way to perform her knightly duties.Little did either sister know, Ricky never left the hallway and eavesdropped on the entire conversation as he showed great concern for Celestia and even had a few... strong emotions for her. his ears dropped as he Celestia say how there was someone worse than Sombra and Tirek (Who Ricky wanted to beat the heck out of for banishing Celestia to Tartarus, but right now that guy had bigger problems) and was the Numero Uno threat to Equestria itself. He would've gone in to ask Celestia what the guy's name was but another roar that called 'Who woke me up?!' beckoned him walk down the hallway to take care of that little mess.
