The Strange Book

It was a cool, sunny day in Ponyville. There where a couple of small clouds in the sky, and it was slightly breezy. Twilight was sitting in her library looking at her books.  Spike was still asleep on his bed, his covers were about half way off of it. Twilight continued to look around until she noticed something unusual. It was a book. This book had nothing on it's front cover.  It was red, dusty, and old. Twilight opened the book, but when she did, she felt a strange feeling of dizziness fall upon her as she blacked out.

“Twilight! Your awake!” A pink pony said hovering over Twilight.

“Yeah...” Twilight said groaning and rubbing her eyes.  She looked up to see her five friends, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Derpy Hooves. “What happened to me?” Twilight continued.

"I came by to return a muffin cooking book when I saw you on the ground,” Derpy said. “So I decided to get help"

"Oh," Twilight said. “well in that case, thank you.”

"No problem!" Derpy responded.

"Twilight, Darling are you alright?" Rarity said. “Nothing broken?”

"No,” Twilight said. “Just a bit woozy.”

"Well sugarcube," Applejack said. “we’re gunna head on out now, bein’ that you’re alright and everything.”

"Okay then, see you tomorrow I guess.” Twilight said.
The mare’s walked to the door.  Applejack put her hoof on the door.  It was locked.

"What in Tarnation?" Applejack said, pulling on the door.

"That's strange" Twilight said. "I never lock the doors to the library until closing..."
Applejack couldn’t tried to buck the door down but a magical aura threw her back. Fluttershy tried to give it the stare but it didn't help.

"The windows?" Rainbow Dash suggested
