 Prologue 2: Scootaloo 


Scootaloo was riding on her scooter as usual and saw the town bullies. She veered away from their direction but ran into a tree. "She can't even ride her scooter without being stupid!" Diamond Tiara said laughing at poor Scootaloo. 

"Maybe the chicken's special talent is being stupid, useless, flightless, and a blank-flank!" Silver Spoon said laughing histaricly. Scootaloo got back up from her collision and rubbed her head. She rolled her eyes and picked up her scooter and headed home. And by home I mean the orphanage. Ever since Scootaloo was little she had been an orphan. The two bullies were still following Scootaloo and once she arrived at the orphanage the two bullies spoke up.

"It's no wonder the chicken's an orphan!" Diamond Tiara said laughing as Scootaloo grabbed her scooter and went inside. Scootaloo slammed her door closed as hard as she could wanting to beat Diamond and Silver up. Once in her room Scootaloo screamed into her pillow. Seeing the art suplise she had gotten for her birthday from Apple Bloom, Scootaloo started to draw a picture. The picture showed Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon being fed to sharks. Though she had thought that drawing the two bullies in pain or something would make her feel better, it didn't. Scootaloo was gripping the crayon in her hoof a bit too tight and it snapped. As the crayon snapped Scootaloo snapped back to reality and got an idea.

Gathering a few esentules Scootaloo snuck out of the orphanage. Looking around, like she would if she was at the cross walk if they had any carriages in Ponyille for every and anypony, she saw that nopony was around. "Hey Scootaloo! Wanna hang out today?" Asked a familiar rainbow maned pegasus. Scootaloo normally would be freaking out on the outside, but she wasn't because she had to go.

"I'd love to Rainbow, but I can't." Scootaloo said.

"How come?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Because umm..." Scootaloo said her mind racing trying to find a lie that Rainbow Dash would believe. And Rainbow's interrogating look wasn't helping.

"Well?" Rainbow said growing impatient.

"I have to go visit a friend who moved and she's ill and want's to see me! Yeah a friend!" Scootaloo said lying to her hero.

"Oh ok. Well maybe next time. I hope your friend feels better soon!" Rainbow said before taking off.

"Now off to go do my plan I have!" Scootaloo said trotting away from Ponyville.
