            Link enters the Windmill to find an angry man.

Link talked to the man to find out a kid with an ocharina messed up his windmill with a song he tells Link. 

The song was the Song of Storms. Link knew how he could get in the well now. 

Link traveled back in time and reentered the Windmill and played the Song.

The Water in the well quickly vanished, and Link descended into the well.

It was a bit scary and after he beat Dead Hand he received the Lense of Truth which would let him see through illusions and let him see invisible things.

He travelled forward in time and used the Song Shiek taught him, he travelled to the Shadow Temple. 

He lit all the torches and entered the temple.
