Let Battle Commence

When life gives you a giant green ball, roll away

Chrysalis flew after us, but only a few of her minions followed her. The rest were still lost in thee castle. I had taken a different route to Luna and Cadence, I thought I might be able to outsmart her, but she came hurdling round the corner after me. I hid around one of the towers, watching her as she searched for me. Unfortunately, she had managed to catch my shadow, and immediately cackled as we began a chase. Long story short, we were flying for about 20 minutes before me, Luna and Cadence collided and fell to the ground. Chrysalis soared to the damp grass. We all saw her horn glow green and flash out with light. I sheltered my eyes, without knowing what to do next. When I opened them again to the sound of the same cold hearted laugh, she was flying away into the castle, and we were in a giant green globe.
'Great, now what do we do? Because I don't think we call run away THIS time!' Luna reminded me. Cadence waited behind Luna, hoping I had a good enough plan. I felt offended by her look, why was I the one who had to make a plan?! They knew I was useless. I tried to transport us out, but my magic was also useless inside Chrysalis' spell.

Then I smiled, in fact, I grinned.
'We simply roll away.' I said so blankly, like I was some sort of professor. I could see Luna was about to give me her approving look again, but then I saw the small part on her tiny smile that said-
'Perfect.' And I knew she was in.

We each pushed against one side of the ball, until it finally picked up enough speed to roll without hardly any force. We rolled into the castle. Barely fitting through the corridors, we began to look for Chrysalis. Cadence was getting tired of going at the same, slow speed, and decided to put more effort into rolling the ball. Eventually, she had managed to bring the speed up to, just about, what seemed like terminal velocity. We were tumbling down the corridors now at a great speed, I felt like that giant rock from 'Indiana Jones'!

SMASH! The ball hit a corner wall that was impossible to turn round in a giant ball. There was a small crack above our heads, which promoted to a completely shattered ball.
'Freedom!' I shouted, throwing my arms up like some rugby player had just scored a goal.
'Not yet.' Luna dragged me through the corridors as we carried on searching for Chrysalis. Cadence followed.
