On a sunny afternoon in pony vile all the ponies seemed to be enjoying the beautiful and warm weather celestia has offered them. And on this peaceful day pinkie pie was in the hospital checking up on her health.
“So doctor, how am I. I think I might be coming down with a cold I keep having this cough and also these big head aches daily I think I might need some medicine.” Said Pinkie Pie while she was playing with the end of her uncontrollable tangled mane with her hooves, the doctor looked down on his clip bored while continuously stroking his chin. Suddenly, he gasped causing him to drop his clip bored. The doctor immediately began sweating looking at pinkie pie with sympathy.
“What’s wrong doctor is everything alright you look a little… sad?” Pinkie Pie’s giggly smile quickly began to turn into a look of worry.
“I don’t know how to say this Pinkie, but it seems like you’ve been diagnosed with an incurable disease.” The doctor quickly looked down to the floor that was so clean you can see the ceiling of the office, a single tear fell from the doctors eyes running down his cheek and hitting the floor he then looked up at the worried pink pony and said with an deep voice
“I’m sorry, but you’re chances on surviving this month are very slim, I’m sorry”
Pinkie Pie’s eyes opened wide in shock, she sadly looking away towards the window showing her the town of pony vile, and the beautiful blue sky above the city. Pinkie’s eyes started to water but she held in the tears and looked at the doctor and smiled while her big blue eyes where sparkling due to her trying to hold in her tears.
“Doctor Can I ask you a question, can this just be a secret between you and I.” asked Pinkie Pie trying to sound optimistic about the situation. The doctor looked at Pinkie Pie; he took in a deep breath and responded to her
“Yes, it’s our secret pinkie; however you need to stay here in the hospital so we can look after you”
The pink pony smiled gently, trying to make her way towards the exit. The doctor turned around quickly trying to encourage Pinkie Pie to stay in the hospital; however the pink pony was nowhere to be found. Pinkie Pie just walked out of the hospital door she stood still and watched every pony having smiles are their faces. Tears suddenly rushed out of Pinkie Pie’s eyes while the gentle wind causing her mane to slightly move, the wind felt soothing to her, feeling like the chill breeze you get at the beach. Pinkie Pie then looked up at the endless blue sky watching bird’s glade across the sky, she then wiped the tears from her eyes and shook her head trying to make herself snap out of the depression she was in. She lifted up her head and gave a big smile to pony vile and started galloping along her way back to her house in sugar cube corner. While she was bouncing her legs started to feel weak, causing pinkie pie to fall right in front of Rose Luck. Rose luck gasped and rushed to Pinkie Pie’s aid.
“Oh my gosh, are you okay Pinkie Pie? That looked like that fall hurt” Pinkie Pie’s head felt like it was spinning, she also saw bright colors in her vision while Rose Luck was helping her up. Pinkie Pie then looked at rose luck with a smile saying,
“Oh yeah I’m fine. I just tripped on one of my legs, ha silly me thanks Rose Luck for helping me up, but I have to rush to sugar cube corner before Mr. and Mrs. cake get on my case” Rose Luck gave a little smile back at Pinkie Pie, while she was brushing the dirt off Pinkie Pie’s back then waving good bye to her. After the rose luck incident Pinkie Pie finally arrived to sugar cube corner. Pinkie Pie felt dizzy and hot, she started to walk but she couldn’t keep her balance, causing her to fall down on her side. For a little while she laid there but then she roused up walking over to her home. Pinkie Pie made it in her house, she walked passed a mirror and noticed her hair was covered in dirt along with her bright pink body.
“Oh gosh, look likes some pony need to take a bath” Pinkie Pie said to herself. She began walking up the stairs to turn on the bath, by using her mouth to twist the handle that was located on the front end of the bath tub. As she turned the handle for the bath, a stream of water began to flow out of the faucet, until the bath was a quarter of the way done. Then she went under her sink to grab a bottle of bubbles. She then stood on two hooves and grabbed the bottle of bubbles with her top two hooves. She then began to squeeze the bottle, as a stream of purple liquid flowed out of the container she then stopped and put down the bottle of bubbles, and went into the warm bath to fresh up. When Pinkie Pie finished her bath she walked
Down the stairs with her mane still wet, and also with a smile on her face. She wanted to clean the house, but before she could even grab the cleaning utensils, she was interrupted a sound of a door opening. She then walked to see if there was some pony at the door, but when she got to the door she was surprised by the pony that showed up, it was rainbow dash. She stared at Pinkie causing Pinkie Pie to blush, then suddenly began to, gasp for realizing her hair wasn’t done.
“DASHIE!” pinkie pie began to walk backwards, while she was looking the other way due to embarrassment, she then said with a quiet and gentle voice,
“Why... Are you here?” Rainbow Dash began to rub the back of her head, causing her rainbow mane to get a little messy,
“I just wanted to ask if you wanted to hang at the park later on today. Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, and Flutter shy will be there to”. Said Rainbow Dash while she was still rubbing her head, looking up and down trying not to look at Pinkie Pie directly in her eyes , Pinkie Pie started to jump up and down from excitement, she then was about to speak until she felt a sharp pain in her heart causing her to immediately stop her joyful bouncing. Rainbow Dash looked at Pinkie Pie wondering if she was okay. However even when Pinkie Pie is in pain, she still manages to keep that smile that Rainbow Dash loves so much. Pinkie Pie ran towards Rainbow Dash’s direction, then immediately stopping in front of Rainbow Dash’s face
“I would love to go Dash” Pinkie Pie’s cheeks began blushing, “I’ll go anywhere with you” rainbow dash immediately began blushing she then quickly looked towards the door to hide her face looking like a rose cheek.
“Okay Pinkie lets go to the park so we can meet the others there” Pinkie Pie jumped high in the air with a big smile then stopping in midair making her lags move in a circular motion to gain speed soon enough, she jolted out the door causing Rainbow Dash’s mane to blow behind her head as if she was the one flying, she then looked at Pinkie Pie while she was running on air somehow, causing Rainbow Dash to smile and leave for the exit.
Time went passed just before the two ponies arrived to the park. Pinkie Pie was holding a basket of cupcakes and a blanket that had square shapes with red and white coloring. Rainbow Dash was holding a bottle of apple cider on her back. The weather outside was windy, and worm causing some leaves to land on Rainbow Dash’s mane, however she didn’t noticed. Pinkie turned and looked towards
Rainbow Dash, while the wind blew across Pinkie’s hair having to make her take one of her hooves to move her hair from her eyes.
“Oh Dashie you got a leaf caught in your hair you silly pony” Pinkie Pie walked towards the rainbow haired pony causing Rainbow Dash to act a little shy. Pinkie Pie then took one of her hooves to remove the leaf from Rainbow Dash’s hair, Pinkie Pie was eye to eye with Rainbow Dash they both gazed deeply upon one another eyes. Then Rainbow Dash said to Pinkie with a soft and toned voice,
“Thanks Pinks, I’m really glad you’re here beside me right now at this moment” Rainbow Dash leaned towards Pinkie looking extremely love struck. Pinkie Pie also looked at Rainbow Dash with her big blue eyes blushing from Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie then said to Rainbow Dash with a quiet voice while she was closing her eyes and preparing to kiss her,
“I’m glad to have fallen in lov-” Pinkie Pie was interrupted by voice from Twilight saying to both the ponies,
“I hope where not interrupting anything here” while Flutter Shy, Rarity, and Applejack walked towards them. Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash quickly looked away from one another from embarrassment then Rainbow Dash answered to Twilight while not looking directly at the purple pony,
“NO! Why would you be interrupting something, nothing happened” Pinkie Pie looked at Twilight bouncing and clapping two of her hooves together then stretching her hooves to grab all her friends to give them a group hug. All the ponies looked a little uncomfortable, however they laughed after Pinkie Pie let go of them.
“Well I recon we get this here picnic thingy started yall” suggested Applejack, while she was taking out all her apple treats for all her friends to enjoy. Flutter Shy along with Angel bunny was helping Twilight and Rarity with the music. Pinkie Pie was laying down the blanket so all her pony friends can eat their food there. Rainbow Dash then gives Pinkie Pie the drinks that she was holding for some
Time, however Rainbow Dash did not look at Pinkie. Soon after the preparations was complete, all six ponies sat down in a circle on the blanket and began to eat and enjoy the day is it passed them by. A couple hours later as the sun was sinking towards the mountains and as the sky was beginning to turn into an orange color and the lights for the streets was beginning to turn on. All the ponies cleaned up the mess they made and called it a day, they all said their good bye’s and went their separate ways to sleep they beautiful night away.
It’s been about two weeks since Pinkie Pie was at the park with her friends. She has been invited to hang out with her friends on other days, however she always came up with an excuse, but the real reason why she hasn’t been hanging out with her friends is because she’s feeling sicker than ever, it now hurts her to walk and she can’t even breathe without coughing. But when friends or the Cakes go see how she’s doing, she plays it off like she feeling super. Then suddenly Rainbow Dash rushed to Pinkie’s room without warning, giving Pinkie Pie a little scare. Rainbow Dash was deeply breathing, and covered in sweat; Pinkie Pie looked at Rainbow Dash while she was in her bed with red eyes and her hooves shaking from the pain she was receiving.
“I knew it! Your sick, why didn’t you ask for help Pinkie” Rainbow Dash gave out in, “aw” from annoyance, “this could have been serious if this was kept a secret any longer.” Pinkie Pie stared at Rainbow Dash and giggled while covering up her mouth with her hooves. Rainbow Dash walked up to the pink pony and put her head against Pinkie Pie’s forehead, Rainbow Dash was blushing but still keeping her cool. Then she yelled out to,
“Pinkie Pie, you’re burning up! That does it I’m staying here until you get one hundred percent better you got that”. Pinkie Pie giggled and smiled at Rainbow Dash and said with a cheerful voice
“ Yay slumber party with Dashie, this is going to be fun” Rainbow Dash looked at Pinkie Pie slightly smiled trying to play it cool, however deep down she was extremely nervous about the idea of Pinkie Pie and herself being alone together while Mr. and Mrs. cake was away on a business trip.
“So Pinkie, since your home alone why don’t I fix you up some tomato soup” asked Rainbow Dash, while she was already half way out the door Pinkie Pie smiled at Rainbow Dash and sow her go down stairs to make the soup. Pinkie pie looked out the window seeing the sky, it was another
perfect day out in pony vile, however she was in bed ,Pinkie Pie suddenly gave out a cough she covered her mouth with her hooves she then noticed she coughed out blood she stared at the blood mark on her hooves in shock, then Rainbow Dash asked Pinkie Pie from down stairs,
“Are you alright up there, I heard coughing” Pinkie Pie snapped out of her trance and responded to rainbow dash with a stuttering voice,
“Yeah… I’m fine don’t worry dashie you’re doing a great job taking care of me” Pinkie Pie pulled up her blanket and laid down and waited for Rainbow Dash to come with her soup. Soon enough Rainbow Dash returned to Pinkie Pie’s room holding a trey hot tomato soup and a tray, Rainbow Dash opened her mouth to release the tray so Pinkie Pie can eat the tomato soup that was placed on the trey. Rainbow Dash looked at the soup wondering to herself if the soup was too hot for Pinkie Pie so she asked her,
“Pinks, if it’s too hot for you I’ll blow it for you so it can cool off” Pinkie Pie laughed and told Rainbow Dash,
“You’re my hero Dashie, I’m glad you’re here to help me with my illness.” Rainbow Dash blushed from Pinkie Pie’s comment; she looked towards the window and noticed how hot it was in Pinkie Pie’s room.
“Gosh pink’s its hot in here why don’t I let the window open” Rainbow Dash walked towards the window and stood on two hooves to open the window, causing the wind to rush right in Pinkie’s room and blowing the curtains and Rainbow Dash mane, Rainbow Dash turned around standing on all four hooves, staring at Pinkie Pie getting closer while blushing. Pinkie Pie was also looking at Rainbow Dash blushing hiding her face from the blanket she is under, they then both gaze into each other’s eyes not saying a word getting closer and closer until they were face to face.
Pinkie Pie said to rainbow dash with a soft voice “wait… I got to eat my tomato soup first Dashie” Rainbow Dash gasped in shocked for forgetting she didn’t even touch her soup. Rainbow Dash then
Took the spoon and dips it in the soup and then taking it out. The spoon was overflowing with soup causing the tomato soup to spill back into the bowl,
“Open your mouth pinkie” mumbled Rainbow Dash, because she was holding a spoon in her mouth to feed Pinkie Pie with. Pinkie Pie closed her eyes and leaned towards the spoon while she was opening her mouth. Rainbow Dash put the spoon on the tip of pinkie’s lips then she lifted the spoon so the tomato soup will reach pinkie’s tongue. Pinkie Pie lifted her head up to drink the soup until the spoon was empty. Rainbow Dash took the spoon from pinkie pie’s mouth, however Pinkie Pie’s eyes where still closed, Rainbow Dash’s heat was pounding, she dropped the spoon from her mouth and rushed towards Pinkie Pie to kiss her. Pinkie and Rainbow Dash was blushing their hearts was beating fast like they was running a race. Pinkie stroked Rainbow Dash’s hair until both of Pinkie’s hooves where behind Rainbow Dash’s neck. Rainbow then jumped into the same bed where Pinkie Pie was laying, knocking over the soup all over the floor. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie was still kissing each other, while there where both hugging one another and their legs where crossing over, rubbing against one another to keep each other worm. Pinkie Pie then said with a whispering voice,
“Oh Dashie,” Pinkie Pie was lowering her eyes, gazing upon the rainbow haired pony, “I wish this moment can last forever, please hold me tighter and never let me go”
Rainbow Dash held Pinkie Pie tighter, to the point their chests where touching each other’s they both were staring at each other until the sunset.
Now the sky was looking dark, full of bright stars, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash was looking up at the ceiling asking each other questions while they were holding each other’s hooves.
“Dashie,” Pinkie Pie asked while she was staring at the stars through the window, “why did you kiss me, wasn’t you afraid of caching my cold” Rainbow Dash gave a small laugh and responded
“Oh Pink’s I’m not afraid of a small things like that” Rainbow Dash clamed, while she tilted her head towards Pinkie Pie, then suddenly closing her eyes while she was yawning with little tears on the corner of her eyes. Pinkie Pie
Laid her head next to Rainbow Dash, rubbing her cheek with the tip of her noise, yawning right after Rainbow Dash as she was slowly closing her eye lids, she told Rainbow Dash in a tired voice
“Goodnight Dashie, have a good dream I know I will” Pinkie Pie’s eyes closed completely as she held a smile in her rest. Rainbow Dash took her hooves to rap herself around the bright pink pony; she was closing her eyes Rainbow Dash whispered,
“With life this great beside you” Rainbow Dash was beginning to yawn, “Who needs dreams” Rainbow Dash finally closed her eyes sleeping the night away.
Pinkie Pie woken up several hours later, her eyes rouse slowly also burning, she rub her eyes with her hooves then noticed Rainbow Dash was not in bed with her. Pinkie Pie began to panic looking under her blanket thinking Rainbow Dash was playing a joke on her, but she didn’t find her under the blanket Pinkie Pie was about to shout out of anger, until she herd running water. Pinkie Pie ears went up trying to see if she was hearing correctly. Pinkie’s eyes sparkled also her smile was wide showing her teeth, Pinkie Pie then asked Rainbow Dash with a cheerful voice,
“Dashie, I hope that’s you down there. Why aren’t you in bed, now you’re not the first thing I sow this morning” pinkie pie blushed while gently rubbing her two hooves together and whispering to herself
“well… its not to late Dashie I can still get my… good morning kiss” Pinkie Pie fell backwards landing on her bed putting a pillow over her face and moving her head left and right, thinking to herself while smiling, “No, I can’t think about that and.. that” Pinkie Pie was giggling from her thoughts she was thinking, suddenly Rainbow Dash responded to Pinkie Pie
“Yeah Pinks it’s me, hold on I’ll be there in a second” Pinkie Pie didn’t hear Rainbow Dash from giggling to loud and also her sound was blocked off because her face was under her pillow. Rainbow Dash then walked into Pinkie Pie’s room with a wet mane, a trace of water drops was behind rainbow dash from her hair.
“Um, pinks are you okay? Why do you have that pillow on your face” Pinkie Pie herd Rainbow Dash’s voice she lifted up from her bed, still sitting on her bed Pinkie Pie then threw the pillow of the bed responding to Rainbow Dash’s question,
“I’m not acting weird, I was just… um… thinking and this pillow was helping me think yeah that’s it helping me think” Pinkie Pie smiled trying to forcefully make Rainbow Dash forget about the awkward position she was in. Pinkie Pie then give out a cough, making Rainbow Dash worry about her while she was walking towards Pinkie Pie.
“Pinks, you need rest don’t worry about the house I’m cleaning the house now” Pinkie looked around the room and noticed the soup they spilled last night was cleaned up, and also her room was sparkling from the intense cleaning Rainbow Dash has been doing. Pinkie then looked down and whispered to herself,
“It seems like you don’t need me at all Dashie even… if I diapered from this world”. Rainbow Dash didn’t hear what Pinkie Pie said; she looked a little confused tilting her head a little,
“Um, Pinkie did you say something I didn’t quite catch that” Pinkie Pie shook her head not saying a word then she started to cough even harder. The cough hurt the little pink pony, a little tear came out Rainbow Dash looked at the pink pony getting ready to cry begging Pinkie Pie,
“Pinkie please, get some rest you need it I’ll fix you up I promise okay but for now you need rest.” Pinkie Pie looked at Rainbow Dash as the rainbow haired pony had tears running down her eyes Pinkie Pie looked down towards her blanket and said towards Rainbow Dash,
“Okay Dashie I’ll go to sleep, but only because you said so okay” Rainbow Dash kissed her on the forehead and helped the pink pony tuck her in her bed,
“I’ll wake you up later okay Pinkie Pie” Rainbow Dash looked at Pinkie Pie with a look of happiness, as she walked down stairs to finish the rest of cleaning.
Pinkie woken up hours later the day she sow earlier became a cold night and her head was pounding and her heart was feeling like something as going through it and her vision was blurry, Rainbow Dash was at her side smiling at her and saying
“Good evening Pinkie Pie how was your dream what did you dreamed about?” Pinkie Pie was feeling horrible, she knew her time was growing short; Pinkie Pie lifted her hooves slowly looking at Rainbow Dash slightly smiling. Rainbow Dash leaned towards Pinkie Pie and kissed her while Pinkie’s eyes started to run with tears. Rainbow Dash looked at Pinkie Pie and asked,
“What’s wrong Pinks your… crying” Pinkie looked at Rainbow Dash and smiled to her and said with a cracking voice,
“Actually Dashie, I have something to tell you. Turns out this night will be our last, but I want to thank you for bringing me happiness all these years I’ve known you” Rainbow Dash looked at Pinkie Pie in confusion and also looking angry she then asked Pinkie Pie,
“What… what are you talking about Pinks? Your just sick you’ll feel better stop talking like that your starting to scare me” Pinkie Pie shook her head gently with her eyes lowering still staring at Rainbow Dash with her big crystal blue eyes,
“No Dashie” Pinkie Pie gave out a cough, “it more than just a cold the doctor told me I’m not going to make it passed this mouth, I didn’t want to worry none of you ponies, so I keep it a secret” Rainbow Dash’s eyes looked like she was drowning in sadness, She didn’t want to believe her love of her life was dying.
“NO! Pinks shut up, that doctor doesn’t know anything don’t listen to him please… don’t it’s not going to happen” Rainbow Dash’s eyes started to rush down with tears with her eyes closed. Pinkie Pie took her hooves and whipped Rainbow Dash’s tears from her cheek and telling her,
“My sweet, sweet Dashie you asked me about the dream I dreamed about right? Well it was about you and I, we was both in the afterlife running across an ever long field of tall grass, while the sun rays was out beaming over us we was so happy and it seemed so real Dashie you smiled so brightly even the sun’s rays wasn’t as bright as your smile I was so happy.”
Rainbow Dash was crying as Pinkie Pie told her about her dream Rainbow Dash’s tears was hitting Pinkie Pie’s cheek,
“Dashie, when I’m gone just look up at the stars and imagine us running across that field because that will happen one day when you’ll see me In the afterlife” Pinkie Pie vision was getting dark her heart beats where fading, “Please Dashie, kiss me one last time I want to leave this world with your kiss as the last thing I feel”
Rainbow dash eyes were red from all the tears she cried, she leaned towards Pinkie Pie and starting kissing her, both the ponies was crying as they were kissing each other. Rainbow Dash then stop kissing Pinkie Pie, to see her face to tell her to stop talking like she was going to die then suddenly Pinkie Pie spooked with a fading voice,
“Thank you Dashie, see you soon I yearn to see that smile that always brings me happiness” Pinkie Pie stop breathing her heart stopped, however her smile was still there as if she was just dreaming a beautiful dream. Rainbow Dash yelled out Pinkie’s name countless times while crying. Rainbow Dash noticed by feeling Pinkie’s cheat that her heart wasn’t beating, Rainbow Dash then cried out loud and flew out the window leaving a trail of tears behind as she was flying. Rainbow Dash flew to her house so she can cry out the night away.

It’s been about a mouth since Pinkie’s passing, Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Flutter shy, And Rainbow dash they was all watching star go by in the night, Rainbow Dash was laying down on the grass with her two hooves behind her head while a single tear feel from her cheek,
“Rainbow Dash are you okay? I know Pinkie and you were close, but she wouldn’t want us sad, she would want us laughing and being strong about this.” Rainbow Dash gave a little smile as her tears was going down her face, she then told her friends,
“I just think the stars look beautiful tonight that’s all... that’s all” as a big star in the sky was blighting brightly in the sky full night, and all the ponies looked towards the sky and smiled and agreed.
