Epilogue- A New Day
Rainbow stirred from her sleep. Dawn light filtered through her bedroom window. She shifted under the covers. Something told her she had had a particularly awesome dream. However, as she struggled to recall it, the dream slipped further from her memory. Did it have to do with time travel?
It was useless, she couldn’t remember. It was almost sad to forget what the dream was about. Rainbow couldn’t place why. It was as if the dream had been real. Hadn’t she been burnt in the dream? She twisted around to observe her back. Not a feather out of place.
There was a note on her nightstand. She picked it up and read it aloud.
“Dear Dashie, I found you unconscious outside the Everfree so I brought you home. I hope everything is alright. Your bestest friend, Pinkie Pie.”
Rainbow replaced the note on her nightstand. What had she been doing way out there? It didn’t really matter as long as she didn’t get hurt, right?”
Suddenly, a memory came back to her. There was a stained-glass window in Canterlot. On it was three ponies that she knew to be herself. One as her normal self, one of her black as night, and one with a white mane. Not wanting to lose the memory, Rainbow flipped the note over and wrote down the memory.
For some reason, it seemed like more than a dream to her. She felt as if that memory held something extremely important. Feeling utterly overwhelmed, Rainbow decided to go out for a morning flight around town. Maybe she would go hang out with her friends.
Already forgetting about the dream, she got ready and headed out, ready for the bright, sunny day.

However, it was more than a dream. All the events had really happened. There was even a remnant of Rainbow’s quest left behind. Underneath her bed laid a shattered, silver watch.  It had thirteen days and was watched over by a stylized dragon. And it was still ticking…
