Chapter 1: Lost and Endangered



Two young foals, a dark brown with light brown spots pegasus colt, with a light and medium brown mane and light blue eyes, which meant he was blind, was walking along side a white pegasus filly with a strip of red in her light pink mane and violet eyes. "Fudge are you sure about this?" the little filly asked. 
"Spring, I need to prove to everypony that I'm not some weak little colt that's blind," the colt said. 
"Okay, but we have to be careful, okay?" the filly asked. 
"Of course," the colt said. 
The colt was Fudge Brownie, son of Rocket Star and Peaceheart, and the little filly was Spring Berry, daughter of Fluttershy and  Macintosh Apple. 
The two foals were walking next to the Everfree Forest. "Um... Fudge, why are we near the forest?" Spring asked. 
"Well the forest is a great place to show everypony that I don't need to be babied everywhere I go," Fudge said as he began to walk into the forest. 
"Fudge this doesn't seem like a good idea," Spring said as she looked into the forest, but she didn't see Fudge.
"Fudge! Where are you?! This isn't funny!" Spring yelled inside the forest.
"Let go of me!" Spring heard somepony yell. 
"Fudge!" Spring said as she ran to the area Fudge was in. As she trotted into a clearing, she saw a white unicorn stallion with a golden yellow mane, sky blue eyes, a blue bow-tie with a collar of a tuxedo, was levitating Fudge, who was squirming, into a wooden cart with a black pony with fangs, blue eyes, bug-like wings, a horn, a shell-like idea on its back and holes in its four legs. 
"Stop squirming!" the unicorn said. 
"No! Let me go!" Fudge said. 
"Hurry up, Blue!" the black pony said. 
"It's Prince Blueblood to you, peasant!" the unicorn named Blueblood said. 
"Hey! I'm no peasant! It's Red the Changeling!" the black pony or changeling named Red said. 
"Let go of him!" Spring yelled as she jumped onto Blueblood. 
"Hey! Get off of me!" Blueblood yelled as he stopped levitating Fudge and was focused on getting Spring off of him. 
"Red, help me!" Blueblood yelled. 
"I have my own problems!" Red yelled as Fudge bit his leg. 
"Ouch! Stop it you rodent!" Red said as he began to hit Fudge. Spring began to pull Blueblood's mane and bit his neck. She suddenly felt something grab her, causing her to float. She noticed that Fudge, Blueblood and Red were floating as well.
"I can never trust you two," a light orange unicorn with a red and yellow mane and light blue eyes said. 
"Sunset Shimmer, put the ponies down," a purple pony with long green hair, green eyes and a dark purple, yellow and black jumpsuit on said. 
"Why should I, Mane-iac?" the unicorn named Sunset Shimmer asked. 
"Well, you'll harm the bait," the purple pony named Mane-iac said. 
"Oh, yeah. We can't harm the bait now, can we?" Sunset said as she levitated Fudge and Spring closer to her. Sunset opened the wooden cart and put Fudge and Spring inside. She then stopped levitating Red and Blueblood, who fell to the ground. 
"C'mon, if this is going to work, we have to hurry," Sunset said. Red quickly got buckle-in and started to pull the cart with the two ponies inside.
