A gruesome scene is unfolding before Twilight Sparkle’s eyes as the changeling queen Chrysalis is horribly wounded and pleading for help who is holding but a thread of life. She didn’t know what to do…. But someone already did…
“Chopper!! Hurry, get this…whatever to the Sunny.. Hurry!!!” commanded Luffy.
“On it!” said Chopper, quickly changing into his reindeer point and carrying the wounded queen on his back.
“Wait!! Luffy Chopper ! What are you doing!?” yelled Twilight. But the duo had already gone to the ship for treatment of the fallen Changeling queen
A few hours later, Twilight, her friends and even the princesses came around the medical ward in the Thousand Sunny, thinking about why Chrysalis had come to Ponyville and how she came up in such a bad state.
“We shouldn’t have help her Twilight, who knows what she could be planning!?” said Rainbow Dash.
“Well, we don’t know for sure Rainbow, she…” Twilight was about to continue when she was once again interrupted by Rainbow Dash.
“She tricked us into abandoning you!!! ABANDONING YOU!!! We made you feel like the lowest pony in Equestria while we were just too greedy to take your worries seriously. You could’ve died in those caverns if you hadn’t found the real Princess Cadence!!!” Rainbow Dash finished her case.
Everyone remembered that day well, when Twilight accused the fake Cadence of being evil but instead of listening to her, everyone including Princess Celestia and Twilight’s own brother Shining Armor only turned their backs on her deeming her only jealous and barred her from the wedding. Completely unaware of the massive danger that was looming before all of Canterlot.
“One of the worst mistakes of my life” Princess Celestia said to herself. She knows what she had done, turning her back against her faithful student that nearly risked the life of all ponies of Equestria from the Changeling hoard. She had learned many valuable lessons from that experience, never doubt the worries of a deep trusted friend, nobody’s not even Goddesses are perfect and of course the lesson of humility.
“One of the worst moments of my life” Twilight said as the bad feelings poured in and tears started forming in her eyes.
“We don’t ever want to do that again, I don’t want our own personal greed to muck up our friendship. We won’t ever abandon you again Twilight!” said Rarity
“And we Pinkie Promise!” Pinkie exclaimed.
The group share a mighty embrace as they remind themselves of the horrid mistake of betraying a friends mighty trust and forgiveness.
“Am I interrupting something?” said Nami as she walked towards the group.
“Not at all miss Nami” said Applejack.
“However, there’s still the matter of Chrysalis and what are we going to do with her, I’m just wondering about how she got in such bad shape.” Said Twilight.
Chopper suddenly comes out of the room wiping his hands with a look of worry on his face.
“I was able to stitch up the wounds. But she still had lost a lot of blood, she needs an immediate blood transfusion if I need to save them both”
“Both? Chopper what are you talking about?” asked Twilight.
Chopper then exposes the news “She’s pregnant”
“Pregnant .. wha …how!!?” questioned a stunned Applejack.
“That doesn’t matter right now; right now she’s hanging to life by a thread and is risking the life of the unborn child. It’s my duty as a doctor to save lives no matter the cost; if they both die right now I won’t be able to call myself as a doctor.” Said Chopper.
“But…what she did….was horrible!” said Pinkie Pie.
“What matters is what is happening here and now, now please her blood is special does anyone have blood type C+!?” Chopper exclaimed.
All the ponies in that hall way were merely silent, unsure on what to do. Chrysalis was one of the most deceitful enemies they’ve ever encountered yet the fact of her pregnancy made want to save her life for the sake of her unborn child. They kept on being silent until…
“I will donate my blood!” said one.
All of the ponies head turned to Fluttershy who now has a determined look on her face as she stepped up to Chopper.
“I donate blood all the time whenever there needs to be a blood drive in Ponyville, in a way all of our blood is the same since it's red.” She turns and smiles to her friends. “Right?”
Twilight simply sighed “Are you sure about this Fluttershy? She is a changeling”
“I’m more sure then I’ll ever be!” said Fluttershy.
“Thank you Fluttershy, I knew I could count on you. We need to get you prepped for the blood transfusion.
As Fluttershy enters the medical room, Princess Celestia was unsure on what to do or feel, whether to feel proud of her or to take the chance to punish Chrysalis for her actions. She turned to Spike and ordered an immediate letter to Princess Cadence and Shining Armor to come here.
“I just hope I’m making the right choice.”
“Don’t worry, I’m sure the author of this fan-fic will have her live, in the mean time I gotta throw a surprise party for our coming guests!!” Pinkie Pie said as she sped off outside the ship
“Wait author? Fani-fic!?” what was she talking about” asked Nami
“Don’t mind her, she’s just being Pinkie Pie” Rarity explained.

A few hours later Fluttershy finally comes out a little paler due to the loss of blood. She wobbles and staggers to her friends.
“Whoa girl, you okay!?” asked a worried Rainbow Dash.
“I’m fine, just a little woozy”” said Fluttershy.
Chopper comes out content but still worried about his patient.
“The transfusion was a success; both the mother and unborn child will live. But ‘Chrysalis’ still has some of internal damage, mostly her lungs so I’ll put her on support for a week. So right now she’ll be unconscious for a week.”
“So what are these ‘Changelings’ you called them?” asked Nami.
“Changelings are beings that are able to shape shift into ponies that we love, and they feast on that love to sustain themselves. It’s almost the perfect disguise, unless the pony who loves them spots the tiny differences to know that they are really changelings. And that's the queen of the whole species.” Twilight explained as she pointed towards the medical room where Chrysalis resides.
“I see… so that’s why you were so hesitant to help her” said Nami.
“Twily!!!” yelled a white male unicorn.
“BBBFF!!” yelled Twilight.
The purple unicorn ran towards her big brother whom she hasn't seen for a few months after defeating King Sombra almost a year ago in the Crystal Empire.
“Great to see you too Twilight” as a pink alicorn ran up to Twilight and both immediately began a little dance
“Sunshine, Sunshine ladybugs awake! Clap your hooves and do a little shake!”
“Awwwww” Nami exclaimed.
“So these are the humans I’ve heard so much about, my name is Shining Armor; Twilight’s brother, and this is my lovely wife Cadence”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you” Nami said.
“Oi Nami!! Who are they!?” as Luffy came swinging down from Zoro’s training room all sweaty.
As the sweat drips down from his toned muscles, Nami couldn’t help herself but extremely blush at the sight of her new boyfriend.
“These are more of Twilight’s friends: Shining Armor and Princess Cadence”
"Hi I’m Luffy! I’m the man who’s going to become pirate king!”
“Well nice to meet you Luffy.” Said Shining. But then his face became serious “so is it true, is Chrysalis really back?”
“I’m afraid so, but she’s in the medical ward considering her condition”
“Yes, her pregnancy from you said in your letter” said Cadence.
As the couple enters the medical room, they are met with a sorry state of Chrysalis. With a mask covering her face to help her breathe, tubes injecting medicine and nutrients to help the unborn child and of course 2 heart monitors, it was a sad scene as Shining and Cadence couldn’t help but feel sorry for the thing. But then again she did kidnap his wife, tricked him into abandoning his own sister when she needed them most and nearly lead the entire kingdom to fall.
“I know, I’m not sure what to feel either, but I know what I have to do” said Cadence as her horn soon glowed and showered a beam upon the queen.
“What are you doing to my patient!!?” yelled Chopper as he came barging in
“Healing her so that they may both live” said Cadence.
Slowly the stitches where her wounds were disappeared and her breathing became easier.
Soon enough, her eyes slowly start to open.
“Cadence……Shining Armor…..” Chrysalis said weakly right before she fell asleep.
