Noon reaches overhead and Pinkie still was not awake, "Okay, I think it's time to get Nurse Redheart, this just isn't right." Twilight said to the other four, "I'll go and get her, you girls stay here in case Pinkie does wake up." Twilight dashes out of her door, and into PonyVille to go find Nurse Redheart, and luckily, she is at her clinic, in the midst of the plaza.

Twilight levitates the clinic door open with no haste, and no time to waste. "Nurse Redheart!" Twilight yells into the clinic, Nurse Redheart turns around, being frightened from the random burst of loud in her quiet clinic.

"What is it Miss Sparkle?" Nurse Redheart calmly asks.

"You're needed at the library, something's wrong with Pinkie Pie." Twilight explained to Nurse Redheart, and she knows Pinkie Pie well, she hasn't heard of her, of all ponies, not being in perfect health.

Nurse Redheart grabs a first-aid kit, and along with Twilight they hurry to the library. Reaching it in no less than a minute, they go in. Nurse Redheart see's Pinkie on the floor, and she asks the other four, "Can you girls explain what is wrong with Pinkie Pie?"

And immediately Rarity answers, "Well darling, she went to sleep last night like all the rest of us did, since we were having a sleep-over, but this morning, and up until now, she hasn't woken up."

"Hmm.." Nurse Redheart thinks for just a moment, then pulls out her stethoscope, she puts the stethoscope onto Pinkie's chest, "Well, she still has heart beat. So she is alive. And since she isn't waking up.." Once again she puts her mind  to try to figure what is going on.

"What did she do as of all day yesterday?" Nurse Redheart asks.

Twilight answers, "I think she was planning the party she had yesterday for Gummy. The small alligator by her side." Twilight points him out to Nurse Redheart.

"Oh I know Gummy, he's visited my clinic once or twice for check-up. And the fact that she planned and threw a party yesterday.. Well she does that a lot. So I don't know what to say." Nurse Redheart thinks once again, trying to wrap her mind around this situation. There was only one solution to this, "Girls, if what I'm thinking is correct, and by the information you have given me... I think I have no choice but to theorize that Pinkie..." She pauses, looking as to see if the rest are listening, and they are, "Pinkie might be in a coma."

The girls look at Nurse Redheart with there eyes wide, and also they all gasp in unison.

"A coma?!" They all exclaim.

Nurse Redheart nods, "Sadly enough, it may be true. And she may wake up, or she won't. It all depends on her brain, and body."

The five of the six look at Pinkie, and see Gummy up, but stayed snuggled close to her, it looks almost sad. But Pinkie smiles as she rest, probably dreaming of something great, not knowing she may or may not wake up.
