   Stella Nova galloped through the hall, until she stopped at Crystal's room.  She knocked on her door.

"Crystal?", called Stella

She opened the door and saw that her room was a mess.  She had books all over the place and there was moldy food everywhere.  Stella saw her older sister performing a spell.

"Hey Crystal", greeted Stella

"Aw", yelled Crystal

Suddenly, the magic projectile shot out of Crystal's horn and landed on a desk lamp.  Thus turning it into a sandwich.

"Great", said Crystal "Now you turned my lamp into a sandwich"

"It's a pretty tasty lamp if you ask me", complimented Stella eating the sandwich

"Give me that", ordered Crystal levitating it towards her and turning it back into a lamp "What do you want?"

"Well, Daddy was wondering if your gonna eat dinner with us?", asked Stella

"Just tell dad to bring my dinner to my room"

"Ok"

Stella started to walk away, but she stopped.

"Whatcha workin on?", asked Stella

"Spells", explained Crystal

"Can I help?"

"You wanna help me with spells?"

"Why not?"

"Ok kid, you can help?"

"YAY"

The two sisters worked on spells together until they decided to sit and chat.

"Crystal?"

"Yeah kid?"

"Do you hate me?"

"Why would you think that?"

"Because every time I try to talk to you, you tell me to go away"

Crystal took a deep breath.

"I don't hate you"

"You don't?  Then why are you mean to me?"

"It's because I have this thing called depression"

"What's depression?"

"It's when your sad all the time, and you constantly wanna be alone"

"What caused your depression?"

"Our Mom's death.  It reminded me that we can't live forever.  So I spend everyday in my room studying spells to see if any of them can make me immortal"

"What does immortal mean?"

"It's the ability to live forever.  Alicorns like you, Skyla, and Brave have that ability"

"What about unicorns like you and daddy?"

"Im afraid were not immortal"

"Im sorry.  Do you know what you should do?"

"What?"

"You should have fun, and quit worrying about dying"

"That'll be the day when I grow wings"

"C'mon give it a try"

Suddenly, Brave Heart walked in the room.

"Dinner's ready girls", said Brave "Crystal, are you gonna eat in your room again?"

"Actually, I think Im gonna eat with the family today"

Brave smiled and walked out the door.  Stella started walking out too.

"Hey Stella", said Crystal pulling her into a hug "Thanks"

"No problem sis", replied Stella hugging back
