It was a lovely day in Canterlot. The snooty ponies were doing their own business, hardly paying attention to anypony else that was they thought were below them. The many restaurants were jam packed and the local shops were filled with mares that were shopping, with the stallions standing outside.
However, today was a different day from the usual.
Inside the Canterlot Castle, Princess Celestia was pacing back and forth in one of the many rooms inside the castle. Inside along with her was her sister, Princess Luna and the rest of the Elements of Harmony, recently appointed Princess, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Fluttershy. Besides Luna who was standing, the rest of the elements were sitting down around the round table that was in the middle of the room.
"Tell us dear sister. Why did thou ask of our presence as well as the elements?" Luna asked
Celestia stopped pacing back and forth, her eyes locked onto Luna's. "Discord told me to meet him here. He said he wanted to show something important. However, he didn't say much other than that" Celestia replied, causing Twilight to stand up and walk to her mentor.
As she was about to day something, a flash of white light appeared in the room, blinding everypony that was inside. Except Pinkie, who was staring at the spot with a huge grin on her face.
When the light subsided, Discord appeared with a cheeky grin and a....camera in his hands?
"I'm back girls! Did you all miss me?" He asked, his grin never leaving his face.
Everypony, except Pinkie, was just staring at him with a blank expression, causing him to pout. "Oh come on now. At least Pinkie misses
me" he said, putting both of his hands on his sides.
"Alright Discord, why did you ask us to come?" Twilight asked with a brow raised.
"Fine fine. If you really have to know, Miss Sparkle, I actually have quite a bit of good news! First of all, Eris seems to be doing just fine once again after many years" he paused, looking at their slightly relieved faces. "Second, she's actually spending a holiday today, one that I have kept her from for a long time. Suffice to say, she's enjoying it. Lastly, I actually have pictures of it!" Discord said with a 'squee'.
This is turned caused everypony, except Pinkie, to look at him confusingly. They all knew that today was Hearts and Hooves day, so did that mean that she was spending it there as well? There was only one way to find out.
"What holiday is it?" Rarity asked, voicing out everypony's question.
"It's Valentines day. Exactly the same with Hearts and Hooves day" Discord simply said, causing everypony, except Rainbow Dash this time, to quickly rush to him, desperately wanting to take a look at what photos he might have took.
Chuckling, Discord showed them the first one, which showed a picture of Eris and a human holding a microphone, staring at each other with loving eyes as they seem to be singing. Everypony gave an 'Aww' with Pinkie yelling out "That's so cute~!"
And then, a question popped into Celestia's mind. "Wait. Is that the human Eris was talking about?"
This caused Discord to nod. "Yup. That's Lucas"
This made Luna chuckle. "Well. It seems that Eris is enjoying herself"
Everyone in the room simply laughed. Discord then showed the next photo, which showcased both Eris and Lucas stuffing themselves with pies. Everyone laughed once again when Discord showed them the next photo which was Eris pushing Lucas' head onto a piece of pie. The next photo showed the duo spilling a bucket of marbles which, in the next photo, caused every human who dared walk, to simply fall on their flanks with a dazed look, making everyone laugh once again.
The next one was a simple photo, capturing a beautiful scenery of a hill, in which the duo were slowly ascending it.
"And here's the kicker" Discord stated, showing them the next photo, which depicted the two of them, sitting on a checkered mat, eating, from what the girls could guess, human delicacies. From their smiling faces, they enjoyed it.
It was rather odd to see Eris like this. Heck, in one picture, she spoon fed him a small helping of, what seemed to be, a vanilla flavored ice cream. This, caused them all to 'squee' and make a small kissing face, much to Discords amusement.
The next picture showed Eris taking out a small cake, with a small inscription, 'Thank you for everything', with Lucas' face being utterly surprised.
Another 'squee' managed to escape their muzzles. However, they stopped when they noticed that in the next photo, Eris was crying. This in turn sparked many questions, most of which were 'Why is she crying all of a sudden?'.
"Don't ask. I don't really have a clue" Discord replied with a shrug.
However, the next photo melted their hearts as it portrayed Eris having a surprised look as Lucas had wrapped his arms around her neck, using a hand to wipe away the tears that were falling on her face. The next one showed Lucas now sitting down with his legs open as Eris sat in between them, her face snuggled close to his, a content look on both of their faces.
But then, as soon as Discord showed the next picture, all of the cute noises the mares were making immediately ceased. Is was because, the picture was just a picture of Lucas' back. This confused most of them, but as soon as they saw the next image, they started to laugh really hard as the picture showed Eris looking behind with a horrid look, with Lucas bearing a look of utter confusion. The next image after that showed Eris fainted on Lucas lap as Lucas was looking confused as ever, his mouth slightly open.
"...And that's the last of it" Discord said, snapping his fingers, causing the camera to disappear.
However, just as Discord was about to say something, a weird swirling noise could be heard in the room, causing everyone to stop as they simply looked around to find the source of the noise, Moments later, a bright white flash appeared, blinding everyone, except Pinkie Pie once again. When the light died down, everyone rubbed their eyes so as to get their vision back.
It was then that, before anyone could see anything, a voice pierced through the silence.
"...Ugh...Eris...I don't feel so good..." A distinctly male voice said out, sounding sickly.
Another voice soon replied, causing everyone to gasp. "It's fine...I have some unfinished business to do..." A distinctly female voice said out loud, sounding very angry.
When everyone could finally see, in the middle of the room, was Eris, gritting her teeth and a very dazed human next to her, which they all deduced to be Lucas. Eris then smiled ever so sweetly. "Hi dad!" she said, sounding elated.
"...Umm...Hi sweetie..." Discord replied with a sheepish grin.
"Dad. Can I tell you something?" she asked innocently.
"...Umm...Sure"
Eris face then contorted to one of unbridled rage. "You're dead to me..." She said in a dark tone
Lucas held up his hands as if saying, "Hey, I'm not part of this alright?"
Then, Pinkie said something that made everypony, including Lucas and excluding Discord, take a couple of steps back.
"LETS GET READY!! TO!!! RRRUUUMMBLEEEE!!!"
