Dragon Mountain
Kyra lowered her head a bit and appeared sad. Then, in the blink of an eye, swung her hoof, knocking Derpy across the face. She flew backwards and smacked into the cave wall. Kyra approached Derpy as she fell to the floor.
"You have no idea what you're in for, girl." said Kyra, levitating Derpy and holding her against the wall. "You are about to receive more pain than any pony has ever felt."
Derpy's leg started to twist and pull.
"Hey, Kyra!" yelled a voice.
Kyra let go of Derpy's leg and whipped around. Her gaze quickly fell upon Twilight's crown. Her friends were wearing necklaces. She then quickly glanced at the open box near Celestia's hooves.
"No." Kyra said softly.
"It's over for you Kyra." said Twilight.
"NO!" yelled Kyra. "I WON'T GIVE UP!" A burst of dark energy erupted from Kyra. "I WON'T!"
Kyra's blast sent cracks shooting up the sides of the cave, also knocking Derpy to the ground.
"Ready, girls?" asked Twilight.
"Ready." her friends responded.
Their Elements started to glow, shooting a rainbow up into the air.
"NO!" yelled Kyra.
The rainbow swirled around her as she let out a scream. The cave filled with a bright light which soon faded away, leaving Kyra lying on the floor of the cave. There was a cracking sound as bits of rock fell from the ceiling. Kyra opened her eyes and slowly stood up.
"What..." Kyra said, slowly getting back up. "What happened?" She gaze around the cave and spotted Twilight. "YOU!" she yelled. She made an attempt to launch out dark energy but nothing happened. "What?" she asked. Her skin changed to bright red and her mane became blue. Her cutie mark became a heart. "My powers..."
Twilight looked up as the ceiling began to crack. More rock bits rained down.
"YOU TOOK MY POWERS!" Kyra yelled.
She took off towards Twilight, who launched a bolt. It struck Kyra, sending her flying backwards and hitting the wall. She fell to her knees.
"We have to go!" yelled Twilight. "This place is falling apart!"
She and the others ran to the mouth of the cave.
"WHERE ARE YOU GOING!" yelled Kyra. "COME BACK!" A tear then fell from her eye. "Come back," she said, crying.
She then heard a cracking sound above and looked up as a large chunk fell from the ceiling above her. Kyra just closed her eyes.
A few miles away a dark red mare with a long red mane and tail watched as the mountain's top collapsed in on the cave. She then eyed the Mane 6 and Derpy as they made there escape, her eyes falling on Derpy.
"Brave mare..." she said, turning and trotting away. "This'll be fun..."
Canterlot Hospital
Celestia knelt down next to Luna's hospital bed in the Canterlot Hospital.
"Hey, sis," she said softly.
Luna slowly opened her eyes and smiled lightly. "Hey," she said weakly. "Is Kyra gone? Did you beat her?"
"Twilight and her friends did."
Luna let out a soft sigh of relief and Celestia gave her a smile.
"Rest now, little sister," said the white alicorn. "You need your rest. The more energy you waste while you're awake, the longer it'll take for you to heal."
"Good idea." said Luna softly, closing her eyes. "Love you, big sister."
Celestia smiled. "Love you, too, little sister."
"Let's throw a party!" Pinkie screamed cheerfully.
The six friends had gathered in Sugarcube Corner, along with Derpy.
"I'm all for throwing a party, Pinkie Pie..." said Twilight. "But what's it for?"
"For beating Kyra, of course," explained Pinkie Pie.
"Of course," said Twilight with a little giggle.
"A party should be fun," said Applejack.
"A party?" asked Rainbow Dash, sounding a little angry.
"Yeah," said Twilight, hesitantly. "What's wrong?"
"What's wrong?" Rainbow Dash asked, getting defensive. "What about all the ponies who were killed? We just gonna forget about them?"
"Of, course not, RD," said Applejack. "It's just to celebrate our victory."
"Of course," said Rarity. "We can have a funeral later. Give them a proper burial."
"If you say so," muttered Dash.
"Look, Rainbow," said Twilight. "We will never forget the lives that were lost. And neither will their friends."
"Fine," said Rainbow. "Throw your party." She then began walking away. "I'm not going."
"Dashie..." Pinkie began.
"Let her go, Pinkie," said Twilight with a light sigh.
"Well..." said Derpy. "I'll just head home..." she said, trotting away.
Twilight looked at her with a smile. "Derpy?"
The gray mare stopped and looked over her shoulder. "Yeah, Twilight?"
"Thanks... We couldn't have done it without you..."
The gray mare smiled widely. "Any time!" she said happily, turning and trotting away with a huge smile on her face.

The dark red mare trotted into a cave. Inside was a dark gray mare, with a long black mane, and a slightly taller black mare with a short silver mane. Both looked at the mare as she entered.
"Was he right?" asked the gray mare. "Is Kyra in trouble?"
The red mare nodded. "Yes, I'm afraid he was, Deva."
"How is she, Ember?"
"Didn't look good..."
"What is the next plan of attack?" asked the black mare. "Are we to do stealth? Or are we to go all out and make them all suffer?"
"No, Amante..." said Ember. "We bide our time. This gray, cross-eyed mare is brave... She caught Kyra off-guard which led to her demise. I have a plan to remove this gray mare from the problem... and make her part of the solution..."
