A Simple Repair
Part 15: The Demon I Am

I walked towards the hive seeing an army waiting for me and what seemed to be a queen at the front waiting for me. "Is this all Celestia sent to retrieve her Precious elements. One man does she not take us seriously. I Chrystalis am offended by this display of ignorance" I looked up to her she had a horn and an A.W.G. on her back a sickly green aura emanated from her. I remained silent as I walked towards her. "Are you going to take on an entire army boy?" She asked crossing her arms.
"Yes." I replied drawing my blade I watched her closely she raised her arm pointing at me. The entirety of the army charged at me.
I was not afraid of the army coming towards me. If anything I felt at peace with myself knowing this might be my last moments. But a voice screamed in my head telling me I can't die yet I have to protect Rainbow Dash she needed me. "Prepare to die." I heard Chrystalis announce which made me on my guard just as a blade came down near my head. I sighed flicking my wrist slashing and hacking my way through the army coming towards me. I saw that I was now surrounded. My wings flicked open surrounding my body in a protective shell. they only saw a single red eye watching them. The fear began to spread through them.
"Come and get me." I whispered watching a few of the changelings back away from me. as I continued to stare at all of them through my wings. One of them made the mistake to charge at me from behind My wings extended stopping him I twisted my body the tips of the wings sliced through him leaving him in pieces.
"Enough of this." I looked up seeing Chrystalis holding onto Rainbow Dash by her hair. I watched her my anger rising but I needed to remain calm otherwise I won't be able to stop. She pulled out a knife placing it against Rainbow's back. I instinctively extended my hand to see her do the same. What I saw next made my heart stop. Chrystalis plunged the knife into Rainbow's back I saw Rainbow fall over in pain. My hatred for the queen exploded forth as I pulled a cord on my A.W.G. a second set of wings unfolded from the back. "Can you save your precious elements in time before this one dies?" She blinked that's when I made my move I rocketed forward like a lighting strike When she opened her eyes my blade was coming down she barely made it in time to block my strike. I reached my free hand out grabbing the queen by the throat lifting her off the ground.
"You... Will die." My words were barely audible as I lost myself to the heat of battle. I threw Chrystalis off and away from me. Rainbow looked up to me I could see she was in pain I felt tears streaming down my face as I knelt down grabbing her hand gently. "I'm sorry Rainbow." I helped her up flying into the Hive to find the others. Once found I released them giving them Rainbow Dash.
"Frost what are you going to do?" Twilight asked me as I turned my back to them.
"Help her Twilight, I know you can save her and I can protect you all while you do so." I walked back out of the hive to see the army waiting for me. None of them dared to advance towards me except the queen who seemed to be charging a spell into her hand. She threw what looked like a fireball towards me. Raising my wings it splashed harmlessly against them. "The first of you to enter this hive will be met without mercy." I pointed to Chrysallis. "Let us settle this elsewhere." I started walking away from the hive towards the queen she watched me carefully as I walked past her. I heard her about to make an order to her army when met blade was stopped next to her throat. "Think your next words wisely." I ordered her the look in my eyes made a few of the Changelings close to us fall over unconscious.
"You are all to hold until my return have no fear your Queen will deal with this trash and then we will take over Canterlot." My blade lowered from her neck.
"Let's see if you can kill me." I took off into the air flying towards Ponyville.

I landed on the outskirts of Ponyville I saw no one walking through the town. "Good the code has been sent." I smiled gently knowing I didn't have to hold back. 'Serith... Serena... To battle once again.' I turned to see Chrysalis land.
"Why did you choose this place where you can't fight all out without killing someone." Chrystalis smiled thinking she had already won.
"You have no idea what I do. Do you?" My amplifiers pulsed an ice blue it seemed as if the area's temperature was dropping drastically. "Major Frostwing of the deceased 9th Battalion of halo fliers. Call sign Frozen Demon." I held my blade at the ready. Chrystalis didn't seem to care but I could see the fear in her eyes.
"Frostwing was executed for his crimes do not try to fool me." She drew her blade ready to fight. We waited for the correct time to strike. I dashed forward swinging down upon Chrystalis she parried my attack swinging at me only for me to move one of my wings swatting her away from me.
"Magic users we never good against fliers takes you to long to attack when we think the wings move." I walked slowly towards her raising my blade that's when I saw something in the corner of my eye it was three young girls walking towards the fight. My eyes widened when I saw The queen launch a pillar of fire at the girls. I could either take my chance killing the queen but that would mean the children had to die. I took off as fast as possible landing before the children I wrapped my wings and body around them just as the pillar hit my back. The pillar of fire finally ceased my entire body screamed in agony at the burns and pain. I slowly stood one of my wings falling to the ground I looked back towards the Queen. "Girls go to the mountains Spike should be there tell him I am so sorry." I smiled to them I knew there was extensive damage to my back moving at all hurt.
"I guess you are something else Fake." I just watched as she disappeared in a flash. I felt something pierce my stomach. Looking down I saw her blade in my stomach. I coughed up a pool of blood onto of her head she was smiling. "Even immortals die." She said pulling the blade out I collapsed to my knees I looked at the Queen.
"Who says I'm dead yet." I reached my hand out grabbing Chrystalis by one of her wings I sliced right through it as if it were no tougher than paper. I turned with the wing in hand smacking her aside with it. "You will need more pain to kill me suffer like I have..." I dropped the wing to the ground. I looked at the wound in my stomach sighing. I saw that Chrystalis was slowly standing. "I guess I should wrap this up." I smiled looking at Serena There was a trigger on the hilt. "Maybe I should use that." I smiled placing my finger on the trigger. clicking the trigger the blade began to steam I took flight towards Chrystalis swinging my blade down upon her carving through her arm she screamed in agony as the wound froze over. She swung her blade towards my head it slammed into my amplifier cracking it. I heard Serith scream in my head which only fueled my anger more. Chrystalis's horn glowed a sickly green. Magic in this fight put me at a disadvantage I quickly sliced through her horn. I launched my hand out ceasing her by the throat I raised her up placing my blade in the center of her chest.
"Do it." She spat as I only watched where the blade would end up. "Kill me and claim your prize." She spat blood at me hitting my cheek.
"No." I dropped her to the ground looking down upon her. "The suffering ends here." I walked past her grabbing her remaining wing dragging her back to the hive. She was defeated.

As I arrived a few of the Changelings dropped their weapons in shock at what had happen to their queen. I walked past the entire army letting Chrystalis go. Reaching the hive I felt something pierce my back making it's way through my chest then another and another I stood there with swords knives spears all sticking out of my back. I slowly turned looking at my attackers they froze at the look in my eyes. Raising my blade I cut down those that were foolish enough to attack me. I felt weak nothing was responding to my commands yet I continued to move forward into the hive seeing all of the girls Rainbow Dash was standing with the help of AppleJack and Pinkie Pie I stopped in front of them The looks of their faces were enough to make me cringe.
"Frost..." Rainbow muttered extending a hand towards me. I reached for it but missed where her hand was.
"I'm sorry I'm late I guess I owe you a date." I smiled as blood pooled in my mouth. I saw tears stream down their faces.
"Yes you do Frost so make sure you stay alive for it." My vision darkened as I fell to the ground.
