Hellboy followed Arcane to his home, which was near the outskirts of Ponyville. "Ah, here we are, home sweet home." Arcane said as he unlocked his door and opened it for his guest. "Please be aware that i do have a rather unusual roommate. He is a Minotaur and his name is Brass Chain. while in my house, you will follow the same rules as he does. no feet on tables, no smoking in the house, and no inviting others over without my consent. any questions?" he asked.
Hellboy sat on the couch, put his feet on the coffee table and lit a cigar. Arcane's eye started to twitch. "Yeah, just one. does it count if the pink one followed us in?" he asked with a smile. Arcane was confused until he turned his head and noticed the blue eyes mere millimeters from his own emerald green ones.
"GAH! Miss Pinkie, what have i told you about just appearing in my home like that. i swear, your going to give me a heart attack."
Pinkie just smiled and walked out of the house. a few moments went by before Hellboy spoke again. "Explain something to me. How is it that pink one can pretty much disregard the laws of physics?" he asked as he walked to the back yard.
Arcane followed him. "I'm not really sure to be honest. me as well as many other unicorns have nearly lost our minds with trying to figure it out. she is but an enigma amongst us. but what about you? Celestia sent me a letter detailing your story and what you were. why would she send you to me?" Arcane was understandingly confused. he had never encountered a demon like Hellboy before.
sure he has helped a few unicorns with dealing with black magic and has even taught a small local dragon some rune magic. hell, he has even dealt with the guardian of Tartarus, but he has never dealt with something like his temporary guest.
"She said that the magic in my world sounded similar to what yo do, so here i am. she thinks you might have a way to get me home"

It was later in the afternoon and Hellboy was walking around the town. Pinkie was following him and she was joined by a purple alicorn. he eventually came to a park and decided to sit on a bench. he lit another cigar before speaking. "if you keep following me, ill just assume your hostile."
Twilight popped up from behind the bush she was hiding in. "Pinkie! I told you he would know we were following him!"
Pinkie just laughed a bit and went to sit next to Hellboy. "What's up Mr. Grumpy Face?" she asked. Hellboy stared at her before taking a puff of his cigar and lowing the smoke at Pinkie. She was completely unfazed.
"I am going to assume that you are Twilight?" he asked as his gaze turned to the approaching alicorn. Twilight nodded. "I figured. Arcane told me about you. Personal student of a princess, became a princess, and now your following a very dangerous demon. He said you were smart but the last one doesn't seem like it." he stated while still blowing smoke into Pinkie's face. "Go away." he said.
"Okie-Dokie-Lokie!" she said as she bounced away.
"Explain the pink one."
"Pinkamena Diane Pie. Everypony calls her Pinkie Pie for short. She was born and raised on a rock farm. She has the uncanny ability to make friends with anypony and can throw parties with but a moments notice. She has a 'party cannon' that can create a whole party setup with but a few shots. She seems to be able to disregard the laws of physics. She is able to fit into items as small as a cup and can seem to come out of nowhere with no warning. She possesses a set of skills that are referred to as 'the pinkie sense'. With it, she is able to accurately predict when something will happens before it does." Twilight responded while pacing in front of Hellboy.
"oh, is that all?" he asked. he blew smoke into Twilight's face. she immediately started to cough and wave her hoof in front of her face. Hellboy got up and walked away. When he got back to Arcane's house, he was tackled by the roommate, Brass Chain.
"Bad idea Bull Breath!"
