Chapter 3
Security\Pony/Resistance
[Location… The Ark] The end of the week…
During the past week the survivors spend the time planning how to train the ponies, but Security insists precision and discipline is necessary while the Resistance hates discipline and love guerrilla tactics. In the end the brothers chose to separate the teams. Instead of teaching the ponies as one they will teach them in factions that will be called from now on… PonySecurity & PonyResistance.
Once they were separated, the mane 6 chose a side and a class…

During that week Storm and Fat Joe worked in the laboratory of the Ark. They were designed new weapons, including special AA turrets. They also made different kinds of tests on Spike, most of them were… Harmless.
Back in land many ponies took the news of the war really hard, they could hardly believe their species are at the brink of extinction, unless they fight for their families by joining the army of the Ark, princess Celestia announced.
Believe it or not, lots of ponies from Cloudsdale, Ponyville, Canterlot and Manehattan showed up at the end of the week in Manehattan docks. From commoners like Big Macintosh to high society ponies like Fancy Pants. Every single one of them willing to fight for their families. They all were surprised by the boats of the Ark that pick them up, they are made of technology they never seen before specially since the boats had no driver for they were controlled via wireless remote from the master control room.
Once the ponies arrived to the ark they were separated randomly to each faction where they will learn how to shot a gun and how to work their desired class.
[Location… The Ark/ Security Headquarters] Present time…
Right now many ponies have the chance to talk with each other before the members of PonySecurity gives them a speech of what are they going to learn during their stay in the ark.
Fancy Pants was looking at the crowd of ponies waiting patiently for whatever is going to happen, until something big and red called his attention. It was Big Macintosh waiting patiently and chewing his straw of hay. Fancy Pants approached him willing to talk to somepony in order to remove the nervousness he had because the very idea of he is going to war.
“Hello my good sir, quite the day isn’t it?” Said Fancy Pants standing next to Macintosh.
“Eeeyup.” Answered Macintosh.
“I know that we don’t know each other… But do you believe we will survive this… War?” Asked Fancy Pants.
“Eeeyup.” Come the answer again.
“Not a pony of many words I see. Name is Fancy Pants.” Said Fancy Pants extending one of his hooves to Macintosh.
“Big Macintoch.” He said shaking hooves with Fancy Pants.
This is the beginning of a long friendship between Macintosh and Fancy Pants…
They weren’t the only well-known ponies there on Pony Security Side; there also was Carrot Top, Cesar, Octavia, Bon Bon, Derpy, Soarin, Donut Joe, Doctor Stable, Zephyr Verve and Doctor Whooves who accidentally end up there because of the Tardis. And many more.
[Location… The Ark/ CCity] Present time…
Same as Pony Security, the ponies on Pony Resistance side were also waiting for the speech.
“I can’t believe I have to fight with these commoners. I rather be locked in a dungeon than be here.” Said Blue Blood who was forced to join the fight by orders of princess Celestia.
“My, my, if it isn’t the bad blood, in a really bad mood.” Said Zecora who was next to Blue Blood, she knows the kind of pony he is from what Rarity told her of the gala.
“Blue Blood, actually. And who might you be miss?” Asked Blue Blood from the Zebra.
“Zecora of the Everfree Forest, where things are gloom in said forest.” Said Zecora.
“Is it me or you speak in rhymes?” Asked Blue Blood in interest.
“Rhymes are part of me, as same as the brews I make for me.” Said Zecora.
'This is hopeless.' Thought Blue Blood to himself, still he doesn’t know why but he finds her attractive.
Same as PonySecurity there were many well-known ponies in PonyResistance like, Mr. Cake, Caramel, Cheerilee, Lyra, Dj Pon3, Berry Punch, Colgate, Nurse Redheart, Spitfire and the Great & Powerful Trixie who also ended up there by mistake because of traveling with the Doctor inside the Tardis. And many more.
[Location… The Ark/ PonySecurity and Pony Resistance] Present…
All the Ponies of both factions were silenced by the appearance of the Princesses; Celestia was present in PonySecurity side wile Luna was present in PonyResistance side.
“My little ponies I am really grateful of your presence here during this dark times!” Celestia.
“For we need all the help we can get to defend our home land!” Luna using her royal canterlot voice as always.
“But listen to this! The Griffon Empire will never ever defeat us, as long we have each other!” Celestia.
“And as long as we believe in peace and justice!” Luna.
“We are ponies willing to fight for a great cause!” Celestia.
“We are ponies willing to fight for our families!” Luna.
“We are PonySecurity/PonyResistance!” both Celestia and Luna.
The ponies gone wild with cheers and clops to the Princesses of both factions.
“Now my little ponies I want you to meet your instructors, they will teach you to use weapons, and survive in the battlefield!” Celestia.
“I present to you the last humans of the Ark!” Luna.
Both Security and Resistance survivors stood next to their respective princesses.
Some ponies were surprised by the strange creatures and others kept cheering and clopping. Until both Storm and Fat Joe lift their right hand silencing the ponies.
“Ponies of the land of Equestria! We are here to help you during these dark times by teaching you to use advanced weapons during the war with the Griffons! We will also teach you to use advanced technology to your advantage that will change the course of the battlefield!” Said both Storm and Fat Joe.
“But first we shall teach you how to move effectible on the battlefield using our ‘SMART system’ also known as ‘Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain’. And how to work your preferred Class!”
“Classes are Soldier, Medic, Engineer, Operative and our new class called War Pilot!”
“The Soldiers are masters of destruction, carrying HE Charges to complete Destruction Objectives, and Molotovs. They never run out of ammo, and can hand out ammo to teammates as well!”
“The Medic has the job to keep everyone alive. He can use Health buffs to make his and his teammate's life meters longer, and rescue incapacitated teammates and VIPs using Revive Syringes!”
“The Engineer is concerned primarily with building, repairing, and upgrading things on the battlefield. He can also upgrade his and his teammate's weapons to do more damage, and plant hidden landmines!”
“The Operatives are the spies. They can sabotage to complete certain Mission Objectives and can also disguise themselves as the enemy!”
“The War Pilots duty is to transport the troops to safety into the battlefield, and bring air support to teammates in problems!”
“Once you chose your class please press the enter button!” Said finally both Storm and Fat Joe.
“What button? What is he talking about?” Said Bon bon and Lyra. Until an icon magically appeared on top of every pony's heads.
“See the icon on your heads! That’s going to be your class! Now everypony head to your respective teammates so we can begin your training!” Said both Storm and Fat Joe. Everypony headed to their respective team.
“Good luck my little ponies!” Said Celestia and Luna.

[Location… Canterlot/ Palace/ War room] 3 months later…
It took the survivors two full months to train the ponies in their respective classes, thanks to technology of easy learning made by the twins.
The next month the survivors along with the trained ponies, they spend it arming the cities of Manehattan and Canterlot with strategically located turrets of all types including the prototype AA turret and stationary AA turret.
They also asked the ponies of Cloudsdale to move their flying city over the Ark so it can be reshaped into a war carrier, where unicorns and earth-ponies of all kinds will be able to stand on it, instead of fall from the clouds as always.
Ponyville is more likely the target of the griffons, they will attack first there and then they will move towards Manehattan, Cloudsdale and Canterlot. Once the griffons eliminated the main threat they will spread all over Equestria.
But they will receive two big surprises: Ponyville will be evacuated and will be filled with well hidden explosives and by the time the griffons settled their base camp there it will explode with everyone in it. While Cloudsdale will be nowhere to be seen.
Right now inside the palace, the war room is filled with computers, screens and a huge hologram table what will display the battlefield in white 3D structures. Every pony inside the room were mostly Operatives working on data and Engineers keeping the machines up and running.
Fat Joe, Storm, Celestia and Luna are around the table, that was showing them visual of the Griffin Empire…
“Brother don’t you think is a bit overkill to send Operatives to spy on them? I mean just look at Celestia & Luna guards, they only have spears as weapons. And I almost bet the big advance weapon the griffons will get is just a bow.” Said Fat Joe to Storm.
“Brother you were always bad at bets, and most importantly… Never underestimate the enemy… Know his weaknesses… Know his plans…” Said Storm.
“When will the Operatives return?” Asked Luna to Storm.
“As soon they have all the information we need from our enemy…” Said Storm.
“Will they be ok?” Asked Celestia worry for Twilight since she volunteer to help with other Operatives of both PonyResistance and PonySecurity side.
“They will be fine as long as they don’t break their disguise…” Said Storm now watching the table looking the main castle of the griffins called Dark Blade, it looks almost like Minas Tirith of the lord of the rings… Only bathed in Sauron sauce.
[Location… Griffin Empire/ Dark Blade / Top floor/ Griffin's War room] Present time…
Leney and Sobotka are disguised as elite griffin guards, thanks to the disguise kit that looks almost like a small Ipad that allows the user to get the full identity of the enemy including vocal cords. Unless the user is discovered or hurt, the disguise will disappear. Disguised people or ponies using the kit can be seen like not wearing any disguise by other teammates, this helps the Operatives not be shot while behind the enemy lines.
They were heading to the war room while the other operatives were retrieving information elsewhere. As soon they got to the war room entrance they were greeted by dark elite griffin guards that were guarding the entrance.
“Hold it! Who goes there?!” Said one or the dark elites.
“Your mom.” Said Sobotka, shooting his altered Rhett AR with silencer killing the dark elite, and making disappear his own disguise.
The other was about to sound the alarm only to be shot by Leney with his altered Kross SMG also with a silencer. Once they made sure the dark elites were dead they hide the bodies and took their identities, standing in front of the war room waiting for the next meeting that will happen in 15 minutes.
“What do you think, how the others do?” Asked Sobotka to Leney.
“They are good ponies. I bet they already finished gathering information... Now keep your mouth shut, unless you wish our identities to be discovered.” Said Leney.
“Fine…” Said Sobotka.
“And turn down the volume of the radio.” Said Leney.
“Done.” Said Sobotka changing the volume in his ear piece radio.
[Location… Dark Blade/ Weapon factory] Present time…
Zephyr along with his team of girls are having a very hard time trying to keep themselves disguised. The dragons can smell them, so they try to keep getting dirty and keep changing disguises every once guards call their attention for the awful smell. The name of the girls is Bon Bon and Lyra, their mission is to gather all the information and plans they can find in the enemy's weapons factory.
The weapons factory is a huge forge where they are currently building armors, shields, helmets and staff looking weapons… strange there is not a single sword or spear been build.
“This is strange… The griffons are famous for their skill with a spear, yet I don’t see any spears being forged.” Said Zephyr to his team he is wearing the Bug suit.
They were disguised as low rank griffin guards, and looking around the place watching many griffons work with steel and strange crystals stones.
“Maybe they are being built in another forge.” Said BonBon wearing the Look suit.
“No, this is the main forge they always built it here.” Said Lyra wearing the Anger suit. She studied a bit of the griffin culture back in magic school.
“I agree… Girls look around, I will try to find the scrolls containing the weapons they build and other useful information.” Said Zephyr, taking flight.
“Roger.” Said both girls, starting to look around and if possible talk with some of the workers for information without calling attention to themselves.
[Location… Dark Blade/ General Kokki private quarters.] Present time…
General Kokki is one of the five griffin sons of king Shien. He won his position by cheating in the special selection duel against is Brother Jack. Kokki is nothing more than a fat griffon.
He was inside his private quarters eating some living mice while he waited to be called to the next war meeting with his dad and the other generals. Until a knock came from the door of his private quarters.
“Who is it?” Said the fat griffon still eating mice.
“Special service.” Said somegriffon behind the door it sounded female.
“Fine I am coming.” Said the griffon still munching the mice, heading to the door, once he opens it he found a good looking female griffon with elite guard armor.
“Well hello there. What can I do for you sweet heart.” Said Kokki.
“Lots of things actually.” Said sensually the female griffon.
“May I come in?” She asked Kokki.
“Definitely.” Said Kokki standing aside allowing the female griffon to enter his private quarters. Then he closed the door locking it so no one will disturb him.
“Should we take this to my bedroom?” Asked Kokki to the female griffon with a big grin.
“Sure.” She said, following him.
“What is your name pretty?” He asked her.
“Sparkle.” She said… Once they enter his bedroom and close the door… silenced gunshots could be heard on the inside… The door of the bedroom opened and Twilight Sparkle come out disguised as Kokki. She was wearing the freak suit only specially design for mares and carrying an altered FRKN-3K AR, with silencer.
“I knew those marebond books were going to be useful one day.” Said Twilight to herself until she heard a knock on the door.
“General Kokki. It’s time for the meeting.” Came from behind the door of kokki’s living quarters.
“Be right there.” Said Twilight heading outside.
Now you must be wondering what make Twilight to kill in cold blood?
That is because last month the Griffin Empire sent them a huge box filled with heads of all the ponies that were living on their lands… From adults to little innocent fillies… Except of those who managed to escape in time or are still hidden in griffin lands.
[Locarion… Dark Blade/ War room] 15 min later…
“Here they come stay quiet.” Said Leney to Sobotka.
“Roger.” Sobotka Say.
Coming towards them was the king of the griffins… Shien, followed by 5 Generals dressed in golden armor, one strange thing that looked like a lizard hidden behind dark blooded cult clothes, and what could be clearly four old unicorn ponies in runic garments.
What they found funny is that Twilight Sparkle was among the generals, she winked at Leney and Sobotka, and they winked back at her.
The griffins, ponies and lizard thing enter the war room, then they closed the door. Once they closed it, Leney and Sobotka placed a special device on the door to both eavesdrop what is going on inside the said room.
Inside the war room…
Inside the room there was a huge table with a draw map of all Equestria on top of it. And on the walls could be seen drawings of old griffin kings.
The King took a seat at the head of the table, the generals stayed standed in their respected positions on the left side of the table, Twilight followed their example, the reptile thing hidden in blooded cult clothes stayed stranded next to the king. The old unicorns in runic garments stayed also standed on the right side of the table.
“Now that everyone is reunited we can begin.” Said Shien. He is a very old mean griffon with a lust for power and riches. He would even kill his own family for power... Actually he really did it, he killed his own father to take the throne.
“Have we received any news of our spies in Equestrian lands General Titan?” Said Shien to Titan, Titan is a really strong griffon who single handedly killed a Cyclops, he has a nasty scar on the left side of his face.
“We still haven’t received any news from them ever since the ponies returned from a so called training in the ocean.” Said Titan with a tiny hint of worry in his voice because their spies never reported late.
“I say they are clearly dead…” Said Riper the most serious and deadly of the generals… a quick story of his life is killing a manticore at the age of 5. The rest of his story is to badass to be posted here. No one has ever seen him without his war helmet so they don’t know who he really is, rumors claim his face is filled with scars it can no longer be recognized, that’s why he always wear his helmet.
“Ha! What makes you say that? They are the best of our spy elites, they can’t be killed by simple ponies.” Said Slash the general, he is nothing but a griffon with a pretty face, but he won is position because of his skill with the spear and how he likes to torture really violently his victims before killing them.
“Their code is to report every week… if they miss one, they are either dead or they have betrayed us.” Said Riper to Slash. Slash just shut his mouth.
“Then we have underestimated our enemies…” Said Shien really angry.
“Still… How long till the spell is ready to kill the ponies and the princesses in one go?” Said Shien to the old ponies.
“It’s almost ready my king, soon they will be nothing more than dust.” Said one of the old unicorns, a wicked grin could be seen on his face.
“Sorry to interrupt but what is the spell again?” Said Kokki or should I say Twilight Sparkle.
The king facepalmed, still he didn’t found it strange, he always knew his son was useless but still it didn’t come to his mind he could be a spy.
“Not this again! We have told you six times already!” Said one of the unicorns.
“Come on, one last time won’t hurt.” Said Kokki.
“Fine!” Said one of the unicorns.
“The spell is to summon a hellfire that will cover all canterlot, killing all the ponies in it including the princesses.” Said another of them.
“The best part is that we can do it from far away and nopony will know what hit them.” Said other of them.
“Good, what is it need to complete the spell?” Said Kokki.
“Us of course, the last of the hermits.” Said in unison the now called hermits.
Twilight couldn’t believe it; the hermits have dared to betray their own race. This will not go unpunished.
“Besides that. How long till all our super weapons are ready to use?” Asked Shien to the last general.
“They will be ready in the next three days.” Said the last general.
“Good then we will be able to attack the ponies before time.” Said Shien.
“What about our allies? Are they ready?” Said Shien to the lizard standed next to him.
“We are more than ready… We will devour every single pony.” Said the lizard.
“Excellent soon the ponies will cease to exist and we shall be the superior species. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!” Said Shien laughing like a maniac along with others inside the war room. The only ones who didn’t laugh are Riper, Titan and Kokki.
“That’s not likely of you Kokki. Why didn’t you join them?” Said Titan with suspicion to Kokki.
His answer… Is filling the unicorns with bullets in the war room. Twilight's disguise disappeared revealing her to every one inside.
“Assassin!” Said the King hiding behind the reptile. The last of the generals was about to capture her only to be shot and killed.
“Shields!” Said quickly Reaper. Every one of the generals touched a stone that is located in middle of their armors activating some kind of magic shield.
Twilight tried to shot Reaper only to find the bullets useless against the magic shield.
“Oh, no.” Said Twilight.
“There’s no escape assassin give up!” Said Slash with a big grin already picturing how to torture the mare. The doors of the war room opened, revealing the griffon dark elites that were guarding the door.
“Excellent! Guards apprehend her!” Said Slash to the guards only to receive shots. Good he activated his shield or he would be dead.
The guards disappeared revealing Leney and Sobotka with guns in hands.
“Twilight, are you ok?!” Said Sobotka.
“Yea.” She joined them.
“There’s no escape give up assassins!” Said Slash to the three of them.
“What are you, a broken record? We are the ones with the guns, I don’t see any of you with weapons.” Said Leney to Slash.
“Why the need if we have the king of the dragons with us.” Slash answer him.
“The what?” Said Leney. Only to see the lizard thing removing the cloak on his head revealing the king of the dark swamp dragons (Remember that dragons can change sizes like that Spike episode). He is a dragon with dark scales and blue Sapphire eyes.
He spit fire towards the so called assassins but Twilight thinking fast, she teleported with Leney and Sobotka away from the danger just in time.
“They have escaped!” Said Slash.
“Don’t just stand there! Sound the alarm and get them!” Said Shien for he knows is really hard for a pony to teleport great distances. In other words they are trapped in the castle.
“Your orders are my command!” said in unison what remains of the generals and headed outside.
“Dammit!” Said Shien.
“Don’t worry my king they are only trying to stop the inevitable, sure we lost our quick victory.” Said the dragon king looking at the bodies of the hermits.
“Look at the bright side. We still have the weapons the hermits created for us. That’s what matters… After all they were going to be my food any way.” Said the dragon king now devouring the dead hermits.
[Location… Dark Blade/ War factory/ weapon plans storage room] Present…
Zephyr was inside the storage room that hold scrolls of the weapons the griffins produced for themselves by now he was taking pictures of every single weapons plan thanks to the disguise kit that comes with a camera.
“Zephyr! Come in!” Came from the radio of Zephyr it was a female voice.
“This is captain Zephyr. How can I help you?” Answered Zephyr the radio signal.
“Zephyr! They found us out! It won’t take long for the place to be filled with dragons and guards! Activate the charges! And meet us at the extraction point as soon as possible! Weapons hot!” Came again from the radio.
“Roger!” Said Zephyr to the radio again and taking quickly pictures of the last scrolls and headed outside the storage with his altered bulpdaun with bayonet attached.
“Girls! It’s time to go! Weapons hot!” Said Zephyr changing the radio signal talking with Lyra.
In another part of the factory…
“Roger!” answer Lyra.
“What is it?” Said BonBon.
“Looks like they found us, you still have the charge's trigger right?” Said Lyra to BonBon.
“Yes.” Said BonBon back.
“Activate them.” Said Lyra.
BonBon got out the trigger from the pockets of her suit and clicked the trigger.
[Location… The Dark Blade/ Outside] Present time…
The large army of griffons were camping just outside the castle along with some dragons who were taking a nap until… BOOM!!!
Various parts of the castle started to explode most of the right side and away from the weapons factory that lies beneath the left side of the castle.
It called the attention of every one, the dragons quickly took flight to see what is going on inside.
[Location… The Dark Blade/ The extraction point] Present time…
On one side it was Twilight with Leney and Sobotka, shooting stupid guards that dared to stand in their way, still the explosion is a good distraction to call the attention away from them, even if they are making such noise with their guns.
On the other side it was Zephyr flying ahead with Lyra and BonBon following him as fast as they could, also shooting griffons that dared to get close to them.
They all arrived in time to the extraction point, it's just one abandoned alley where they place a teleporter that will take them to the Canterlot Palace in less than ten seconds flat.
“Good we are all here!” Said Twilight watching the rest of the team.
“Quickly activate the teleporter!” Said Leney to Sobotka, while he keept firing to griffons that dared to get close to them.
“Be done in a minute!” Said Sobotka activating the teleporter. It looked like a simple small metal box, but it has the power to open portals.
“They are retreating!” Said Zephyr watching the griffons retreat.
“No they are not!” Said BonBon, for her look suit has the ability to see temperature readings, other kind of griffons are coming…
With the griffons…
“Are you sure this things work?...” Said Reaper to Titan. While holding what looks like a staff with a stone in shape of an eagle head at the end of it.
“Yes they do. Just like our armors.” Said Titan with his own staff, he pointed it to a simple jar and shot something that look like a laser beam, destroying the jar in the process.
“Fascinating… Alright guards activate your shields and deal with the intruders…” Said Reaper to the guards that were following him to capture or kill the assassins.
Back to the extraction point…
“Done!” Said Sobotka watching the box creating what looked like a green portal.
“Everypony get in!” Said Twilight to the teams, they all started to enter the portal except BonBon.
“What are you doing get inside?!” Said Lyra to BonBon.
“I am going to activate the remaining charges!” Said BonBon taking out from her pocket another trigger… Only to get hit on her back by some kind of laser beam, dropping the detonator on the ground of the alley.
“BONBON!” Screamed Lyra.
