//------------------------------// // This is Honest truth. // Story: Everything Dies // by Saint-Mercy //------------------------------// Honesty, How she has stayed sane is beyond me, Maybe it's because of her family? Of course she still grieves, Her friends were family. The apple of my eye, Never tells a lie, Even if she tried, She couldn't tell a lie. Honesty, Is never alone, Her family is close to home, Her heart knows where it belongs, For Honesty shall never roam. Orange coat and all, She will never fall, Once made small, But came back standing tall. Her white freckles, Shining eyes of emerald, And her lovely smile, That always lasts awhile. Honestly, This is not reality, Honesty, In stuck in her insanity. New apple trees, Five for each. Magic, Loyalty, Kindness, Laughter, and Generosity. Each tree, Planted with a loved seed. Tender hoofed, Careful moves, And everlasting tears, Raised these seeds. When magic died the first seed was planted, When laughter faded the next seed rooted, When Generosity left the seeds sprouted, When kindness was forgotten the seeds were saplings, Now with loyalty gone the saplings are trees. In a field honesty stood alone, Five trees encircled the pony, Honesty felt like a phony, Telling lies her heart left frozen. Everything stopped motion, Within honesty a deep commotion. Carry on, Trot the long, Paths alone, Or return to the barn, Spin another yarn, Another tale, Another fib, This had to be a trick. This is the honest truth, Let the lies remain askew. For all we knew, Her unhappiness brewed. This is the Honest Truth.
