"What the hell was that?" Aiden said to himself. When he uncovered his eyes, he saw a small horse, a small lavender horse with strange hair and a horn and a pair of wings. Aiden couldn't believe what he was seeing. He slowly walked closer to it, very cautious. "Am I on a virtual trip? ...I can't be, I didn't put in the earpiece," Aiden quietly said to himself. He was only a few feet from the strange creature and he reached down and touched the fur on its face. It groaned and slowly opened its eyes. Aiden quickly stepped back, not knowing what will happen.
"Who are you?" The thing said, it sounded female, half asleep. Until her eyes snapped open "What are you?!"
"I should be asking you the same thing," Aiden said, trying to keep his cool. Honestly, he was panicking on the inside, he was talking to a small horse with a horn and wings. "so...what are you?"
"....I am Princess Twilight Sparkle. I am a pony if you didn't know and I spread the magic of friendship across Equestria." Twilight said
"Princess? Twilight Sparkle? Pony? Magic of friendship? Equestria? Great, I'm talking to a 5 year old girl's dream."
"So who...and what are you?"
"Aiden Pearce, I'm a human and-" Aiden was interrupted by his phone beeping. "A criminal convoy..." Aiden said to himself
"A criminal convoy? What is that?" Twilight asked
"Look, whatever hallucination you are, I don't have time for this." Aiden said running back to his car.
"Wait, at least let me come with you."
"Look, you seem like a nice...pony and that's why I can't take you with me."
"Whatever is wrong, maybe I can help."
"I don't have time for this...get in the car and don't say I didn't warn you." Aiden said opening the passenger door. Twilight looked at the car with a worried look. "Get in." Aiden quickly said and Twilight jumped in. Aiden had to buckle her up for her and drove off.
"Should we really be going so fast?!" Twilight said.
"Just sit back and try not to get hurt!" Aiden was 100m in front of his target, he had to get to planning. "Alright I could use the steam pipe to knock out multiple vehicles, but it might kill him..."
"What's happening?" Twilight asked
"Saving the day" Aiden said as he made a steam pipe explode, destroying 2 cars, one being the target's. "Get in the back of the car and stay down!" Aiden yelled. Twilight struggled with her buckle and Aiden had to do it for her. Twilight jumped in the back and kept her head low. Aiden got out of the car and took out his Spec ops 1911. Aiden took a deep breath and stood up and focused on a gang member and shot him in the head. With the little time, he looked around to see 3 other cars. Aiden ducked as other were shooting at him, he took out his phone and he hacked a camera to see what he was up against. 2 elites, 1 enforcer, and 4 normal gang members counting the target. Aiden heard someone yelling from a car, he ran over barely avoiding gunfire. "Stay down!" Aiden said and the civilian ran after thanking him.
Twilight was watching and hearing everything after the glass broke from gunshots. She didn't know what those strange metal objects they were carrying, but she knew it could cause some serious damage. She looks over at Aiden saving someone from the chaos. She didn't know what was happening, but if she and Aiden lived, she would have to ask him more question than she was going to ask.
"Fuck." Aiden said after he heard someone yell 'send out the enforcer'. Aiden took out a grenade launcher that he has chosen for his daily weapon selection. Aiden stood up and took a quick shot at the enforcer's feet, sending him flying. Aiden took out a frag grenade and through it at one of the cars. The gang members started to run, but very few made it out alive. Leaving the target and an elite alive. Aiden took back out his spec ops 1911 and shot a bullet in the elite's head. Aiden ran up to the target, as he did he got shot in the shoulder. Aiden got behind a car to get all his adrenaline back. He stayed there for a few seconds until he finally got back up and ran up to the target. He took out his baton, hit the target's leg sending him on one knee, and Aiden hit him on the head, knocking him out.
Twilight saw everything, all the blood, the violence. She broke down in tears, she didn't know this world was so violent. She just sat in the car with her head down, until Aiden got back in the car.
"You alright?" Aiden asked, no answer. 'Pony, princess, magic of friendship, she most likely hasn't seen any violence like this in her life.'
"Why..." Twilight choked
"What?"
"Why did you kill all those people?"
"Oh...well they were delivering deadly weapons and I had to get to the gang leader to show others a point to not do anything to this city." Aiden said
"...do you know how I can get home?"
"...no...I'm sorry, I don't know how."
"Is there anything else we can do?"
"I don't know...god, why am I talking to some hallucination"
With the distraction of the conversation, Twilight jumped out through the broke window and tried to teleport, but unfortunately, it was not working "w-what's going on with my magic!?" Twilight said as she keeps concentrating her magic for the teleportation spell.
In the car, Aiden looked around to see some people who were still around staring at Twilight with wide eyes, "Shit" Aiden said as he got out of the car and tried to grab Twilight, but as he tried to do so, the pony princess started flapping her wings and flies out as fast as her wings could take her.
"God dammit! I guess I'm not really crazy." Aiden said as his phone started ringing. Aiden took out his phone with an unknown caller and he answered, "Who is this?"
"You have an interesting friend there, Aiden pierce." The mysterious person said.
It was a man talking, sounded like in his 20s or 30s, "Like I said, who is this?" Aiden asked.
"That answer can wait; you know that if more and more people see her, they'll either tell their daughters that they saw a flying unicorn, but then the government will soon find out and they'd love to see what she's made of, I'd quickly find her if I were you." The man said, ans he hangs up.
"hmph, easier said than done" Aiden said as he put his phone in his jacket pocket and he looks in the sky to see if he can find Twilight anywhere, unfortunately not, "Damn it, this isn't good".
