Chapter 10: Cutie Twin Razing Crusaders
The twin munchkins, Ken and Kira, were having a quite okay day. Sure they didn’t notice that Raze was probably absolutely fuming over how he hated being a child, and how carrots are brainwashing vegetables of doom and horror made real. But they were having an okay day, they trained with Raze-sensei, got the Frost Tarts, had a good lunch, somewhat defeated Trixie, and even managed to guide him near the Cutie Mark Crusader Tree House Headquarters!
They meet up with their pony friends, and after some… Political hardworking debate, decided that Raze would help them earn the Crusader’s cutie marks! It was bound to be fun! No question about it!
“Come on Raze, it’ll be fun! You can help us get Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Bell’s cutie marks!” Kira cheered happily.
“Yeah huh!” Ken agreed.
And it looks like there was no possible way he could ever decline!
“Nah, I don’t feel like it…” He then proceeded to walk away.
Ugh! if only Raze-sensei could stop being so stubborn!
Ken and Kira pouted adorably, and so they glanced toward the CMC and somehow wordlessly got a message across to proceed using heavy artillery rounds to persuade Raze.
They launched the evolutionary biological weapon of the Puppy Dog Eyes. Both the Twins and the Cutie Mark Crusaders firing round after round of large cuddly eyes and cute body expressions.
“Puh-lease! Help Us!” Applebloom asked as ‘persuasively’ as possible.
“Come on Raze! It’ll be fun!” Kira said, pushing forward Puppy Dog Eyes technique times two.
But strangely, Raze seemed to have spontaneously grown an immunity to their powerful technique, “No, I will not be solicited for the use of children. I’m a dangerous fighting machine that happens to be small at the moment.”
“Well, you’re also a kid like us! So get used to it buster!” Scootaloo exclaimed. The others nodded in agreement, it was a perfectly logical exclamation.
“I’m not getting used to anything, you’re just trying to make me acknowledge something that will probably not last long. So, the answer is no!” Raze said, continuing to walk away from them.
Ken had to persuade him somehow! So he took a risk and said, “I guess he’s too weak to help us.”
Raze’s eyes narrowed, “You know, I can now hit other kids without fear of other ponies.”
Kira replied, “Yeah, but then you’ll be labeled as a bully. And Ponyville doesn’t like bullies.” She smiled, a little prideful of her comeback.
“You know what? You should respect other people when they say no.” Raze said.
Ken and Kira pouted, along with the CMC. He was just so stubborn! Maybe they could get their cutie marks in breaking stubborn people… Nah!
’Mmh… Oh!’ Kira suddenly had an idea.
‘Yeah?’ Ken telepathically questioned with curiosity.
’We only got to win a battle of wits! Raze can’t beat us! We’re the smartest in our school!”
‘What about that multiply thingy he told us about earlier?’ Ken replied.
’He probably made that up! I never heard of it before anywhere in Equestria!’
‘Um… ‘ Ken trailed off in his mind.
’Why are you the one questioning now? You never question me, that’s usually my job to you!’ Kira telepathically yelled.
‘Hey!’
’Why don’t you just mention the Bon-Bon incident?’ The voice of Chris made itself known in Ken’s mind, but it seemed like he was only paying half-attention to what was going on.
‘Alright, one witty saying coming right up!’ Ken proclaimed to both of them.
“Why should we respect your choice, when you don’t respect Auntie Bon-Bon when she cooks something for you in the first place?” Ken said, inwardly prideful of himself. They’ll get Raze-sensei back in no time!
“But Bon-Bon said that she had been rude to me while not respecting my hatred for carrots!” Raze came back with at Ken.
’OBJECTION!’
Kira responded, “But you were even meaner, you kept calling carrots evil and disgusting, as well as tell that it brainwashed me. Wouldn’t that not only hurt her cause it would be hurting me, but also mock her cooking when she tried so hard to make it?”
Raze looked stumped, they had surely won now! They high fived each other, grinning widely in joy with Kira’s tail wagging behind her in her happiness. And turned around and faced the ground in a small circle.
“Did you win? He’s going to help us?” Sweetie Bell questioned.
“Think so!” Kira replied joyfully.
“I don’t think he gonna give up that easily.” Applebloom stated.
Kira frowned, “Oh, why not?” He said.
“Cause he looks like he’s figurin out a comeback.” Applebloom said, pointing at Raze.
“What we gonna do? We have to persuade him permanently!” Scootaloo said.
“Mmmmh… “ They all thought in unison, closing their eyes to somehow think better.
“Maybe my sister’s rope?” Applebloom suggested.
“Nah, Raze-sensei would break that easily.” Ken replied.
“Oh! Tickling! I always see ponies give up when faced with tickling!” Scootaloo cheered.
“Alright then! Operation Raze Joins Us is a go!” Ken whispered, the whole group ready to finally convince Raze once and for all to join them in crusading for Cutie Marks! They turned toward Raze, their eyes filled with determination.
“Prepare yourself, Raze!” Sweetie Bell started.
“For the most… “ Scootaloo continued.
“Persuasive technique… “ Applebloom added.
“Ever!” Ken yelled.
“Created!” Kira finished.
All five of the Cutie Mark Crusader members jumped right on Raze. They had the element of surpise stopping any chance of Raze reacting as he began to laugh out loud from their barrage of tickling powers. The Cutie Mark Crusaders showed no mercy in their all out tickling technique.
“The Tickle Torture!” They all yelled.
Raze continued laughing, they were sure that he was giving in! It was only a matter of time! In fact he was laughing so hard that tears were flowing down his face, a sure sign of their inevitable victory!
“You give up, Raze?” Kira asked as she continued tickling, she was enjoying this, her tail wagging side to side.
“NEVER!” Raze suddenly began to heighten his power and the ponies alongside the Twins began to float a bit.
“Whoa, human magic?” Scootaloo said.
“It’s that Ki stuff!” Applebloom exclaimed.
“Come on girls, we can’t let him win yet! Increase the efforts!” Kira commanded.
They grasped hold of Raze’s clothing before they floated out of reach, and used their legs as anchors before continuing to tickle. Raze’s laughter continued to heighten, giving hope to their hearts of Raze finally giving up and playing with them.
“Come on sensei! We just want you to play with us!” Ken said.
“I ha- have plans! I hav- have to escape! SCHOOL!” Raze yelled as his power increased mightily again.
Raze’s power increase and sudden burst of Ki had lifted them all two feet into the air, the Cutie Mark Crusaders. The Twins had let go of him at that point, having been caught by surprise, but Raze had still not turned over completely.
“You don’t even have to worry about school till monday!” Ken shouted while flying up to try and catch him.
“I want to be prepared!” Raze said as the CMC looked at him with arched eyebrows.
“Yer just worried about school?” Applebloom asked him.
“Yes, I’ve already been to school! I don’t want nor shouldn’t have to go back!” Raze said with defiance.
The CMC actually stopped their tickling to think, when Sweetie Bell said. “Well, if your parents aren’t here, or guardian, who says you have to?”
“Lyra does! She thinks that she can make me go, but I don’t wanna!” Raze childishly whined at them.
“That sucks!” Scootaloo said.
“You’re right about that! There’s just no way for me, a person that can fly could possibly escape her! I’m going to be forced into learning! AGAIN!” Raze yelled to the sky.
The Cutie Mark Crusaders got off Raze, and huddled into a group with Ken and Kira, starting the whisper conversation with quickened words.
“Maybe if we help him, he’ll play with us?” Ken suggested.
“But Ken, isn’t it bad if we ditch school?” Kira questioned.
“Hey, as long as we don’t get caught we are fine.” Scootaloo said.
“Alrighty then, let’s finish this!” Applebloom yelled in a whisper.
“Cutie Mark Crusaders School Ditchers! Go!” They all yelled. They were finally ready! At least they would not only help Raze, but by helping him they would defeat the stubbornness within him and make him find their cutie marks! Or smash apples trying!
“What? Wouldn’t that make you all get in trouble or something?” Raze asked them all.
“It ain’t gettin in trouble if nobody figures us out!” Applebloom stated.
Kira then said, “And if we convince Cheer-sensei with a good reason why we aren’t at school, we’ll be home free!” She finished, her tail wagging behind her.
’Yep! That’s why I’m the smartest student in my class! I always come up with good ideas!’
‘Kira, I’m usually the one coming up with ideas… ‘ Ken replied telepathically.
’Well your ideas always get us in trouble… Most of the time.’ Kira retorted.
‘.... Huh… Did we thought switch sometime ago?’ Ken seemed to question himself.
“You know, I didn’t take any of you as being deceptive…” Raze seemed to say to himself.
“Hey, we can so be deceptive!” Ken exclaimed.
Even if he barely knew what the word ‘deceptive’ actually meant at all.
Kira looked toward him, “When we’re not too busy being chased by Applejack-” She was interrupted by Ken placing his hand over her mouth.
“As I was saying, we’ll help you Raze-sensei!” Ken finished, Kira trying to take his hand off her mouth.
“You’re going to help me? Okay, let’s just say that you actually manage to look Lyra in the face once we get home from skipping monday, will you be able to lie about your day?” Raze asked the Twins.
Ken waved him off, “Don’t worry! Mommy usually only asks how our day was! We will just respond with, It was good!” Ken replied with complete confidence.
They watched as Raze began thinking, and then he seemed to zone out completely. In fact, it looked very familiar to when Ken talked to his father, not that the ponies of the five CMC members knew that. But they did knew Ken did zone out the same way!
‘Wonder what Raze is thinking?’ Ken thought.
’I don’t know, maybe Raze-sensei has some sort of mystery being in him? Kira thought in return, doing a mental giggle.
‘Very funny, daddy is not some sort of mystery being!’ He replied.
’I didn’t say that silly! Of course daddy isn’t like that! Oh, you don’t get it.’ The twin sister sighed.
Finally, it appeared Raze had finished his zone out and thinking session.
“Okay, I guess that I can help you on a scheme or whatever you needed.” Raze said to them all.
Sweetie Bell tilted her head, “You sure tend to zone out like Ken at times.” She voiced her thoughts.
“And you sure like to point out the obvious… I’ll call you a Dictionary.” Raze said to her.
Scootaloo burst out in laughter, “I called her the same thing!”
“Really? Small world… Alright, what was your cult’s plan for the day?” Raze asked them.
That got the group thinking, each making their own little thinking motion. Crossed arms, hooves on chin, wiggling tail, you name it, they were doing it.
After a small amount of time, they all came to the same conclusion.
“We don’t know.” They all said in unison.
Ken scratched his head, “We were too busy trying to get you to play with us that we totally forgot to make plans for the day!”
Raze rubbed his head, “How about the park or something, I never did get to go there and my curiosity seems to be affecting me a lot more than usual…”
Sweetie Bell head shot up, “Didn’t we say yesterday that we were going to build a catapult?”
Scootaloo looked to her, “And launch us toward Rainbow Dash’s home?”
Raze looked up at the clouds, “Couldn’t you just ask us to fly you there? I’m pretty sure it’ll be safer.”
“Yeah, but asking ain’t gonna get us our Cutie Marks! It never works!” Applebloom said.
“Okay, Cutie Marks… What is that? Is it like the tattoos on everypony’s butt I see or something?” Raze asked them.
“You too? And we thought Ken and Kira were the only ones not knowing about Cutie Marks.” Scootaloo said.
Sweetie Bell spoke up next, “It’s not a tattoo, it’s a symbol which tells you your special talent! Everypony gets one! Unless you're one of those crazy fictional characters that turn into a pony or something.”
Ken and Kira pouted, they were still trying to figure out if humans could get cutie marks in Equestria. It would be kinda cool to figure out their special talent! That way they know what they're good at! Through… Kinda hard to figure it out, they are good at a lot of things… Maybe fighting? Eating? Reading?
“Hmmm… So it’s not a tattoo then? Awww… I was going to call Lyra, Harp-Butt…” Raze said while kicking a rock that was sent flying through the trees.
Kira giggled, “I don’t think mommy would like that name very much.” The little girl said.
“But it was going to be funny…” Raze trailed off with a small frown.
“Maybe you could’ve called Auntie Bon-Bon, Candy-rear.” Ken said.
“Actually, I would have called her, Candy A-” Suddenly Raze fell forward, as if someone hit him from behind. Ken and Kira tilted their heads in confusion, looking around to spot anyone, but saw no one nor pony.
‘Weird, why Raze fall like that?’ Ken thought.
’No clue… Um, maybe he got a stomach ache and it made him fall forward?’ Kira replied.
They watch as Raze grumbled, pushing himself up and removing some dirt that got in his mouth.
“That was strange, it looked like somepony hit you, yet nopony was there.” Sweetie Bell said.
“You okay Raze?” Kira asked her sensei with concern.
“Ummm… I’m alright.” Raze replied.
Raze shook his head, “Well, I guess we can build a catapult, if you all feel like doing that.”
The CMC and the Twins grinned happily, they were finally going to play together with Raze. Oh how they waited for this moment to come into fulfillment!
“Wow Applebloom, you sure amaze me with how you even build all this!” Kira complimented.
“Oh thanks… “ Applebloom said in embarrassment.
A giant wooden catapult stood clear as day, wiring and wheels, and a long extension of rope leading all the way back to the group stood before them.
“Turn it toward Dash’s place!” Scootaloo commanded.
Ken turned the catapult clockwise, it’s aim pointing toward the cloud home in the sky. He wondered what was going to happen. His curiosity making his imagination think of many possible ways on what could happen. Maybe they will all land on the clouds… Ken wondered what they felt like.
Raze looked at the group while twiddling his fingers, “Maybe we should reconsider this? Anyone or pony think so?”
“No game, no gain!” Scootaloo said to Raze. Ken agreed, what’s the fun in reconsidering something? There is none! Play time is nigh!
“I thought that was, “No Pain, No Game”?” Raze said while turning back to her.
“No idea where you got that crazy version of it, it’s definitely no game, no gain!” Scootaloo replied.
“Who goes first?” Ken asked.
“Um… Maybe Raze is right?” Kira said with concern, having second thoughts about all of this.
“No worries nee-chan, the landing spot is all clouds!” Ken replied. What could possibly go wrong?
Scootaloo smiled at Ken, her eyes seeming to enlarge themselves, “See? He get’s it! Who’s going first?”
“I thought Scootaloo was volunteering to go first, right? No game, no gain, right?” Raze asked Scootaloo.
Scootaloo slightly shifted, but regained her composure, “Yeah, no problem!”
Raze smirked, “I’ll launch you then, come on!”
Scootaloo hesitantly jumped on the launcher, “R-ready to go!” She yelled.
Raze ran up to the turning device, “Alright!” Raze began turning it back at a fast past until the holder was nearly against the platform it sat upon. Ken and Kira looked to the catupult, one brother curious, and the sister having concern for Scootaloo’s wellbeing.
“Any last words?” Raze asked her.
“I-I t-think I’m h-having second thoughts!” Scootaloo said shakily as Raze could only continue his large smile.
Ken and Kira watched as Raze grabbed the rope that held the launcher of the catapult down, suddenly the rope began to burn before snapping bit by bit, whittling away slowly before it completely snapped outright.
Scootaloo blasted up while screaming as loudly as she possibly could through the sky. The Twins watched with squinting eyes, and a twitching tail. As Scootaloo was sent flying into the air, screaming. Suddenly an shiver went down their spines as they discovered Scootaloo had flew right past the cloud home of Rainbow Dash.
Thankfully, Rainbow Dash seemed to have seen Scootaloo flying by, and gave chase to catch the little crusader.
“We’re all dead…” they heard Raze say
Raze turned to Ken, pointing at him.“You did it, Ken!” He yelled.
“What?! No I didn’t it was… Sweetie Bell’s idea!” Ken said, pointing toward said filly.
“Huh! No! It was Applebloom’s!” Sweetie yelled.
“Nu uh! Kira! It was Kira’s!” Applebloom shouted.
“B-but! Uh… I’m sorry?” Kira apologized with complete confusion in her tone of voice, tail curling up.
’I didn’t even do anything… Did I?’
“Shouldn’t we be making sure she’s okay?” Sweetie Bell questioned.
“Oh, yeah! Almost forgot about that!” Ken said out loud.
Raze frowned, “She’s okay… Rainbow Dash is already here…”
The twins looked toward Rainbow Dash, who was holding onto a certainly scared Scootaloo. A big frown planted on Rainbow’s face as with, it didn’t take a genius to know that she was really angry. Yeah, the Twins knew that they were in trouble.
They were already seeing the image of mommy Lyra in their heads.
Applebloom, Sweetie Bell, Raze, and Ken all pointed to Kira. Placing the blame on the little hybrid girl who waved her arms about in front of her in a crude attempt to block the invisible beams of blame aimed at her.
’Wha… Huh… But I… ‘ Kira thought, she sighed, slumping her shoulders.
“Sorry Scootaloo… “ Kira said in a defeated tone, her tail limp against her back legs.
Rainbow Dash sighed audibly, “It was all of your faults, wasn’t it?” She said with a bit of irritation laced in her voice.
‘Um… Now I feel bad. I’m sorry Kira.’ Ken telepathically said to his sister.
’It’s… Okay.’ Kira replied.
‘I don’t-’
“SHUT-UP!” Raze suddenly shouted.
Ken and Kira jumped up slightly in surprise at Raze’s sudden outburst. What happened? What was going on?
Raze had put his hands over his mouth, as if he said it on accident.
“Looks like I found the culprit leader.” Rainbow Dash said, looking right at Raze.
Raze’s eyes narrowed at her, “Whatever! You couldn’t catch me anyway!”
Ken, Kira, Sweetie Bell, and Applebloom slowly began to back away from Raze and Rainbow Dash, they knew that this was going to go south. They could practically feel it in their souls, well, not really, but that’s how much they felt it was going to happen!
Rainbow smirked while putting down Scootaloo, “Oh, really? What makes you think that I can’t catch you?”
“Well, I already beat you once! So twice shouldn’t be that hard!” Raze said with smirk on his face too. Ken and Kira were confused, when did Raze race Rainbow Dash?
“You haven’t beaten me! I haven’t even met you before! In fact, how did you enter Ponyville without anypony knowing?! Are you a spy?!” Rainbow Dash asked while pointing accusingly at him with her hoof.
Raze frowned, “Huh… I didn’t think you were that smart… Oh well… See ya later!” He sped off in a burst of red light leaving Rainbow Dash in a cloud of dust.
Ken and Kira coughed, waving off the dust particles in the air that had come up around them.
Rainbow Dash also coughed and then blew away that dust with her wings, “Get back here you tyke!” She then sped off in hot pursuit of the twin’s sensei.
“Wow… There they go.” Sweetie Bell said, looking at the speeding dots in the sky that went further and further away.
Scootaloo looked around noticing that Ken wasn’t there, along with Kira, “And apparently they went too…”
Ken and Kira flew into the air, and sensed their sensei’s Ki signature heading toward the place they knew as Ghastly Gorge. They were curious, having never gone to such a place. Then again, when you have a strict mother who’s practically got a leash…. Kind hoof, on your shoulder. It’s pretty hard to get out of Ponyville unnoticed.
And that’s not counting the fact that they can be recognized literally anywhere.
Cause you know… Only two ‘humans’ on the planet.
Auras of blue enveloped Ken and Kira’s figures, and the Twins burst away toward Ghastly Gorge, not only to catch up with their sensei, but mostly for the fact they wanted to explore the place. They flew away from Ponyville, entering the wilderness area and into the invisible borders of the Gorge. In the distance, their saiyan enhanced eyesight could spot Raze and Rainbow Dash doing a strange sort of race.
They began to look around.
“Hey sis, look at those black purple rock things in that ravine!” Ken said out loud, pointing to the direction of a ravine.
“Huh?” Kira questioned, looking down toward the area her brother was pointing too. “Ooh, I wonder if they have some sort of treasure in them!” She grew too excited to really pay attention to any sort of saiyan instinct. Her human emotions getting the better of her.
“Let’s check it out then!” Ken said, flying down with his sister following behind him as they lowered themselves into the ravine and closer to the mysterious black purplish rocks.
Kira landed on one of rocks, and bent down, her head looking into the hole within. “I don’t see anything shiny Ken! Just lots of darkness!” She yelled.
“Mmh, maybe if we had some light?” Ken questioned as he sat on a rock across from Kira and watched her look into the hole
Kira dropped down into the mouth of the hole, her tail wagging behind her as her hand reached toward the base of her neck. She pulled out from her shirt a crystal, and gave a soft tap to it.
The effect was immediate.
A light shined brightly from the crystal necklace around Kira’s neck, shooing away the darkness of the hole only for Kira’s eyes to widen in shock and a large giant red eel to shoot forward and swallow her whole.
“Kira!” Ken yelled in fear and concern a aura surrounding him in a moment’s notice.
The Great Red Eel seem to smile like it had a nice delicious snack, until said snack began to punch its mouth from the inside out, making huge blobs of skin stretch out with every blow comedically. Finally it stopped and the Eel believed its prey had met its end.
Only for steam to rise from it’s nose and a burning sensation to fill its mouth before it died in a agonizing yet quick death of having its entire front snout obliterated in the blue wave of a Kamehameha technique.
Kira flew right out of the now corpse eel, saliva covering her head to toe.
“Eww! It’s all over my clothes, hair, and even my tail!” Kira complained as she flicked off a bit of the liquid from her hands.
Ken laughed before he calmed down and said, “You worried me nee-chan, I was scared you got eaten for a moment! But then you blasts his face off with a Kamehameha and the first then you say is how icky you are!”
Kira pouted cutely, “Hey! It’s very icky okay! And sticky, and stinky too!” Kira shouted..
Ken held his nose with his hands, “Yeah, that stuff is stinky! You should go wash up real fast!”
The little girl threw a few saliva drops at Ken, who yelped in surprise and joyfulness at trying to avoid the liquid drops. They flew up, and spotting a river, Kira quickly flew to it and dived right in.
After a full thirty seconds of not seeing his sister rise from the water, he finally spotted Kira’s wet moppy hair come up before she surfaced, gasping for intakes of oxygen. And she swam to the shore, shivering a bit from the wind’s contact with her wet clothes and skin.
Ken giggled a bit, "Nee-chan, just power up and dry yourself already!”
Kira blinked, “Oh yeah! I totally forgot we could do that!” Kira stood up, and a aura of Ki surrounded her before she flew into the air and spun around. Water droplets falling down from her like rain before she was as dry as ever before.
Flying up to his sister, Ken then said. “Now what?”
She looked to him, “Well no more big worm things that’s for sure!” Kira exclaimed.
The little boy agreed with a nod and a smile, “Well how about-”
Suddenly Kira screamed, “Raze slow down!”
Ken turned his head, and the first thing that came out his mouth was. “Oh, this is gonna hurt!”
A speeding Raze came right toward them like a roaring torpedo, not that they knew what a torpedo was, but they attempted to get out of the way. Unfortunately being surprised and you being the one not moving at first and the other going super speed doesn’t give you much, if at any, time to move out of the way.
Raze smashed into Kira first which she then smashed into Ken causing a big chain reaction ending with them all hitting the floor of the gorge. Rocks and dust were kicked into the air from the impact. Raze had received the softest landing thanks to both of the Twins.
The voice of Raze spoke out, “Heyeyey, youuuuu twoooo alllllriiiight?”
Ken was seeing seven dragon balls rotating above his head, “Woooow… When did Equestria get dragon balls?” He muttered.
“So many Razeys…” Kira groaned, her tail limp on the ground as she saw twenty one clones of Raze standing about.
“Yep, you’re both fine, now where is that annoying rainbow colored catastrophe?” Raze asked out loud.
Ken shook off his minor concussion, healed by his father, and stood back up. “What you say, Raze-sensei?” He asked, looking at the equal heightened Super Saiyan Raze.
Raze frowned as concern began to rear it’s ugly head, “Okay, maybe you’re both not as good off as I thought… How many fingers am I holding up?” Raze held up three and a two half fingers, wait, why was two fingers cut in half?
“Your the one in goldie hair form… Uhh… three and two halfs?” Ken said.
Kira got up and looked to Raze, her vision blurry and her head hurting. She suddenly took notice of Raze’s hand and questioned, “Why does sensei have twelve fingers in one hand?”
Raze’s frown continued, “Well, if I survive Rainbow Dash, I can always die at the hooves of Lyra…”
“Who’s Aryl?” Kira questioned.
“Yep, definitely going to get that returned… So much wrath…” Raze said.
The voice of that colorful blue pony… Oh yeah, Rainbow Dash, made herself known.“Alright Tyke, your caught, so just give up for… Uh, whatever you did.”
Raze powered down, “I give…”
“So wait, you’re telling me… That not only has Raze catapulted Scootaloo across Ponyville, but also gave Kira a concussion?” Lyra asked Rainbow in a serious motherly tone.
Rainbow only nodded.
“Ugh, he’s more trouble than Ken’s antics… “ Lyra said, “Thanks Rainbow, I’ll take care of it from here.”
“He’s all yours!” Rainbow Dash yelled, before flying off into the distance.
Lyra glared at Raze, he was in so much deep trouble. But… He is a child again, and he reminds herself of her own Twins.
Lyra sighed, “From two to three saiyan children, why can’t Kira keep both of you in wraps from getting into trouble?” The mint green unicorn questioned no one. She looked to the three children, Kira still looked like she was in a concussion, while Ken had been healed already. No doubt his father’s work. It doesn’t take a genius to put two and two together!
Ken fiddled with his fingers, and opened his mouth to say something, but closed it when nothing came out.
“So… I’m free to go?” Raze asked.
“Don’t even think about it, you’re all in trouble.” Lyra stated, bringing Raze, Ken, and Kira inside the house with her magic.
Lyra continued, facing Raze, “You and Ken will stand on your knees facing the wall for an hour, while I attend to Kira, the wall in the kitchen.”
Ken groaned and muttered, “I don’t like tile floors… “
Lyra knew Ken has had experience with it, he’s been punished with it when some of his antics went bad.
Raze frowned, “I’ve been around tile floors and know how they taste, misery…” They went over to assume the position and they stood on their knees.
The mint green unicorn looked to Kira and said, “Come here Kira, let’s get you an ice pack for your head.”
“Okay… “ Kira mumbled, walking to the living room and sitting on the couch.
Lyra went to the kitchen, glancing toward the children, Ken and Raze, to see if they were still at it. Which they were, so she grasped a towel and opened the fridge. Levitating some crushed ice into the towel before tying it up and bringing it over to her daughter in the living room. Lyra placed the bag on Kira’s head and told her to keep it on there for ten minutes.
The unicorn mother then went back toward the kitchen, opened the drawers before pulling out a pot and placing it on the stove. Filling it with broth and setting the stove fire on high. Lyra also grasped some vegetables from the fridge and a knife before starting to cut it. Ever mindful of the time so that she may end the punishment on the dot.
It has been around twenty minutes, and already Ken had begun groaning in both annoyance and minor pain. Just as Lyra had placed the cut vegetables within the boiling broth in the pot before covering the top with the lid and getting out the potato bag.
“It hurts… “ Ken groaned.
“You still have to stay there, Ken.” Lyra said, inwardly she was wondering if she put way too much time.
“But, but… “
“Ken.” Lyra stated.
Ken went silent as he continued to face the wall. Another ten minutes past, and Ken looked as if he was going to collapse.
“Ken, you can get up now.” Lyra said.
“THANK YOU!” Ken collapsed, holding his knees. “It hurts… The stinging… Why daddy, why you no heal while punishment… “ He finished.
Raze, still on his knees, looked to Ken with what Lyra thought was jealousy, “Lucky little… “ Raze grumbled.
Ken started crawling away from the scene of the execution platform, groaning every few seconds in agonizing pain. Lyra watched as Ken made his way to the living room, no doubt looking for his twin sister. The adoptive mother of the twins levitated a rag to the sink and drowsed it with cold water before squeezing most of the water out of it and bringing it to Ken.
“Here you go Ken, put this on your knees.” Lyra said as Ken grasped the rag and placed it as instructed.
Ken immediately gave a sigh of relief, “Thanks mommy… “ He trailed off.
Lyra smiled before walking back to the kitchen.
Forty minutes… Fifty minutes… And finally a hour had gone by.
“Okay Raze, your punishment is hereby over.” Lyra said, the smell of cooking had filled the air only a minute ago with the food nearly done and the pot uncovered, allowing the aroma of smells to spread along the house.
Raze had fallen over, moaning in pain and kept quiet of any words. A few tears falling down his cheek as he attempted to recover.
Lyra got yet another rag, and as she wet it she asked, “I’ve been wondering, you could have left the entire time of the punishment. Yet you obeyed my order like Ken did with no protest, why is that?”
Raze stayed turned over and facing away from her, “I! I- I- I don’t know…”
“Mmh… “ Lyra mumbled, as she telekinetically floated over a cold wet rag. “Place this over your knees, It’ll help. I’ve already given Ken one earlier.”
Raze looked at the rag floating before his face and then he looked away, after a second he grasp the rag and got into a sitting position, pulling up the legs of his pants to put the cold rag onto his bruised knees.
Whatever anger Raze had seemed to disappear into confusion, he seemed to be questioning himself as he absently looked toward Lyra Heartstrings.
Lyra turned her attention back to the food cooking, she stirred something in a big pot, silence in the air before she spoke, “If you’re wondering… We’re having a stew tonight, no carrots, but plenty of potatoes that’s for sure.” She giggled slightly.
“Hey, hey, helloooo, Raze-sensei, you there?” Kira poked Raze’s arm, her legs bent down to Raze’s sitting height.
Raze snapped back to life, “Uh… Yeah! Sorry about earlier…” Raze said to her with sincerity.
“It’s okay, I’m sorry too… And so is Ken, so we um… Kinda made a sleeping mat for you in our room if you don’t wanna sleep in the living room anymore… “ Kira stated, tail wagging behind her slowly.
Raze looked at her and nodded, “That sounds just fine. Thanks!”
Kira smiled, “And we promised not to wake you up so loudly either.” She said.
“Wow, thanks for that too!” Raze said to her.
Kira brought Raze up the stairs, Lyra smiling as she saw them go. She turned her attention back to the cooking saying to herself, “He’s not so bad, he sure would make a good older brother.”
