Rainbow could hear her blood pumping through her ears she was starting to hyperventilate fear was in her eyes. Twilight slowly walked towards the shaking pony but the cyan pony backed away each step twilight took.
"Rainbow", twilight spoke dash started to shake even more "rainbow...is that you"? rainbow stopped shaking for a moment looking directly at the purple pony.
Rainbow opened her mouth but out came a snarl along with saliva hitting twilight in the face the huge beast began to break down into a cry. twilight ran to rainbows side rubbing her furry back side but suddenly got a claw to the face, she tried to get up but her head felt like a heavy rock (Tom) she finally forced herself up she saw rainbow looking directly at her twilight's mouth dropped.
Rainbow growled as drool dripped to the floor from her mouth her pupils were the size of a needle point she slowly put one paw infront of the other crouching with evey step. Rarity and the others were crying in the corner still hugging each other Rainbow's mouth opened slowly her teeth were razor sharp twilight knew what rainbow was trying to do twilights eyes went as big as plates.
"rainbow don't do....this", twilight began to sob "p-please r-rrainbow......i know your in t-there"! rainbow suddenly stopped she was looking directly at twilight her face had a blank expression a tear rolled down her muzzel. rainbows mind: (twilight!!!!!!!! help!!! i'm trapped inside this beast!!!!! why was i about to kill twilight!!!! help me!!!!!! anypony!!! somepony!!!!! please make it stop!!!!!!!!!) rainbow's eyes rolled back and she dropped to the ground. Twilight stared in shock at the unconsious rainbow she held her wolf head on her lap and stared down at the pony she bagan to sob slowly tears flowing free down her cheeks.
"rainbow.... w-wake up....this isn't funny a-anymore"!!!! twilight began to scream "somepony help"!!!!!!!! twilight looked at rarity the white mare ran out the door screaming for help fluttershy layed against the wall motionless at the sight in front of her a tear fell from her eye pinkie was laying in her lap crying quietly.
the doctor came trotting in along with nurse red heart and rarity screwball creeped in barking like a dog rarity gasped, "shoo shoo" waving a hoof but the pony was still standing there not willing to move her barks became louder rarity noticed a ball on the ground she picked it up and began to wave it infront of screwball, "look at da ball. does the little doggy wanna play fetch."! rarity threw the ball and screwball went running after it.
"did somepony say ball"!!!!! the pinkie pony jolted towards the door running after the ball. "pinkie no... bad girl"!!!!!!! rarity began chasing the pinkie pony down the hall.
the doctor rushed beside twilight asking what had happened, "i don't know she just collapsed to the ground and she changed into sone beast form"?! the doctor lowered his head muttering to himself, "it-it... has h-happened... a-ag a-gain" twilight gave him a confused look, "what has happened again"?
the doctor turned to twilight his face was covered in sweat, "nevermind...nothing... can you help me lift rainbow with your magic"? twilight nodded and they both consantrated lifting the beast onto the bed, the doctor started working taking blood samples and using other medical stuff.
"is rainbow gonna be allright doctor"? fluttershy asked
the doctor lowered his head taking off his glasses, "i'm not sure...." the two ponies lowered there heads letting out a sniffle, the doctor sighed, "there's something i need to tell you two and rarity and pinkie nurse redheart continued to work on rainbow. The doctor aloud fluttershy and twilight to sit rarity had walked in with pinkie on her back tyed up.
"uhhhh...whats going on" rarity stepped forward slowly twilight asked them to sit and listen to the doctor everyone got comfy waiting for the doctor to speak.

he took a deep breath a drop of sweat fell down his face, "well..... can you all see that rainbow has changed form"? twilight and the others nodded, "doc can you cut to the chase"?
"yes...sorry... well it looks like that bite of rainbows is more serious than it seems........" all the ponies gasped
"what ever do you mean doctor"!? rarity screamed
"please let me finish"!!!! the doctor scolded "as i was saying..... it seems rainbow was bitten by a strange but rare creature.... called the werewolf"
"a what"!? twilight said
"A werewolf"!!!!!!!!! the doctor was now frustrated everyone looked around with confused looks "a werewolf is half wolf half pony" everyone then looked around nodding and smiling the doctor gave a small smirk but then subsided.
"but there is s catch....." the doctors voice was low, "how long has she been like this"?
everypony spoke, "we don't know" they all frowned
the doctor gulped, "if she has been exposed to this....bite for to long.... she could remain in this form.. FOREVER"! A tear rolled down twilights cheek, "but you can cure her right....... right"!? the doctor looked down and shook his head slowly.
everypony began to cry silently except for one shy pony fluttershy who was looking down at the ground playing with her hoofs her face was stone straight. the doctor slowly walked away to rainbows bed checking her chart.
"DOCTOR DOCTOR"!!!!!!! a young nurse filly came screaming into the room, "we got the test results..... it i-it's to late...." there was a moment of silence until rarity bursted into sobs screaming and whaling "she was so young"!!!!!!!!!! twilight and fluttershy walked to the bed looking at there friends new form observing her every detail. she was twice her reqular size now and looked more like a wolf fluttershy leaned ontop of the bed stroking dash's face she then lightly kissed her muzzel whispering, "i love you" in rainbows ear.
The doctor said she would become full wolf for in 15 mins the pony's had little time to spend with the pony friend until she became her wolf form. They sat silently all seperated among the room scared to make eye contact with each other, teilight noticed rainbow's paw shake.... "rainbow"? twilight whispered fluttershy rushed to rainbow waiting for the cyan pony to open her eyes one last time before her wolf form consumed her......
