	Carrot Top smiled. “Carrots?! That is easy!” She smiled upon the thought of ease. Then she shook her head clear of the thought. No this is and adventure not a relaxing vacation. 
“We have to go to a carrot patch just outside the cherry tree orchard. The creature working there aren't mean like that otter, Benny, in fact they are sweet bunnies!” Swirls said excitedly. 
When the got to the carrot farm Carrot Top couldn't help but feel a pang of homesickness. The smell of the sweet carrots made Carrot wish she had brought some but her trip had been kind of well, unexpected. At least she had her carrots seed in her saddle bag she took wherever she went.
A small bunny popped up out of her hole. Other bunnies began to do the same eying Swirls and Carrot. The first bunny to appear smiled a sweet and warm smile, “Hello. I am Cythania but most creatures call me Cyth. Is there anything I can do for you?” She spoke in a thick french accent. 
“Hi! I am Carrot Top and this is Swirls. We are looking to get some carrots please, if you don't mind.”
“Of course you can have some carrots. We actually have the  most sweetest juiciest carrots in all of Equestria!” Cyth said.
Carrot Top couldn't help but to snort. Doubt it! She thought. The best carrot farmer was her! She was about to say something but decided not to because she didn't want to start something. Besides Cyth seemed really nice!
Cyth and her bunny friends began to harvest carrots and put them in a bag. Just as Cyth was about to give Carrot the bag she stopped. “So your a carrot farmer?” she asked the sweetness gone and replaced by hatred.
“W-What?!” Carrot stuttered.
“You destiny mark is carrots. Your a carrot farmer!” said Cyth angrily.
“Cutie mark,” Swirls said clearly annoyed at the personality change. “What does that have to do with anything?”
“It means she obviously thought that she is a better farmer than all of us as one of her first thoughts upon coming here. Isn't that right?” Cyth asked merciless. When she got no reply she sniffed snootly.
“Yeah well I can grow better carrots then you can dream of!” Carrot said.
“Is that a challenge?” asked Cyth in her heavy accent. 
“I believe it is,” Carrot said.
“Fine winner is whoever grows the best carrot according to Mansifno!” Cyth pointed to a rather old looking hare. He had so many wrinkles you couldn't see his eyes. 
“Winner is the official best carrot farmer. Loser must admit it.” Carrot Top said putting on a sneer.
“Deal!” Then Cyth pointed to a patch of dirt, “This is were you will work. This soil is magical and when you sing 'grow before my eye, so fast its like you fly' and it will grow instantly”
“Break a leg Carrot,” Swirls whispered, “AND... BEGIN!” 
“Need any seeds? We may be competing but it should be fair,” Cyth asked.
“Nope. I always take seeds with me and unlike yours they get TLC 24/7,” Carrot Top said taking out her seeds out of her saddle bag and admiring them. 
“I'm sure,” Cyth said. Then she tucked her seeds into the soil and sang her song and the seeds sprouted and soon large carrots grew. Carrot looked in awe. “Afraid to lose?” Cyth asked noticing Carrot Top's surprise.
“Not a chance,” Carrot said. She carefully planted her seeds and watered them. Then she sat down by it and began talking to it, “Your going to be strong carrots and sweet and...” she continued as if she was preaching them to grow that way!
“Come on use the spell!” Cyth said impatiently. 
“No. Carrots taking time, love and care!” Carrot said in disbelief. As if she would ever use a spell on carrots!
Swirls beamed proudly while Cyth huffed. A few hours later her carrots sprouted and bloomed. “About time!” Cyth said.
They handed there carrots to Mansifno. He tasted Cyth's carrots first. He chewed every bite slowly as if trying to get all of the flavor. Then he tasted Carrot Top's. Then Mansifno turned to Cyth. “My dear your carrots are wonderful!” He said. Carrot Top's shoulders slumped and Cyth smirked. Then Mansifo turned to Carrot. “But the pony's carrots taste better!”
Carrot grinned, “Thank you so much!”
“You cheated! You didn't use the insta grow!” Cyth accused.
“It was an option to use,” Swirls said sternly.
“You may of won this time but you'll see!” Cyth muttered then stomped away.
“Too bad we don't have any carrots though now,” Carrot said.
“Wrong! We can use yours!” Swirls said happily. 
Carrot Top smiled. “I guess we can. She gathered her left over carrots then, satisfied, they continued there adventure.
