Everfree
"C'mon Fluttershy, you have to come. This is going to be your only chance of seeing a Griffolfox. Don't you want to see it?"
"Yes, I do, but the Griffolfox lives in the deepest and scariest parts of the Everfree Forest."
"Shy, we're all coming. There's nothing for you to be scared of."
"Er... alright, I'll go."
The shy butter pegasus mare with a long light pink mane and aqua-blue eyes looked at her friends with an uncertain look. A cyan pegasus mare with a rainbow mane and magenta eyes put a hoof around the shy mare's neck and pulled her close. "We'll be right there next to you, okay Shy?"
The shy pegasus named Fluttershy nodded in response. They group grabbed a few necessary bags. They exited the small cozy cottage near the forest and began their journey into the mysterious forest.
The blue pegasus mare with a green and yellow mane and blind light blue eyes turned into a blue wolf with green and yellow hair and blind eyes. Peaceheart or Peace was her name, she was a friend to many creatures and ponies, but sometimes a scared and angered side of her would push them away. Luckily, she knew that no matter what the Elements of Harmony, her sister and dog always stayed friends with her even though the toughest of things.
The leader of the group were an alicorn and an unicorn. The alicorn was Princess Twilight, she was light purple with a dark blue mane with a streak of both pink and dark purple next to each other and dark purple eyes. Twilight Sparkle was Princess Celestia's star pupil and the Element of Magic. The unicorn next to her was Peaceheart's older sister Pinkalicious Cupcake or Pinks, she was hot pink with a wavy light pink mane and purple eyes. They led the group with their horns glowing to show the path.
The cyan pegasus known as Rainbow Dash, the Element of Loyalty, was hovering and talking with the orange earth pony mare with a blonde mane, freckles, a cowboy hat and green eyes. The orange mare was Applejack, the Element of Honesty.
As the two of them chatted, the hyperactive earth pony mare was jumping and talking to an unicorn. The earth pony was pink with a lighter pink bouncy mane and the unicorn was white with a curly dark purple mane, blue eye liner and sapphire eyes. The pink pony was Pinkie Pie, the Element of Laughter and the white unicorn was Rarity, the Element of Generosity.
Fluttershy, the Element of Kindness walked slowly behind the group with Peace or Mystery, Peace's animal form. They walked together, side by side talking about animals and the Griffolfox.
A rustle in the nearby bushes caused Mystery to stop and turn to the noise. Though Peace was blind, her senses were better then most others. Fluttershy was a bit busy talking to Rarity and Pinkie to notice Mystery's sudden stop.
The bush rustled again, but stopped and after waiting a few minutes, Mystery turned back to the group. She ran a bit, but saw the group.
As she was getting closer, a creature suddenly attacked her, pushing her to the ground with its claws. She yelped in shock and began to push the creature off, but the creature continued to push her down by gripping on her flesh. She yelped in pain as she suddenly felt blood rush down her fur. She opened her mouth and bit the creature's arm and it screamed in pain. She bit harder hoping the creature would get off her, but the creature only used its other claw to attack her head.
Mystery felt some blood on her head and used some strength to push the creature off with her back legs. With the creature off, she began to run to the group, but the creature tackled her once more. This time the creature bit into Mystery's back and Mystery howled in the pain. She began to run and turned her body so that the creature would be hit by a large and thick tree.
The creature did fall off her and she jumped on top of it. She pushed the creature hard on its back, her paws crushing the bones in its wings. The creature screamed and scratched Mystery's face. Mystery stepped back, face now heavily bleeding.
As the creature began to ponce, Mystery jumped out of its way and the creature hit a hard rock. Mystery panted for a bit and began to run to the group. She followed the smell of cupcakes from Pinkie and Pinks.
However as she once more came close to the group, the same creature tackled her again and scratched her back. The scratching hitting the same place the creature bit her. She screamed in pain as the creature repeatedly attacked the same painful area.
The group turned to Mystery's painful scream and ran to the source. However, when they got there it was too late as Peace was laying in a puddle of her own blood.
"Peace! Peace! Girls, we have to take her back to Ponyville! Now!" Pinks yelled as she levitated Peace onto her back.
They began to run to the entrance of the forest when a pack of Timberwolves blocked their path. They backed away until they bumped into some more Timberwolves behind them.
"Get out of my way!" Pinks yelled as her fire boomerang attacked some of the Timberwolves.
The Timberwolves growled with anger and they all attacked the group. They all fought, but two Timberwolves surrounded Fluttershy and tackled her. She didn't fight back and the Timberwolves scratched and bit her. She screamed in pain and the others turned to her and attacked both of the Timberwolves that attacked their friend.
After defeating the last two Timberwolves, they turned and saw that Fluttershy was also badly injured. Rainbow put her fillyhood friend on her back and they began to rush out of the forest.
They pushed and shoved their way to the Ponyville Hospital. Four nurses immediately rushed the two injured pegasi into the ER. The others had to wait in the lobby with worried expressions.
