A dark blue pegasus with a spiky orange mane, glasses and a white doctors' coat entered the lobby with a clipboard in his hooves. The group of worried ponies quickly jumped out of their seats and ran to the doctor. "Well, hello, I'm Dr. Needle, I need to speak with any family member of Fluttershy and Peaceheart please," Dr. Needle said as he glanced at the clipboard.
"That bad, I'm Peace's sister Pinkalicious Cupcake," Pinks sighed with sadness.
"And I'm Rainbow Dash, I'm the closest to Fluttershy's family here," Rainbow said.
"Alright, Miss Dash and Miss Cupcake, please follow me," Dr. Needle said as they began to walk to a different hallway.
This hallway had offices and doctors. Nurses and doctors walked around and almost all the doors to the office were closed. You could hear the ponies talking or crying and it was scary just walking through.
Dr. Needle opened one of the doors to a clean and cozy office. Dr. Needle pointed a hoof to Pinkalicious and Rainbow to sit down on the chairs. They sat down on the two chairs and watched as Dr. Needle sat behind the large wooden desk. He put the clipboard down and looked at it.
"Okay, so which pony shall I begin with?" Dr. Needle asked. Pinks and Rainbow looked at each other then to Dr. Needle and back.
"Which one is worse?" Rainbow asked with fear.
"That would be Peaceheart," Dr. Needle answered. He looked at Pinks and saw that she had her head down.
"Let's get to Fluttershy first," Rainbow said as she put a hoof on Pinks' back.
"Alright, Fluttershy is in a stable condition, but broke two rib bones and she has a broken hoof. She did in fact get hit in the head very hard and she is resting, but she might not fully recover from the damage to her head," Dr. Needle said.
"What do you mean?" Rainbow asked.
"He means that Fluttershy might have memory loss or she will need time to make sure her head in fully healed, but it takes more time," Pinks explained.
"Now, shall I go onto Peaceheart's condition?" Dr. Needle asked. He looked at Pinks, who just nodded with a sad expression.
"Okay, Peaceheart broke four rib bones, she broke one wing, she also broke to hooves and her head was badly injured and she has suffered from blood loss. She is in a coma and we are uncertain when she'll wake up," Dr. Needle said.
"Can we see them?" Pinks asked.
"Fluttershy, yes, but Peaceheart not yet," Dr. Needle said.
"Okay, what room is Fluttershy's?" Rainbow asked.
"Miss Fluttershy is room T-19," Dr. Needle said as he opened his door. Rainbow nodded to him as Pinks and herself left.
When they reached the lobby their friends quickly ran to them. They began to ask questions, but before they could answer, a nurse can to them.
"Excuse me, but I'm here to escort you all to room T-19," the nurse said. The nurse was a white unicorn mare with a blue curled mane, yellow eyes.
"Okay," Twilight replied.
They began to follow the nurse named Nurse Summer Chill, to Fluttershy's room. They entered the room and saw their butter pegasus friend. She laid on the white bed in the white room. They were quiet with her for a few minutes. While looking at Fluttershy's resting body, an unicorn, an earth pony and a robotic dog all ran into Fluttershy's room.
"We have a major problem! Dragons are attacking Ponyville!"
